We had a mystery problem that was evasive in being diagnosed. After practically overhauling the cooling system we were STILL having overheating problems. Stephen was our service advisor and he REALLY came to bat for us when on our 4th return visit we were REALLY desperate for a van as a loaner as we were to haul supplies for our son s team to an out of town event. When we brought this to his attention we were informed that their loaner van was already out. So Stephen promptly enlisted his service manager to help us by renting a van for us. They were sympathetic to our frustration of once again having to return our van to get to the bottom of the problem when we needing it the most. So far so good on the last diagnosis and repair.
