Bought amazing seats. Was told I would get tickets day before the show. 4 hours before the show, nothing. Then I was told that they would send them but not the seats I selected and paid for. I got a discount, but what a disaster. At the show, eight people around us had the same story. Bought great seats, then got really late delivery of worse seats.
