Paid for eight separate tickets, received 4 fri sat tickets. I ordered four for friday and 4 for saturday, hoping to sell the 4 friday tickets but since they shipped me 4 double tickets, which are cheaper, was unable to use them as intended.

They have failed to provide any resolution.
