Impossible to get anyone from customer service on the phone. A recording says they are closed and to call back during business hours. Nonsense! It was 10:45 AM when I called. I am filing a complaint with our state AG.

First and last time using them. Seller never delivered the mobile tickets. Had to cancel my order. They get 2 stars because the lady on the phone was nice and scripted. Chat worked also and they tried to contact the seller. Just thankful I didn t waste my time going to the game to be rejected with no ticket. Unfortunately I m scared to try again.

We bought tickets for a show ahead of a show through Stubhub, just to realize tickets went down in price a couple weeks later. Stubhub took 0 responsibility for the sale and suggested we re sold our tickets through them to make our money back. Very unfortunate, 0 buying protection. Next time we will buy our tickets through ticketmaster or another service that stands with its customers and not against them.

I really wish I had read other reviews before using them! Stay away! They will steal your money and their customer service is horrible.
I made a purchase for 6 tickets for a concert. An hour later I was printing the tickets out on my phone when I received a text indicating I was charged again for an additional 6 tickets. I immediately called the company who told me no refund is available and it was user error. I have tried calling and emailed numerous times for a refund however, the customer service says there is nothing they can do and refuse to transfer me to a supervisor. They only suggested I list the extra tickets for sale which would cost me hundreds of dollars to do. Conveniently for them, these extra tickets are unsellable because they are in an obstructed viewing area of the arena.

I found myself with two extra tickets to a Elton John Concert on 10/19/2018 at Madison Square Garden. With the help of a Stub Hub rep. I put them up for sale on Stub Hub site. Within a few days, the tickets sold. I called Stub Hub to get help with uploading my tickets from my original purchase email. They were very helpful and the upload was complete. Me a a few friends went to the concert, and no one showed up for those seats. I hoped all was okay with them. The day after the concert I got an email confirming the payment was on its way. Second day after the concert I got a email saying that there was a claim against my sale because the buyers could not get into the venue with the tickets that I had uploaded onto their site and that I would have to contact the venue for a scan report to verify what happened with the tickets and if I did not get back to them with proof of what happened to tickets within 24/48 hrs, they would charge me the amount of the sale of $1800.00, PLUS $2000.00 in fees.. I never heard of such a thing, I was scared and upset beyond repair. I followed instructions from them directly, how on earth was I supposed to know what the buyers did with the tickets. I know I did what I was instructed to do. Never the less I tried calling MSG and ticketmaster for the so called scan report. I was told they didn't have such a thing and their was not way of knowing what happened to the tickets. I called and emailed for 2-3 days trying to get back in touch with the stub hub rep and she finally called me back on the 4th days telling me she was out of the office, but that I had not met the proof they required and proceeded to withdraw $675.00 (she said in email that because I did try to proof my case, she would not charge me the whole $2000.00) from my checking account and then proceeded later that night to withdraw $1800.00. I had my bank put holds on all accounts until I could find out what on earth was happening.
I am reading online that this is happening with many many Stub Hub sellers. I need help!!!!!

I used to exclusively use Stubhub for ALL my ticket needs. Used to. I frequent Kings, Lakers, Clippers, and Dodgers games numerous times every year. I went to redeem my $10 fan rewards and the customer service representative told me the rewards expired in January. I asked if there was anything he could do as I was about to make a purchase of over $100. Jonathan placed me on hold a couple of times and though he was very polite, he did not resolve my issue. All he kept saying was that the certificate expired and there is nothing stubhub can do. Stubhub certainly lacks in customer service which is only exceeded by their business decisions. Throwing away a $100 piece of business that will repeat itself over the course of the Dodgers season to save $10 is incredibly stupid or maybe that's just me? Their staff is not empowered and their managers have no customer service skills. In any event, I will no longer be using Stubhub, EVER AGAIN. I will ensure this same message is posted n yelp and trip advisor and I will be writing their corporate offices in SF.

