Terrible customer experience!
They will absolutely take your money! Even when issues are caused by bugs in their platform.
I listed tickets for sale at their recommended price. After some time, the tickets hadn t sold so I went back to lower the price.
My listing wasn t appearing on my account. No record of the post, no sale. Nothing in the records to indicate I had ever posted the tickets for sale.
So, I listed them again - at a low price.
A while later I get a tickets sold confirmation email. I m thinking, that s great .
Until 30 minutes later, when I receive another tickets sold confirmation.
I call customer support (bc their live chat was failing to connect me to a customer service agent) and was told that because I listed the tickets twice I would be charged 40% of the sale price to compensate for the transaction that had to be cancelled.
When I explained what had happened, I was told there s nothing they can do, and the charges will get sent to a collection agency if they cannot retrieve payment.
They even went as far as to suggest I intentionally tried to sell the same tickets twice as a way of scamming the potential buyers - even though I m the one who called then as soon as I saw what happened.
This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.
