Steve Younger was nice enough, but I've been bringing in my truck since purchasing it when the dealership was Heggs.
I'm usually good about making sure i get everything out of my vehicle, but sometimes I'll forget or miss something, but never had anything come up missing if i did.
My first visit sinces the dealership was taken over by Courtesy and a knife my dad gave me was stolen. The knife was on the driver side door. It's been there since i purchased the truck and was only removed when brought in for service. I forgot it was there and didn't realize it was missing until the next morning. It's my own fault for forgetting to take it out, but It's very disheartening that people can't leave other people's stuff alone and not a good experience for my first visit.