I saw on the StubHub website that they were advertising a 10% off promo for NBA games so I decided to finally pull the trigger on a NBA ticket purchase. I downloaded the StubHub app, added the clutch-10 promo code at checkout, it said $20 off, I hit save and checked the box to include it. Also added my $200 StubHub gift card that I received as a gift, checked that box and saved it onto my order and submitted my payment. 2 days later I check my credit card statement and I see that StubHub has charged the whole ticket purchase onto my credit card and neither the 10% off promo or my gift card balance was applied to the order. I call the customer service phone number to let them know of my situation and the rep (Dominic?) bascially told me I was a liar and that I never added the promo code or my gift card to my order and I was out of luck, they couldn't do anything about it, all sales final. He offered to list my ticket for sale so I could get my money back with the service fees waived. They wanted me to list the tickets for $70 cheaper than what I paid total for them. I told the rep I would be LOSING money if I sold them for that price and that he just stated 10 seconds earlier that I would get my money back if I sold them on their website. Then I told him you just told me I would get my money back but you want me to list my ticket for LESS than what I paid for them, which one is it? He then went on telling me how Stubhub has X millions of users and how I would have no issues selling my ticket to recuperate my money and that for the inconvenience they would waive the sellers service fee. You've got to be kidding me. Now I WAS about to leave a negative review on Google about my experience but reading other people s negative experiences on Google, I saw that Stubhub had been reaching out to customers and asking them to contact them via Facebook and Twitter to resolve the issue, so that s what I did. I instant messaged StubHub on Facebook and I received a response less than 5 minutes later. I told them my situation and how the customer rep I spoke to on the phone wouldn t help me with my order and they told me not to worry, they would apply the 10% off NBA promo code as well as my gift card and refund me the difference in charges back to my credit card. THANK YOU STUBHUB!!! I almost lost all faith in you but now I am at ease. This time I received GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Boo Stubhub! As a longtime buyer/seller with Stubhub I held them in high regard. I know prices are at the hand of the seller. That being said, price saw was price paid. I have since become a victim of their new policies. There is now a $10.00 handling fee and I paid $76 for service fee. It was politely explained to me that this was noted in the transaction fineprint. Unfortunately, in all previous transactions with them this was not an issue as the seller assumed the service fees. I ASSumed this was still the case. My mistake. If this is not a problem for you and you don't mind paying +/- %20 more than the ticket price, disregard this message. You got me this time, never again. There are too many other services that are available. Check them out first.

A friend and I paid $600 each for tickets on the 50 yard line at the Packer-Viking game this past Sunday. Being Packer fans all our lives, at 66 years old, it was her first game and at 76 years, my second game. We were so excited. We arrived in the security line at 11 am, wanting to be sure to see all the pre-game activities. No problem there but multiple ticket scanners could not get our mobile tickets to scan. We had to then walk almost all the way around Lambeau Field to the ticket office where we waiting about 20 minutes to get our tickets verified and get paper tickets. The security line now was about 100 yards long. Knowing we probably would not make it into the stadium until about the end of the first quarter, we butted the line, still waiting probably a half hour. We got to our seats just as the last of the Packers were coming on the field. We missed all of the opening ceremonies and watching the team warm up. We were livid!!!!! Had we not been rude and bucked the line, we would have missed all the Packer goals! Up until that point, all had been well with Stub Hub but now I will not use them again and will advise anyone else not to use as well. We were so disappointed after all our planning and our MONEY!

What happened to your slogan "what you see is what...

What happened to your slogan "what you see is what you get"--which used to be applied to Giants Tickets. I have been buying tickets through Stubhub for many years now, but find the deceptive service charges obnoxious and now often buy tickets through friends or at the gate. I prefer to know when I select the tickets the complete price, after all, Stubhub is collecting charges on both ends of the transaction.

Worst ever. Like others have commented. I sold a ticket on 2 sites at the same time in the middle of the night while I was sleeping. When I woke up I saw that they had sold on stubhub and another site I called stubhub right away to notify them and they charged me $600. I've been fighting with them since it happened. They didn't even give me a chance to cancel with the other site. They just cancelled my sale and charged me the $600. The game wasn't even for another week.

I got a discount, but what a disaster. At the show, eight people around us had the same story. Bought great seats, then got really late delivery of worse seats.

Zero sympathy. All about making that service fee! Wasn't even trying to make a profit with 2 tickets. The tickets got sold the night before without me knowing. That morning, the tickets got sold on StubHub before knowing the tickets had sold elsewhere. Obviously I would've removed the ad had I known they were no longer available. I had to cancel the sale which resulted in me paying another $180 (in addition to the service fee collected) to StubHub/ticket holders for 2 different tickets that were priced considerably more. Thank you scalpers. And thank you StubHub.

