Fantastic quality shower gels, handwashes and body/hand lotions really handy sizes or great value large sizes especially bath/ shower gels. Tucked away in the Lanes, so worth a visit, super helpful staff and reasonable prices. They do bespoke fragrances as well. Please support indi local shops. Xxx

I was recently gifted a Pecksniffs candle in a glass container. Having ignited the candle over three consecutive evenings, I noticed the glass was blackening more each time it was relit and there was grey smoke emerging after the second usage. My husband and myself both have noticed a cough the last two evenings when the candle is lit obviously due to the smoke which is evident.
Yesterday I e.mailed Pecksniffs, and having no acknowledgement of my e.mail telephoned them today to be to be advised that my e.mail had been passed on to Head office. I aired my dissapointment that no response had been received to this very important issue and asked for head office number to speak with them. I called the number I had been given only to be answered by the same lady I had spoke to who had given me the Head office number. She said she must have given me the wrong number but perhaps I had pressed the wrong 'option' choice. ,,,,I gave up, but requested that she get a member of the appropriate team to call me over this issue and explain the toxic smoke inhalation we have experienced with our Rose and Peony candle. ,,,,,still waiting!
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE
I notice another lady has had issues with a candle from their range, whereby the glass shattered.

Interesting perfumery in Brighton. Offers a wide selection of scents. Something on the more expensive side but who is interested in perfumes will surely find it here.

My candle was a Xmas present and smelt beautiful but as it was nearly finished it SET ON FIRE AND WHEN I BLEW IT OUT THE GLASS EXPLODED !!!

I've been buying Pecksniff hand cream, body scrub, hand wash, perfume and many other products for about 3 years now.
The amazing natural aromas are so fresh and last all day.
The amount of people who have stopped and asked me what perfume I use, and I proudly say Pecksniff but sadly no one so far has heard of it.
I would thoroughly recommend there products, I haven't had a bad one yet!

I came across your beautiful moisturizer and Talcum powder..the one I tried was ginger and Patchouli.
I was browsing in the fragrances in Vancouver Canada in Winners actually with the lovely coloring of ginger and pink box.
Thanks again for this lovley and elegent perfume.

The store is always excellent but some of the fashions are to expensive ,not very stylish

Such a wonderful idea, I love that you could go in and get vegan, reduced price versions of your favourite perfume. It's a good price, friendly service but unfortunately the overwhelming, conflicting scents as I walked in was too much and almost instantly gave me a headache. Love love love the idea, just please open a window or something

I recently went for a Pecksniff's 40 minute back, neck and shoulder massage in Brighton Jury's Inn Waterfront Hotel. I was briefly asked if I had any concerns before the massage and I mentioned that I had large tension knots in my back. I had said this before when getting a massage elsewhere however this masseuse was so tentative to my comments that she completely tailored the massage to make sure my knots were removed by the end of the massage. Days later I feel no knots and feel so much better, with no pain or tension, it has made the world of difference and I would love to have another massage like that again! Could not recommend enough!

Gorgeous store with authentic Brightonian products.

We have had their diffusers many times, suitable for small spaces and entrance ways.

The giant linen sprays are also so affordable and keep sheets and linens scented for ages!

Lovely shop and staff, not the best place to go if you have allergies or are sensitive to smells. Mum couldn't stop sneezing.

I use the mail order system. I am very pleased with all aspects. My order is taken professionally, i normally receive the package the next day, it is beautifully wrapped. I am a fan... There was a particular item which was out of stock, today i received a phone call to say it was back in.. That is what i call excellent customer service. Thank you from a happy customer. x

I thought it was a used Knickers shop.
It wasn't, however it looks very nice but it wasn't what I was after.
