I went in today to get my state inspection done. I was advised by Bobby that my front tires were in need of replacing and could preclude the success of my test. I took his advice and purchased new tires, thereby passing the state inspection requirements.
The associate pointed out which tire was best overall for both: my inspection and my personal safety concerns. I am very satisfied with the excellent customer service I received today.

Though I had a terrible experience with the repair service when I went to get a master key for my car. The prices kept changing and then I felt i was terribly overcharged. I left a review and got a call from the agent I was in contact . He was kind enough to contact me back and explain the matter as them having overcharged a bit. I got a $114 refund on my account. So all in all it was a bad experience , but they kept a customer by getting back to me and helping me out.

I went to buy a enw 2013 corolla and was helped by agent A.K. He was very amiable and friendly and made us feel very comfortable. The sales manager and A.K negotiated a great deal for us. I would highly recommend A.K as your experience may not be the same for other sales rep. He was very upfront and told us what he could do and did everything he could. Thumbs up to A.K and Sterling Mccall. I would recommend you get the 2013 corolla as well.

Last month, I got my car serviced and tires rotated at this dealership. Due to quarantine orders, I only used this car a handful of times on local neighborhood roads over the course of this month. However, last week, I noticed that the when I drove over 65mph, the car begins to shudder something it had never done prior to the tire rotation. I took my car in to your dealership today, 6/9, and had to wait over 3 hours in order for my car to be looked at. After that long wait, Kevin said it was an issue with the balance of the tires and proceeded to charge me for this problem that was not even present until I got the tires rotated at this same place. I understand that COVID-19 may have impacted this dealership from a staffing perspective thus affected wait times, but I believe that the final $80+ charge reflects this dealership s posture on customer satisfaction and guarantee. I expressed my concerns and Kevin rudely dismissed me. Why is the expectation that I should wait a ridiculous amount of time and pay this amount to fix a problem caused by a service error out of my control when I can take my car to a company like Discount Tire who would check and fix it at no cost?

I was also pleased with Toyota's financing at 0.9% APR for 60 months. My wife and I love the Toyota Prius which is why this is our second one. Thanks Folks! Tom Kelly

A very large diller, without a doubt, with very good cars and trucks, but the salesperson who got us isolated us to wait 5 hours and in the end, no deal was made since the monthly payments are very high for people like me who depend on a credit for a Troca 2018 the payments of 900 plus the insurance I don't think it's too much but if you have the money you can go there are very nice cars if you can buy them cash forward luck

Old car... Went in for an oil and filter change which includes a free 21 point inspection and fluid top off. I needed an oil change and could tell something was off with my car and wanted the Toyota guys to do the free 21 point inspection. (with oil and filter change) The complimentary shuttle gave me a ride back and I left my vehicle there. They called and said car was ready.
They emailed also to let me know my car was ready. I emailed back the next morning and asked if they could put it on the lift and show me what was wrong when I arrived. I arrived at dealer and a gentleman had already received and read my email and told me they'd be putting it on a lift shortly. We looked at my vehicle, he showed me what was the source of the problem, and what it would take to fix it. He answered all my questions and gave me the report of the 21 point inspection of my vehicle. I asked while it was on the lift if they could go ahead and spray it with degreaser or something to clean up the leaky spot underneath. He immediately had a tech come spray it all down. They were fast, efficient, gave me a free shuttle ride so I didn't have to wait at the dealer, and explained the source of the problem in question. I would recommend them.

After getting my 2019 Yaris from Toyota I was beyond relieved and excited because of the fact all month I was trying to get a New car and with dealing with Ford and getting full coverage on a 19 fiesta and then leaving with a 14 Sentra and me having that car for 25 hours and the check engine light came on I quickly gave them their car back and I was always late for work and everything but Issac Hall Never gave up on me and he really cared even though after leaving him I still proceeded to get a car after leaving Toyota and with Issac calling and checking up on me I really felt like Toyota and Issac really cared for me and my situation and I m currently Enjoying My New 2019 Yaris

I bought a Camry in June 2019. Amazing place to buy a Toyota vehicle. Excellent synchronization of departments, excellent sales and very speedy work. No hassle. The Sale Person Adi- so courteous, efficient and customer friendly. His Manager also made quick decision in finalizing the price. Even after sales experience was amazing.

Later in October, I bought another car from Mike Calvert Toyota and they gave me disgusting treatment as a first time buyer. I must say, Sterling McCall Toyota is the best Toyota dealership to in Houston. 5 Stars!