Very dissapointed as a seller. I called to list tickets I could not use because I needed assistant to post my tickets. long story short after my profile showing an "active listing" I thought the person who helped me took care of everything. That ended not being the case, my tickets were never posted. So I checked the day of the evet to go lower the price because I wanted a little something, they were never posted. Therefore I eneded selling them for a really low rate at last minute. All in all my tickets never had a chance in the market because there customer service failed to help me. And a side note. this is my second bad experience with stub hub. The last tickets I bought didnt work at the gate.......

It is a fraud, zero stars, terrible that there is no service because they never answer your questions and clarifications.
They sold me tickets and canceled them themselves within minutes of making the transaction, trying to keep my money.
I have to make clarifications with my bank and it is a stressful trick that the money is there floating in the air with the risk of being released in their favor, having robbed me then. Never buy tickets here. They never treated me and everything was annoying. So my experience.

I purchased a ticket from US for a FC Barcelona game over StubHub last week. At first, the ticket was a confirmation of purchase instead of a ticket to the game. Then a wrong event was being displayed on my account when they tried to fix it. Now the event is still displayed at "Barcelona Vs Manchester United" instead of "Barcelona Vs Real Sociedad". After some struggles, StubHub sent me the ticket and I found that the seating section is not the same as what I purchased. They kept saying that they tried to fix it. The ticket is no longer what I have purchased. Sometimes they say they are trying to help and sometimes they say the ticket is correct which I know it is not true.

Clicked on $60 tickets Hamilton tickets from them. The price changed to $250 without any special notice while I was entering my credit card info and that is what i ended up paying without realizing. As soon as I saw this after checkout I called and was told someone would get back to me within 24 hours. I missed the event in hopes that I could get the refund. I'm a college student just trying to get by and they told me that they would not give me a refund. Definetly not a company that cares about its customers!

They stub hub changed the date when I could print the ticket not once but twice then lied and said the seller was season ticket holder and couldn't release the tickets , They take your money right away then don't get the tickets and your left to hope they can find tickets in the stadium however you will not know where your going to sit total rip off !!!!

This is a great building opposite a new skyscraper for san Francisco city, the roada are well paved, the area is constant with traffic and the view is awesome from the top of the building. Great customer service at the reception and awesome view from the top floors of the building. Its a must visit location in san francisco city.

Well its November 14 and I have NO ticket and a hysterical teenager. I contacted Stub hub, they are refunding the money, but the concert is now sold out and I can not buy another ticket. BE CAREFUL.. I thought I was buying something that would arrive on time. a refund does not help the extreme disappointment at my house right now

Terrible customer experience!

They will absolutely take your money! Even when issues are caused by bugs in their platform.

I listed tickets for sale at their recommended price. After some time, the tickets hadn t sold so I went back to lower the price.

My listing wasn t appearing on my account. No record of the post, no sale. Nothing in the records to indicate I had ever posted the tickets for sale.

So, I listed them again - at a low price.

A while later I get a tickets sold confirmation email. I m thinking, that s great .

Until 30 minutes later, when I receive another tickets sold confirmation.

I call customer support (bc their live chat was failing to connect me to a customer service agent) and was told that because I listed the tickets twice I would be charged 40% of the sale price to compensate for the transaction that had to be cancelled.

When I explained what had happened, I was told there s nothing they can do, and the charges will get sent to a collection agency if they cannot retrieve payment.

They even went as far as to suggest I intentionally tried to sell the same tickets twice as a way of scamming the potential buyers - even though I m the one who called then as soon as I saw what happened.

This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.

Terrible service. I bought tickets for a concert- and a few days before the event- I called to make sure everything was ok. They said they DID NOT have the tickets. They did not even want to refund my money, so I could get tickets elsewhere. Finally, after putting up a big fight- I got my money back.

Save yourself some sanity- get tickets directly, not third party like StubHub.

