The dealer made the buying experience as smooth as possible (buying a car is never a simple transaction!).
We were disappointed with Toyota's "connected GPS." It's misleading. We specifically asked the salesman if the car had navigation and was told "yes." The Camry's GPS and navigation is only operational if you have a smartphone and a newer one at that! And the only navigation that will work is a Toyota app that is poor at best.
It's not serious enough that we will return the car, but we feel that we were misled by both Toyota and the salesman.
We scheduled an appointment, arrived and was immediately taken care of. Technician did his job promptly and we were on our way.

Once again bad customer service I was over the dealership this weekend I had to wait around five hours to get an oil change and that s not all once they returned my car it was a mess all over the place I had to get the manager to see if that s the way they treat the customers that s a shame I m pretty sure they need to hire more competent staff

I made an appointment for a simple oil change today. After discovering my service technician was absent due to getting sick with COVID, they found me another technician. But many of the service technicians were either not wearing masks or not wearing it over their noses, which I found very disrespectful. They also removed my tire rotation sticker from Costco, which was infuriating because I only went in for an oil change. All in all, terrible service with no notice that my scheduled technician was out the entire week previous to the appointment.

We were initially disappointed but our Sales person Mr Parvez and Used car Manager Andrew made our life easy and looked after us went to the extend in giving us the vehicle for test drive for 4 days minor scratches which they sorted also got the complete detailed. Missing on headrest which they have ordered a brand new one. There was only one key which they are sorting out also. Would definitely recommend and buy our next vehicle only here.Excellent customer service.

Overall experience was good but they had two rates for the same oil change coupon. Current visit total was different than previous visit. It supposed to be same as using same coupon. There was quite bit different on total.

BE CAREFUL!!! Wish I read these reviews before bringing my car to Sterling McCall Toyota on 3/13/20.
My Toyota Camry was driving fine before I brought in for a Multipoint Inspection to prepare for a road trip. The next time I drove it again (3 days later to a store,) it broke down for the very first time.
Steering wheel became so hard to turn, and the car could hardly move as I pulled into the parking lot. I was so scared and, without going into the store, drove straight to the dealer. I asked them to fix whatever they had done because until then my car had always been driving well with no significant issue ever.
To my disappointment, the rep said it s a coincidence that power steering oil leaks so all they could do was to refill it, and the estimate on fixing it was astronomical.
The name Sterling McCall Toyota reminds me of the feelings of deception, helplessness, and full of Regrets.

Easy to make an appointment online. Arrived on time and had to wait 4 or 5 minutes for the cars ahead of me, then very efficient. Even with Covid-19 safety measures, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. I brought some work as I figured I d be there for a while. I was in and out in less than 1 hour which seems better than experiences I ve had at other dealerships in my life, including MB and Lexus dealerships.

I had a bad experience here in the past with an oil change but decided to give them another try, big mistake. I came in with an appointment but why would they allow appointments if they are not going to respect your time. I dropped off at 1pm and the service rep called me at 3:55pm to come pick up my car. They close at 4pm on Saturday. It took them 3 hours for an oil change. The worst part is when I picked up my car all the papers in my center console were thrown out in front of my passenger seat, as if someone was looking for something. I asked service rep why the technician Dev Parvatam did this and that it was really unprofessional and rude. I'm calling in and reporting this to the service manager because its unacceptable. Never returning here.

Waited 4 hrs to get my car serviced. I had a 9:40 am appointment and was handed over the car around 1:40 pm. They seem to book more appointments than their capacity. They should understand how important is time for their customers. It was the first time I went to this center but first impression was a bad one.