I was told You know where the door is if you don t like our price . This was said to me when I showed the salesman that the same car I was looking at was being sold for up to $5,000 less at 3 different dealerships within a 1 mile radius. I was simply making an observation and trying to inform the salesman that I did my research on this vehicle. He also seemed to always look to my husband as if I could not handle making the deal and paying for the vehicle on my own. I have 100% of the decision and I hold the checkbook for my purchase, not the man standing next to me.

So after his comment I stood up and simply left. I went less than a mile down to EchoPark and purchased the same year and model Lexus. I paid $5,000 less and this Lexus had 10,000 less miles and was way cleaner. I was in and out of EchoPark dealership in 2 hours!

It is too bad that Sterling McCall Toyota has this sales guy on the floor. I looked at that Lexus 2 times in a 13 hours time frame. Telling a customer to leave if they don t like the deal offered is no way to sell vehicles. This was said the very first time the price was discussed. It was not after the normal back and forth you may encounter at a car dealership. What I am upset about is that I have always heard great things about Sterling McCall Toyota so this was so disappointing. I was ready that minute to buy. Not the next day or next month, right then.

I was not as happy as i thought i would be.
I left my truck over night and asked to do all the work plus the state inpection but so i didnt have request more time off my work. I have a very busy schedule as im sure everyone does but when i ask for something specific, i need it done due to my schedule. I had to stand there and get a bad excuse to why they could not do so, now i have to lose more hour of work to go back another day to get the inspection, and i didnt even get the sticker that shows when is my next oil change due.
They did a good job on the actual work.
It seems sterling has a lot to work on. I had a bad experience at sterling nissan as well.
I just understand why i spend all this money and dont get what i want... hope the best for next customer.

I made an appointment for 7am (first appointment available for the day) to have my brake pads replaced. I was informed 30 minutes into waiting that the brake pads were out of stock but that ones would be arriving shortly from another dealership. I decided to continue waiting however it has been over 3 hours and the brake pads have not arrived (which I was informed only after I requested an update). I was offered a rental vehicle which I accepted however the person in the rental office was out but would be back shortly.

I should not have been able to make an appointment for parts that were not available in the first place and if that were the case should have been offered another means of transportation well before I asked for an update (3 hours later) AND the necessary personnel to facilitate the transportation should not be out for an unknown amount of time. This has been a very poorly organized and frustrating experience.

Excellent time there , waiting on service to be done , technicians were very professional , service manager was very professional & explained any questions I had for him . Try to make appointments because your time there will be short , they still do walk in's .

Brought my truck in for a tire rotation and balance. As soon as I left the dealership, I realized something was off as the truck was shaking at 60 mph. Called the service department, explained my concern and made an appointment to follow up. With an appointment that was to correct a potential service error, I waited over 3 hours for a balance. The service rep told me they were having issue with the balancer and everything should now be fine. Driving away from the dealer, the balance still seemed off and it seemed worse the next morning on they way to work. Made an appointment at Discount Tire. I was in/out in less than an hour and the ride was back to normal. Best of all, they didn't even charge me. I can't understand why something as simple as a tire balance couldn't be done right the first time.

Came for scheduled services and i wait for around 20 min for one person to assign and next another 30 for shuttle services which is already pre spoken . In fact two or three people very sitting in front of the computer and just do nothing .

Because of lazyness i have to cancel some of the service which i wish to do .

Will, the young man who took care of my vehicle for the very first time is an excellent ambassador for Sterling MCcall Toyota- he is simply number in my book among the best Sterling McCall Toyota and Toyota in general have working for them, and it was my first time meeting the guy.

During pandemic viral infection stressful time, I went to replace my brake pad for my Sienna van. The service advisor-Brayan was knowledgeable and very polite to help me for this service. He also reminds me to renew brake fluid change since it has been two years. Subsequently, he called when my car was ready to pick up. The total time was around 2 hrs. I also received an e mail of complementary multi-point Inspection report. I had a wonderful experience. I felt the service is very efficient and with great professional. The cost is reasonable.

This is my second time purchasing a vehicle from this location. I can t express enough how amazing the process was from start to finish, especially with the amazing service Jose Muniz provided. He made sure my questions and needs were taken care of quickly, professionally and always with energy and happiness. I m glad he was my salesperson and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. Took my car to Sterling to diagnose cause of brakes making a noise. Their inspection stated bad brake rotor. Brakes still made same noise after replacing rotor. Then car dash had numerous warning lights about ABS and CVS. Sterling diagnosed bad ABS actuator. The 1 part cost over $1k. Took 24 hours to fix but now car runs well. For a 12 yo car, brake job is expected.
