Without an appointment, I arrived at Sterling McCall Service Department at 9:30 AM this morning with a mechanical problem. I spoke with the service technicians, the diagnosed the problem as a faulty battery. The on duty manager reviewed the technician's findings, a new placement battery would be provided on a warranty basis. I was pleased with all aspects of this event, i.e., dialog, discovery, decision and resolution. Thanks guys.

Great service as usually...Pedro always gives me the exact details on what was done to my 4Runner and future services required. He is always friendly every time I come in as well. I do NOT like the automated system for directing calls and the very long wait times between transferring between departments.

the gentlemen that assisted me today where courteous and upfront about time and cost for my repair. Not only did they fix the issue that I came in for but also took care of a recall repair that I was unaware of.
Service department: Highly deceptive practices where service charges can be negotiated with discounts like you would at a used car sales shop. Always say no to any upsells on service and you will see the Sales Advisor AND Service Floor Manager giving you (VIP) discounts until you buy. And sometimes, when you decline a service on the phone, they will even call you back in a few minutes that they made a mistake and your cost is actually $100 lower. Go figure!!
Also maintenance lights (as simple as tire pressure) are not checked when you get your car back after a tire rotation and alignment. Makes you wonder if they are REALLY even changing that fluid or doing that alignment you are paying for.
I am sure the actual technicians are skilled and hardworking people, but with questionable sales practices and dubious markups, I d rather go somewhere else.
I even bought my car new here but will not come back here for service anymore!!! Im sure its ok that you lost just 1 customer.
P.S. What s the point of a customer paying in advance online (with signature) and getting an online receipt if they still have to stand in cashier-line to sign again to pick up their car?
buying a new brand new vehicle ...doesn't mean that you take the keys and leave the lot.Make sure you inspect your 0 mileage vehicle. Cz this dealer has open storage for new vehicles .... so if it's raining it's destroying your brake system... and spiders getting in that new vehicle. Just bcz u got approved for brand new vehicle that doesn't mean 100%. I bought a 40000 dollar van and found it was parked outside all that hurricane flood season. Just be aware of some stuff. And one last thing... make sure you can read and understand your buyer agreement paper before you sign it... that long page . Rest of the services of this dealer are alot better than other dealer in town.

The salesmen here will play games and waste your time. The salesman confirmed to me over phone that he had two certified owned RAV4s and so I went over for a test drive. He then said he had no cars to show me as both were sold in the one hour it took me to get there. He tried selling me a new car I didn't need. He didn't really try to understand what I wanted or needed. Pretty terrible customer experience as he wasted my entire evening and hasn't called back to follow up as he had said he would.

I recently bought a RAV4 with Mr. Garni Apelian, who s customer service and attentiveness was excellent. He made my buying experience memorable. Soon after my car was broken into, the passenger side window was broken, I purchased the replacement window. The parts service department told me the window would be in within 2-5 days, 10 days later I contacted them and they said the window wouldn t be in until May 28th. How is it possible that they are taking so long to order and send a part when the warehouse is located in Houston!? Why sell a vehicle that doesn t have replacement parts easily accessible? that is extremely unprofessional and ridiculous!

I walked in with the intention to purchase a vehicle and I got paired up with someone who seemed like they would genuinely help me. From the moment we started talking business Shad Osmani did not seem to take me seriously. I personally did not want to run my credit until I knew what kind of financing they did it house and was just looking for information before purchasing. He was stomped by me not wanting to run my credit from the start. To the point where I tried leaving the location respectfully to see if I still wanted to buy from this dealership. While leaving Shad asked me to come back so I can talk to his manager Carlos Mejia. So I did thinking maybe he can talk about potential deals, Carlos then continued to try and explain to me how credit works on the spot. I said nothing to Carlos because it seems like he thought I had no idea how credit worked. They kept treating me like someone who wasn t capable mentioning that an adult with my credit line can get the car but personally I can not. This made no sense to me but that s fine. Either way this was my experience with Shad

I went to have my car serviced and when I arrived there according to my appointment I was received and given papers to sign and asked whether I will be waiting for the car to be serviced or if I was going an come back. I told them I was going to wait and was directed to the lobby where I could wait. When I was scheduling the appointment the rep. had told me that there was free coffee as I wait but I didn't need it. The service ended within 30-40 minutes and I was called on my phone to get my car, which I did. They sent the detailed report through email which I have appreciated. All in all I was satisfied with the service, I saw that they checked everything well because I knew some of the things that were there to indicate as markers of how well they serviced.

First off. I set up online appointment at 4:20pm for Toyota car maintenance service. I actually arriving on time. The service advisor wasn t friendly at all and told me that I should have call in for appointment because online system doesn t talk to anyone and my service request may not get done before the shop closed. He eventually checked my car in the service and told me the shop close at 6:00pm.
I went to the waiting area and sooner than later I received a text message regarding my car service report. The service advisor came to the waiting area and asked me did I receive the report and pointing to the pricing. I told him I won t fix it and concerned the shop might be closing before any of the recommended repair items won t be done on time and told him only to repair what I came in for.
In about 15 minutes he came back with paper and walking towards the cashier. I paid for the service and walking out to pick up my car. The cashier didn t say thank you or show any appreciation for the business.
I drove my car home and realized inside of my car was really dirty oily fingers everywhere. I think the mcchanic didn t clean up my car after the repair completed.
This time going to Sterling McCall Toyota was really poor service experience. I won t be going back there to upgrade my new car for Toyota Avalon.

I was searching online for a rav4 and found one on sterling McCall Toyota. started chatting with an agent an I explained my situation of not having a good credit but could trade in my 2010 corolla. advised me to go in. Omar Sattar was the sales rep that helped me get my 2016 rav4. I was not expecting to get a 2016 since i was not sure to qualify. and the paper work was fast that i left the dealer within 3hrs. i would recommend this dealership to anybody looking for good affordable cars......also i would recommend their service center.
