Last month, I got my car serviced and tires rotated at this dealership. Due to quarantine orders, I only used this car a handful of times on local neighborhood roads over the course of this month. However, last week, I noticed that the when I drove over 65mph, the car begins to shudder something it had never done prior to the tire rotation. I took my car in to your dealership today, 6/9, and had to wait over 3 hours in order for my car to be looked at. After that long wait, Kevin said it was an issue with the balance of the tires and proceeded to charge me for this problem that was not even present until I got the tires rotated at this same place. I understand that COVID-19 may have impacted this dealership from a staffing perspective thus affected wait times, but I believe that the final $80+ charge reflects this dealership s posture on customer satisfaction and guarantee. I expressed my concerns and Kevin rudely dismissed me. Why is the expectation that I should wait a ridiculous amount of time and pay this amount to fix a problem caused by a service error out of my control when I can take my car to a company like Discount Tire who would check and fix it at no cost?
