Let me start off by saying, The people here are friendly for the most part. I had a client that used this agency until she realized how unorganized they are. Paperwork that was needed was always being blamed on someone else not doing something, even when I updated stuff on my own information, it was like it was never updated in the system, an address change or dependent change, and now I was just informed that my W2 was just mailed out yesterday which was Feb22. The lady on the phone gave me some sort of excuse that people were mad when they mailed them last year because of address changes and what not were incorrect. Which if I recall, I ended up picking it up last year, but that only because I got it with my check. That just goes back to being unorganized. So I said what about people that don't work there anymore, like me, how am I suppose to know to come pick it up, when by law and every employer knows this you must mail those out by the end of January. She almost hung up on me and I was being very civil, almost like talking to a child, explaining that they could be in trouble and trying to get her to understand they need to make improvements to be better. If I owned that place I'd be ashamed at how poorly it is being run and how horribly unorganized they are. But some of the people are still nice.
