Nick Rubio in the parts department acted all huffy and puffy when I asked for the part number. I asked for it to save time so when I called back to order it, I didn t have to give the VIN and waste time explaining again what part I m looking for. He said they don t have part numbers. When I said how could you not have a part number, he said he was not going to give it because I was gonna buy it on the internet. So he knows supposedly what every customer might do with part numbers. These people have no shame. They re let loose to do and say whatever the hell they want. This comes from bad or no management.

After weeks of waiting for an BO part. I picked up my car.

I don't normally drive much on the freeway during the week bc I live close to work.

But one week after picking it up, I found the LKA feature would turn on but did NOT work!

It took two weeks before they set me up with an appointment.

I dropped off my car on Tuesday. 8-15-17. And they said it would be two days for the repair and it would all be covered under the previous repair.

They called me on 8-17-17, to tell me it will not be covered, the repair is $2000. I said I'm not paying for it, and they need to get with my insurance get figure it out. The LKA feature was working fine before my accident!

They also said will not be paying for the rental so you need to come today to return the rental and pick up my car.

When I got there to pick up my car, then they tried to hit me up for $113!!! It took ever bit of me to stay calm and not make a scene!!

Friendy and knowledgeable staff! Look for Rey qui, he gives the best customer service.

Great experience. Had some concerns about financing that where quickly addressed by the finance manager. Overall good experience.

Been using their parts and service departments regularly for several years now, and both are stellar. Parts guys are professional and very helpful along the entire way, including few times when I had to return unused parts. Service department is always accurate, prompt and courteous in their work. Special mention to Luis Hernandez. Plus, both departments accept Costco coupons which offers a decent savings.

It s always a pleasure to visit the service department. I ve been going to Will S. for 2-3 years now and he always helpful and good at communicating anything that comes up.

Every one was very professional and friendly. From the person greeted me, the person called me to let me know the service is done, and the cashier.
I was kept posted about work being done, throughout the couple of hours there.
Although there were quite a few folks there, work was done earlier than promised .

The worst experience I have ever had. I went to check for my car battery and brake pads. They said it would be 2 to 2 and a half hours wait. Turn out it was almost 4 hours wasted just for checking the battery? Do better.

Went to apply for a job. They never even bothered to tell me they didn't need me.. or want me... I did follow up but nobody was ever available to tell me anything about my application status!!!. Terrible!!! They must not really be hiring at All

During a time when the whole world is falling apart we need people to be kind hearted. I went to the dealership to get an oil change and I left with my car not turning on. I understand my car needs work and things need replacing. You can understand my frustration when I say my car has been driving fine for a while now but now it isn't turning on. Regardless the customer service at sterling McCall toyato is the worst I've ever seen. I saw Rey Qui for the oil change. He literally laughed at me when he told me the amount I would need to fix my car and said I was better off getting a new one. I came in for just an oil change. No heart in this situation. We are still in a pandemic and people are begging for jobs everywhere. But this guy is laughing at me because of my situation. What a shame. This right here is why I won't ever come back to sterling McCall and why I won't get a new car from here.

The wait time that I was quoted was wrong. I was told by the technician that it will be an 1 hour wait. I was there for two hours!! Service needs to improve. All the mechanic guys I saw where talking among themselves and not focused on a 5 STAR customer experience.

yeah I call to get a price check on a part for my car and I asked about delivery and he very rudely was saying that It can only be delivered to a body shop after I told him that I wanted to deliver to the body shop next to Fort bend locationhlocation said that this is Toyota Houston and hung up.

As we know the purchasing a new vehicle can be a very horrible experience with the wrong salesperson. I initially had my first talk with Cherie which was support nice and listened to everything being discussed. I was already somewhat frustrated as I was looking around for a week, we had a quick straight forward talk and within 20 mins in the phone we hashed out a deal. Then I get to dealership and was introduced to Bella who was very attentive and informative. I will definitely recommended these 2 young lady to hash out any deals without blowing smoke yo your behind.

AFTER WAITED IN LINE , I GOT THE FAKE PART MADE IN CHINA WITH THE 3M TAPE STICK ON OUTSIDE THE HANDLE , BUT THE PRICE WAS MORE EXPENSIVE THAN THE REAL SET $137.83 INCLUDED TAX . THIS SET I BOUGHT ON THE OTHER WEB SITE ONLY SALE CHINA PART ONLY $20.00 BUCKS . BEWARE OF THE PARTS FROM THEM , VERY DISAPPOINTED

My mom and sister bought a Toyota at your facility and had EXCEPTIONAL service by Walter Coto. We went one day but he wasn't there. Called the second time around and he was there. That day we drove home with a brand new car. I felt great about the purchased and felt in control. He made my husband and I comfortable not pressured. Great experienced. Also Guillermo Escobar was very thorough and clear about the purchased. When I'm ready for my SUV I won't think twice about returning.

I had a pleasant experience today at Sterling McCall. My visit was with the service manager, Derek Hinesley to diagnose the leak in my a/c system. At the beginning, he explained the process to me and the estimated cost, but I was mostly impressed with his communication style and adherence to time, he has earned my respect for his professionalism. At every stage, he took time to inform me of what to expect and especially called as promised. I hope my future visits at Sterling McCall would be as pleasant!
