For the past four years, I've patroned this dealership. I've traded-in, leased and financed vehicles, and have gotten my car serviced here. For all of my visits, I've been treated with excellent service.
I have enjoyed working with Allen Wanju - he has always gone above and beyond to assist my with any concerns of inquiries that I have had.
In terms of service, I love the fact that there are areas where I can set up and work while I wait for my car. There's coffee and sodas that are available for you while you wait. There is also the option to be dropped of at work if need be.
I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Keep up the good work!

Charles was excellent in his position! Thoroughly explained in details what was required about the Sienna! The rotation of the four tires was done January of 2018 ! The only objection my husband give is that the rotation was not required and newer tires should stay in the front older tires in the back? So I took it to Goodyear store who worked on this car and reverse the job! Otherwise everything is great and recommend the same service!

The least thing Sterling McCall upper management should do is either giving Marvin a raise to show gratitude towards Marvin because after all how often a customer spent this much time writing a great review for a great service.

I bought a 2016 4runner from a private party and took it here to get inspected. They said all clean, except brakes at 3mm, so new brake pads/rotors and brake fluid needs replacing. $750 quote. I know this is a common money-maker, so get my car checked out by my local shop who I trust. They take pictures of the brake pads and fluid and let me examine myself - pads are 5mm and fluid is crystal clear. Not going back!

I walked outside met with Nilson and he explained that my vehicle wasn t ready yet. I was only here for an oil change due ,it took more than 2hrs that s not good service and plus I had to chase Nilson around because he never responded my text. So no, bad service overall I m very simple just acknowledge me don t ignore me.

Found a deal online..test drove and talk to the sales person. Very routine. I believe it's good to check prices and see what used car goes for elsewhere. They negotiate pretty hard but it's manageable. Just read what you sign before you sign. Papers and offers easily get mixed..it happens but you don't want to sign something that isn't the final agreed upon price.

How do you deploy a customer's airbags during a recall repair, sit on the car for a month, and return it with a sagging headliner, a leaking sunroof, and a broken cd changer. These guys should not be touching cars, they pretty much totaled a Land Cruiser in for a recall, and then did everything in their power to repair the vehicle as slowly and cheaply as they could.

I went to Houston to purchase a Highlander Hybrid from Austin. When we negotiated the price of the car, I asked for specific accessories to be installed. All accessories were installed except for body side molding. So, I asked the salesperson to deduct the price to get that installed later from a dealer in Austin. He quoted certain price and reduced the price of the car by exactly that amount. All other part of the deal was right; the trade-in and the time for finance department to complete the transaction. A day after the purchase I called my local dealer to get the price of the body-side molding and found out the price is almost 1.5x more than what the salesperson quoted!!! I reached out to my salesperson and told him. He gave me a lot of excuses and I told him I felt he lied and deceived; and gave him an opportunity to make it right. He didn t do anything to make it right and I let him know I will be honest about my feedback. Watch out from the salespeople there, always verify before agreeing to the price. Check prices of accessories or anything like that before making final deal.

Dropped off vehicle for routine maintenance on Sunday. They did the full 24 point inspection and contacted me with the results the next morning. They had to order a part from the warehouse but couldn't due to the MLK holiday. The part was ordered, delivered, and the work was completed by noon today. My service advisor kept me informed during the entire process. I also got a 15% discount off my bill. Very nice bonus gentlemen. That's why you will get my repeat business.

We came there for a 2010 Mazda 3, but when my wife saw the 2013 Mazda 3 it was puppy love. She was very happy and Muhammad Mirza did everything in his power to make sure we bought with confindence.