I bought tickets back in April to attend today's last Warped Tour in Detroit. When purchased the receipt said the tickets would be uploaded the day before the show. The day came for them to be uploaded, but they never were. I called then and the girl i spoke to was polite, contacted the seller and assured me they'd be uploaded by the end of the day. The next morning came and the tickets weren't there. I called again and was told I'd be provided replacement tickets within the hour, and again was assured to not worry. Two hours pass, so now it's 1 hour before gates open and still no tickets. This time I was told the price difference is too much for StubHub to cover the cost of replacement tickets. I was given the option to pay almost 3 times what I paid or a refund. I took the refund and was provided a $16 credit I origonally paid in fees for the tickets for the inconvenience. This is the last time Warped Tour will ever be in my area. I bought early and because the seller didn't fulfill their end of the deal I got snuffed, despite being reassured I'd be able to attend the show. I'm a long time user of StubHub and have had no problems until today, but today you lost a loyal customer.

never ordering tickets again from this garbage business that they run. its been 1 month and i waited for a response and when i finally got a response they had the nerve to tell me that " that have advised me on the same day of the event that will not be providing a refund" ive never even got a response.

straight bull crap and robbery. i recommend no one buy tickets from Stubhub, it hurts that i have to even give 1 star to post this.

Purchased a prepaid parking pass for 26 bucks online,. Only to find out the required parking lot was 2.5 miles from the venue up against some railroad tracks new a homeless gathering. On top of that the same spot only cost 4 dollars if paid through the the parking machine.. I called stub hub and they refused to give me a refund and kept me on hold for nearly 30 mins almost making me late to the concert I was taking my daughter to.. I will never use stub hub again, and wouldn't recamend it to my worst enemy. This much inflation should be ilegal. I understand if the lot was full or sold out but I was one of three cars that parked there.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I purchased one ticket for the Women's Finals at the US.Opens on Sept.7,2014...When I got to the gate I found out it was a used ticket. Luckily I was to purchase a real ticket from the official ticket office...Stub Hub made it very difficult to receive a credit. They have no way that someone with any type of disability can jump through their hoops to receive credit for their invalid tickets.

I bought 2 concert tickets in April 2018 for a concert in Tampa in November 2018. We could not attend and sold the tickets back on StubHub a few days prior to the show. We received an email confirming that they were sold and the sales amount appeared back in our bank account a few days later. Fast forward to January 2019, I gert an email from a COLLECTION AGENCY claiming that I owe $698 for an outstanding balance to StubHub. I called StubHub's customer service and was told that there were two postings for the same e-tickets that both sold despite showing only one listing on my account page on the website. These tickets were apparently for a November 2019 show. I had no idea that there were multiple listings as there was no indication of such according to my account. StubHub claims that there were emails sent claiming such among the (literally hundreds) of spam, solicitation emails sent to my spam folder. Sure enough, these emails started appearing this past fall, well after the initial transaction a year prior. The "supervisor" with whom I spoke said that my outstanding debt had been sold to collections and that there was nothing left to do but pay the nearly $700 dollars to save my credit score. I will be contacting an attorney as well as the Better Business Bureau with my complaint.

ATTENTION MY FELLOW WORKING PEOPLE : JUST Bought tickets to take my grown kids to a concert , stub hub charged me $117.00 for tickets worth $56.50 at ticket master , when I called them they in formed me it was the seller not them , this site is a rip off ,they are high dollar ticket scalpers , could have had front row seats cheaper than that at ticket master or bought them off the street from an old school ticket scalper cheaper than that. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON STUB HUB , MIGHT AS WELL FLUSH IT DOWN THE THE TOILET , BECAUSE THEY TELL YOU IT'S NOT THERE FAULT.

More like a scalper to fan marketplace. In less than 1 hour, "The Book of Mormon" is sold out in SF. By the end of the day, over 500 tickets on StubHub at above market price. I actually called customer service who told me that it really doesn't matter because people won't pay those prices. The call center must not be in SF because this place is crawling with rich people who would. I asked if were they doing anything to monitor scalpers so the behavior can be stopped. I got a bunch of we prevent fraud talk. Not exactly the right answer.

So, I had tickets for sale on StubHub for a Justin Timberlake concert that was to take place on November 12, 2018. I was no longer able to go to the concert anymore, so I listed them for sale on Stubhub and Ticketmaster about February 2018, with plenty of months to be able to sell them. About a week before the show, I got an email saying that my listing was expiring in 7 days. Then about the next day, they announced that the concert was being rescheduled for February 2019 because Justin Timberlake was sick. I thought okay, so since it is expiring, I don t have to do anything. And I no longer wanted to go anyway, so I called Ticketmaster and they refunded me my entire purchase price of $400.00+ and deactivated the sale listing I had on their site (full refund given because of their policy to refund if rescheduled or canceled).