Brought my car in for oil change, they topped off fluids, rotated tires. Recommend I get new tires. Enjoy going to Sterling McCall because they are always honest. They treat you as a customer that wants to keep coming back for service. Unlike some service establishments who look at your vehicle to service and get the job done and move the next car.
I spent my time looking for a used Hyundai Sonata at various Hyundai dealerships. With being unsuccessful trying to make a deal on several used Hyundai's I decided to branch out and look at other dealerships for used Hyundai Sonatas. I found that Sterling McCall Toyota had several Sonatas with the features that I desired. Showed up to look and drive and see if they wanted to even make a deal. Got a little bit of a run-around trying to make a deal with the usual "the internet price is our lowest price and we can't go any lower". Finally was able to make a deal for MY PRICE on a used Hyundai Sonata. Was then able to go over to financing and finish paperwork as I already had financing so paperwork was fairly quick. Lobby was decent and they offered various drinks while you wait.
At the end of my paperwork I was offered the extended warranty which I was interested in but at the time still needed to talk that added expense over with my spouse (which was out of town that day) so the finance guy, Thomas, gave me paperwork to take and made me another lower offer for the extended warranty and he told me that I needed to make a decision on the extended warranty in about 7 days.
After talking over extended warranty and looking at my finances I decided to talk with Thomas again. I had to leave a message but he did return my call that day. We spoke and he was supposed to get back with me the next day whereas his boss(es) were gone for the day already that could "make the decision" on my offer for the extended warranty. So the next day came and went without receiving a phone call. So the following day I called and left Thomas another message to call me back and see if we could make a deal on the extended warranty. Now that it is about 2 1/1 weeks later I have yet to hear back from Sterling McCall Toyota concerning my extended warranty.
I do know that GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE is important to the survival to any business.
With all this said, I feel that at the end of the year when I'm ready to purchase another car I won't go back to Sterling McCall Toyota. I feel that if I run into a problem or need extra help finding what I am looking for that I won't get that call back; a return call makes me feel that Sterling McCall Toyota really does care about their customers even after you leave their dealership. All in all ... they don't really care!!

Horrible service offered 6k less than rough trade value for nada and truck is in perfect shape. And when asked why there car was priced higher than clean retail wasn't given answer. Tried to haggle to get rough trade value but they said they only buy cars a value they could get a similar one at auction for. Lost my business for sure of coarse u will always buy something cheaper at auction.

I came here to Sterling McCall Toyota for a car service. I made a reservation for 7am for them to see my vehicle. I came on time to the appointment however they made me wait until 9:30 am before they even saw my car. If was going to take them so long just to see my vehicle what was the benefit of even booking a reservation for them to see my car? Pathetic service.
My experience at Sterling McCall Toyota was perfect. No high pressure sales, just courteous, informative details. Hamza Kalender was a pleasure to work with.
My visit went well. All of my questions were answered before and after my car was worked on and there were no problems.
When checking in for my service appt, was left standing by my car for a while until I approached the woman at the desk on the side of my car to see if I just leave the car. She was busy on her phone, but then did my check in. Service advisor was nice on phone said he would call me again when car was ready. I got the automated email saying cat was ready but waited for the call since he said he would call when ready. After waiting 10 min, I went up to the service desk and they had everything. Good thing I didn't wait for his call. I finished paying and went out to wait where they said the valet would bring my car. After waiting for 10 min and have two people who got there after me have their cars brought up, I finally asked someone if I was waiting in the right place. He said yes, and then got someone else to check on my car. I could hear them asking about keys on the radio. 10 min later (20 min waiting total) another guy brings my car up and just walks away from it. No thank you waiting or sorry for the delay. No verification that it was my car (keys were just left inside) and he didn't even see me walk up to the car and drive off (I had to cross two service lanes). Needless to say it's unlikely that I'll be back here again.
Wanted this to be a good first experience and it wasnt. I got there 6:30 to be the first car they took in for an oil change.
I was first and was hoping it would be less then 1 hour but they did many other cars and mines was done close to 3 hours later!!!

Terrible service. This was the worst service visit I ve ever experienced at Sterling McCall Toyota. Three main issues: 1) I came in to have an interior part replaced. The service agent confirmed the part was in stock before I arrived but after I waited for 2 hours, he told me they were out, 2) I also had a state inspection performed. They inputted my tag info incorrectly in the inspection form and now I can t renew my TX tag online, 3) the wait was VERY long and they were not busy. I am very disappointed in the service dept. In the past, it has always been acceptable and workable. I hope this is not indicative of the future of their performance or I will take my business elsewhere. I have been a loyal customer since 2017, but I m questioning now. I almost decided to name the service agent but I won t this time to protect confidentiality.

I took my rav4 in for my 1st free maintenance check up and it was super fast. I had a low air pressure warning light which they fixed! The staff was very friendly also.
Make online oil change appointment doesn t make any difference, still have to wait 2 hours. And still many service specialists not wearing mask.
