Test drove a Dodge Ram the computer went down so we came back the next day. Signed everything to get the truck. The night we got the truck we realized after driving off it wasn't the truck we test drove it was a more experience luxury truck, after 2 weeks of having it we returned the truck because they didn't get us a loan because we are 13k upside down in our car. Needless to say do not do business with the salesman names Daniel Johnson, he tried to us this was the truck we test drove. They wanted us to keep our car and not trade it in and get the truck with an 800$ payment and we will give you 1200$ I took that as they were bribing me into keeping both cars (bad salesman on their end for doing that). They said you would have 2 good cars for the total monthly payment of 1500 for both, something we didn't want to do and I already have another car that is paid off. I believe they just scam people and make them believe you have a loan after driving away... Oh well I put 700 miles on the 2021dodge ram 1500 truck that I guess I test drove for 2-3 weeks. On top of that the finance manager John asked me to stop yelling at him over the phone when I wasn't yelling at all, I called to see what was going on after he had called my hubby.
I will never go back to this dealership
