Just called the customer service line and was hit on by a representative instead of being helped, i called to receive help but instead left feeling very degraded. And on top of that they still won't issue a refund. I reached out on facebook, instagram and have called around five times now. One of the worst companies I've ever had to deal with.

I will never use this service ever again. I bought a ticket for a music festival this past weekend and the center was unable to give me my ticket. On top of it, there was a scammer by the name of 'Kevin Williams' who was selling fake tickets, and the manager of the music festival had to deny entry to more than 300+ people. My parents spent $228 on an unused ticket, and now I am unable to get my money back. Let's not start on their phone customer service skills. It's disgusting. What's even more disgusting is that I have to rate them one star in order to post this review, when they aren't worth any stars. How archaic is this brand, and where is their empathy when dealing with customers? Their business acumen, strategic agility, and drive for results are truly disconcerting.

It is a faudre this page does not give you any security, I bought a ticket arrived at the place and had already passed with my ticket I communicated on the line that at that time they only had in English and they could not help me after they ask me for an office of the organizers of the event that says not to enter and so ... Never buy here

Terrible service! Would never was my time or money. I called and requested a refund due to a concert canceled by the artist due to his illness and I was told they couldn t help me! Will never use Stub Hub again. Worst customer service experience I have had in all of my years. I was looking to take 10 of my employees to a Red Sox game. I found some tickets in the Right Field Roof Box. It showed 10 different seat numbers. I buy the tickets and get an email that states Standing room only. Stub Hub will not refund these overpriced tickets. I am disputing with AMEX. Called and was on hold for 47 minutes. Not one person could help. Stubhub is better off letting the phone ring and not letting their people pick up. the service was that bad.

Do not purchase tickets from StubHub!!!! The FanProtect Guarantee does not exist unless you have very detailed documentation. I bought a an electronic ticket for the Houston Texans vs Dallas Cowboys game on 10/7/18. I got to my seat and shortly after the game started someone with a physical ticket showed up with the same seat number. Because they had a physical ticket I was asked to move out of my seat. I attempted to get in contact with StubHub by phone and chat but they were "experiencing high call volume". After missing a quarter of the game an usher let me stand in an area with limited view. I called immediately on 10/8 and they said they would investigate. It's now 10/30/18 and I was just notified that they reached out to the Houston Texans and my ticket was the only one scanned in. Since I have never had any issues StubHub, and I have used them exclusively for years, I didn't think of taking a picture of the other ticket or or getting the name of the other ticket holder. I just assumed I was protected. So I drove from Dallas to Houston, missed at least a quarter of the game, had to stand and now I'm out $210. Everybody told me I should be using the NFL Ticket exchange. I guess I should have listened. Thankfully I didn't fly to the game or I would have been out airfare as well.

I purchased physical tickets off of Stubhub that were guaranteed to arrive three days before the show. They finally arrived 90 minutes before the show in the mail. The tickets were for a different than the ones I paid for. I spent several hours trying to resolve this on the day of the show but they best they could do is refund me and give me 20% off a future order. I planned my weekend around this event and didn t end up getting to attend it. They could have replaced the tickets when it was three hours until showtime.

So much for your super fan guarantee.

Purchased tickets and ended up having to immediately sell them because I no longer needed them. Theres no cancellation available and I thought It would be easy to just divert my tickets to my seller- which is not possible unless you actually contact them and an agent has to do it manually. This is now my 4th attempt at getting them to route the tickets I purchased to their new buyer and Ive been on hold for what feels like an eternity. I will probably never use this service again.

Customer service (when I can get through) has been fantastic however, their agents are more than willing to help.

Also their IVR is totally ass backwards. I was given an option to schedule a callback in in the next 10ish minutes and instead their IVR immediately called me back and I ended up having to wait in the queue again.

I called customer service and got some BS "your call is important to us, we are working hard to resolve the issue" response. For all their ridiculous service fees you think they would have good service and I'd actually be able to print the tickets

Dropped my selling price from $150 to $10 due to a system glitch and then arbitrarily charged me $145 to get the tickets back that I never authorized to sell for that amount. AVOID. They are frauds. My CC company is going to handle it because the employees are completely incompetent.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! Stub hub uses deceptive advertising to trick buyers into purchasing tickets that aren t actual tickets. And when this issue is brought up to customer service they claim you misunderstood and claim no fault when in reality they hide fine print when making in app purchases.

Horrible Customer Service. DO NOT BUY OR SELL YOUR TICKETS WITH THEM! STAY AWAY!!! If any problem arises they will push it off and bill you, send it to collections and never call you once ! i had fraud/identity theft happen earlier this year and even after i called them over 3 times within the last couple months and explained my situation & told them i had proof from my bank stating it was fraud! . Not ONCE did they call me to follow up. And today for my last call i spoke to the "supervisor" he told me it was sent to collections wouldn't do anything to fix it for me. I am so disappointed in their customer service.

worst customer service - never using them again! after I put in my credit card information, I realized that the ticket had an additional shuttle on it that I didn't want and highlighted my cc number and hit delete. only to find out later that they charged my pay pal account - which wasn't even the information I put in - for the $600 ticket. evidentially you don't have to hit "buy now" - just any key will do. I went on to purchase from Vivid Seats and then found that they charged my account - told them immeadiately, worst customer service I have ever experienced. was told it was escalated to corporate, only to call again today to find out they never sent it to corporate - really terrible customer service! terrible website - go to Vivid Seats for tickets. and I would give them no stars at all except you cant post without giving one - so not right, all of it! our bank is going to recoup the fee for us

Purchased 2 tickets for a concert this February. I received 3 tickets via email. While TDY and unable to check voicemail or email for 2 weeks, I finally saw that I had threatening emails and voicemails from StubHub regarding my order. I had 2 more days to transfer the extra ticket which was "mistakenly" sent to me or I would be charged for it. Your company's error should not be the consumer's problem. This has given me a complete lack of trust in your company moving forward.

DO NOT BUY FROM STUBHUB. Total fraud. My boyfriend and I bought tickets and they didn t work at check in nor did they answer any customer service calls as we were stuck outside. Tickets were fraudulent and the venue customer service desk told us we were 1 of 100 tickets that night with fraudulent stubhub tickets.

I am only giving one start because zero isn't an option. I NEVER DO THIS. I hate leaving negative comments but this is unacceptable. Ordered two tickets, received one - had to buy a ticket at the box office upon arrival (luckily they had some left.) Tried to call, its after 9 and they are closed. Tried to 'text' the 24/7 support, they couldn't find my order even with the order number. Called the next morning and asked for a refund, they told me they'd look into it and call me in 24-48 hours. Call back FOUR DAYS later and they tell me they will look into it. Call me back today and tell me I can't have a refund because they can't find an error message. NOT MY PROBLEM. This was a benefit concert for FIRE VICTIMS! I am a working mother that was out celebrating my birthday - I DO NOT HAVE $185 to throw away because of someone else's mistake.