Apparently, StubHub did NOT actually expire my listing (I even forwarded them the email I received showing this, they don t seem to care), and they failed to notify me of that. So apparently, I had tickets that didn t exist anymore for sale on Stubhub still, for like two months. Unbeknownst to me, they claim they renewed my listing because of the date change for the concert. Would have been nice to get an email. And guess what?! I get an email January 9, 2019 that says my tickets have *sold* on StubHub. Ummm .what? How can a listing that is supposedly expired able to sell tickets?

The next day (January 10, 2019), I called to speak to someone at StubHub because I saw on Google that I was going to be charged a FORTY PERCENT fee for not being able to produce the tickets that were sold so they can purchase new tickets for the buyer (understandable), and that fee was to go toward that. That s when I forwarded them the email saying that the listing was expiring. They legit didn t care that it was supposed to be expired. I asked to speak to a supervisor, but the rep said that he was busy and that he would call me back within an hour and a half and that his name was Ryan. Did I receive that call to discuss this issue further? Of course not! A few days later, I got an email that said my StubHub selling transaction had been cancelled. Didn t even say anything about what amount I was going to be charged ($180.00). I assumed that they were going to cut me a break and not charge me. Nope. Found the charge for $180.00.

So now, the day before the rescheduled date in February, the show gets cancelled because of the large amount of snow we got here in Seattle. I call StubHub to inquire about my charge and to make sure they refund me for that $180.00, as the concert isn t even happening anymore.

They flat out refused to give me anything less than 50% back because they say that it was my fault that my sale listing was still active. Even though I didn t do anything to extend the listing. I told them that 50% wasn t good enough, as that is still a LOT of money for a concert that doesn t even exist anymore! I told them that I would be disputing this charge and they said they would no longer give me the 50%.

Will sell you tickets then turn around and say they cannot accept returns and you cannot yet sell them because they don't exist. So how did you sell them to me in the first place? Also you don't ever own your tickets. You cannot give them away to a friend except by selling them on the platform. StubHub if you're reading this come fight me

Horrible!! Paid well over market value for a show that wasn't sold out in order to get a specific section due to my husband's disability.

StubHub guaranteed our tickets would arrive in time for the show. They phoned 3 days before the show to say the tickets were not available and they would "upgrade" our seats to front row. I explained that my husband couldn't sit that close which is why we purchased these specific seats. They said they would call back within 20 minutes and they never did. I found front row seats for this show at almost half the price of what we paid Stub Hub for seats further back. The other site even offered instant e-delivery.

Stub Hub said they would call back within 20 minutes to let me know if they received the tickets and they never did. They blamed the delay on Ticketmaster which I find hard to believe. Will never use again and want my money back.

terrible terrible customer service. i bought some tickets by mistake and they asked me to resell them, which i agreed. but they charged a whooping 33% in buyers fee and they wouldn't refund that. they tried to explain in different ways how refunding this would mean they lose money because they already paid the seller, which is completely incorrect. they're just a greedy company. i've been a customer since the beginning and this is how they treat me. never buying from them again.

I bought the ticket for Bob Dylan concert in Paris (13th april 2019) but, as soon as I got into the concert hall, I discovered that other people were claiming my same sit. After a little I discovered that this problem was concerning a lot of people and all those who were supposed to be sitted in my same line. I contacted StubHub but they don t want to give me a refund. It s disgusting and a crime.

I am a 12-year StubHub user but will never use them again! Buyer beware! I recently purchased 4 floor tickets for a music festival, but they shipped me incorrect tickets (non-floor seats) less than 3 days before the show. After several customer service calls, my options were to 1) refund & cancel the tickets for the sold-out show or 2) accept my worse tickets with the price that I paid for floor seats. Not to mention the flights and hotels that I already purchased for the show. Please beware that their FanProtect Guarantee does not protect you from receiving the wrong tickets! The saddest part is that StubHub is owned by eBay, which did $2.2 Billion in PROFIT in 2017.. But they were unwilling to spend any money on a long term customer to fix their mistake. Worst customer service experience I've ever encountered!

Leslie G inferred that I was a liar. Never ever again. I will only use TickPick for now on. Stub Hub is an awful awful company!

The customer service telephone number(s) are useless and TERRIBLE. They all transfer you over seas. Very unhelpful. Their over seas call centers are trash. I will NEVER recommend StubHub to anyone. AWFUL experience.

$27.07 Service Fee is HIGH. {That's a meal for a family!} A $5.25 Fulfillment Fee, whatever that means, is tolerable.

Through FANPROTECT, it may be a reliable place to buy and sell last minute tickets on an Event that you *must* attend. Unfortunately, I am *not* that desperate.

Instead of paying $32.32 on fees, I will enjoy my 5-star hoity toity dinner AND get tickets at the Box Office.

I posted two tickets for sale approximately 8 days...

I posted two tickets for sale approximately 8 days before an event in our city. The policies told me that the ad would expire 7 days later (1 day before the event). On the day of the event, seeing as how the tickets hadn't sold, we decided to go ourselves.

At 4 minutes prior to showtime, an email came in saying that the tickets had been sold. However, we were already in the event with our cell phones off. So after the show, we see the email (with the wrong name and event time) and this was followed up with an email from Stubhub saying that the tickets didn't work for the buyer (though I'm not sure how that would ever work as it listed the showtime as 6 hours later).

We explained what happened and their only response was to immediately charge us (automatically and unauthorized) for an additional $162 "recoup fee" as per their "seller policies". The seller policies are very vague and basically allow them to charge whatever they please after the fact. This was despite the fact that we couldn't possibly have known the tickets were sold prior to show start and, according to the site listing, it shouldn't have been possible.

Avoid stubhub and their online scam at all costs!

Edit: we contacted both representatives and the main office directly and were given no help at all. It was only after going through the Better Business Bureau that they finally refunded the $162 each recoup fee weeks later.

I used to love Stubhub very much until what happened to me today and 4 days ago when I trying to get tickets for Justin Timberlake on April 25 and I starting having a hard time to purchase a tickets for a good seats at Stubhub and suddenly my account has been locked and refused to let me buy tickets also my tickets has been canceled as well and here comes the bad part and that breaks my heart badly my mom and I call Stubhub today we tried to repurchase tickets again and again that cost somewhere $200 and they said your card has been blocked I think you should call the bank but the card has been activated and there s nothing problem about the card so I call the bank to see how much money I got on my card they said there s no money in my card so that Stubhub took the money off my card and now I can t purchase the tickets and I got 1 more week for concert so this means that Stubhub is a scam and come to take people money off their card and make them cry hard when somebody is a crazy fan of singers or sports I been loving Stubhub for 6 years and now I hate Stubhub now... I better deleted Stubhub app cause I m totally very disappointed at you Stubhub the scammers..

I bought a parking permit for a concert but didn't use it because they sold permits for parking areas over a 1/2 a mile away in dark, construction site area, & in bad areas of town. I complained about this got no refund and they blamed the venue for choosing this site for parking. Ya I agree with the other person that says that they don't even deserve a a 1 star

I worked with my credit card company to dispute/resolve the issue. StubHub REFUSED to issue the credit claiming that they had "verified" my identity. The documents sent to my credit card company had an account in my name, but the email (invalid address - I wrote to it myself) and phone number (disconnected) were wrong. If they had called or emailed they would have quickly discovered that the account was made solely to make a one time purchase in my name. YOUR INFORMATION IS NOT SAFE HERE.

Promoters keep moving the event's and StubHub sides with them.

We might not be be able to go until 2021. But they get to keep the money?

They will not offer a refund or a credit, but you can sell the tickets...

They just lost a big customer, I use to buy all my tickets only through StubHub simply because they called me once and fixed and issue with a ticket and upgraded it before I ever even knew there was a problem. From that point on I was very loyal to them.

This company has the money to help people and issue refunds or credits, but the share holders come first.

I will never use StubHub and I hope you don't either.

I would recommend you file a complaint with the BBB.

By the way, contacting Stub gets you nothing!

Tickets unable to list for sale, barcodes occasionally not working, customer service I call three times and get three different answers and all this after stubhub receives hefty fee commissions on us the consumer. You would think after all these years they will get their act together but I said that in 2017 and now in 2020 they are still a pain

Then on the day of the event they said that the third party they were getting the tickets from didn t have them. They said they were sorry and they refunded my money but that does nothing for me. I will NEVER use stubhub again.
