Very poor. Cancelled five minutes before after three weeks of waiting to get a viewing. They blamed the vendor.

This is the best company i have ever come across. I thought selling my house will be a stressful and lenghty process and thats why i was delaying it. I came across this company while searching online for a quick sale. Their sale agent visited my house in the evening and they could get me a good offer the next day. My house was sold in a few weeks time. They are very professional, competent and friendly people. They kept me informed all the time. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I had to phone Springbok for work purposes and it took 5-6 minutes to answer loads of questions, I was then told I would receive a phone call back to give me the necessary information that I required??!! Why they couldn't tell me straight away I do not know?!
These call centre/internet based estate agents are terrible, very slow and costly to phone!!!

My experience is excellent. The Springbok representative Jamie Davies is very nice and helpful. He is very patient too. In addition, he is able to help me speed up the purchase procedure. For example, after our viewing the property and making an offer yesterday, he called me this morning to advise me what to do and I paid for the deposit and admin fee successfully. I am grateful to him for his professional help.

Recently purchased our first our first home through Springbok. The great thing about these guys is that we were able to put down a small holding fee and legally secure the property for a fixed time while we were sorting the solicitors etc out... it took the worry of the purchase falling through away which was a massive bonus. The whole team there are polite and friendly and we would highly recommend

Honestly, I don't understand the good reviews. I had a terrible time with this company when trying to purchase a house. I went through 5 members of staff who were dealing with the property because everyone kept leaving. My offer was accepted in February and I finally got the keys in October. There was so much misinformation or lack of detail and I could NEVER get hold of anyone. Not once did someone actually answer my calls and I always had to chase up via email or voicemails. Eventually I got someone who was able to get stuff done but only because I threatened to pull out of the deal. I would not recommend if you like a decent level of communication and want to move at more than a slugs pace.

Disgusting company not letting people know how much they want on behalf of them selling the house . 200% more expensive then any other company. Misleading and out right despicable in the day of age

Great attentive service at all stages of the process, Rachel was invaluable in contacting all the other parties and making sure everything went smoothly at each stage.

The initial service I felt was very rushed and not personal at all until I was dealt with by Habib who was very efficient and understood everything I was asking for. When he had secured a buyer I was then handed to Natalie Jackson who was very professional and helpful through the entire process until completion. Well done Habib and Natalie.

From the first meeting with Karen, we experienced professionalism, great knowledge of our local market and prices and this resulted in us selling in weeks. Springbok are very customer focused. We had Megan our dedicated contact throughout and she kept us fully updated on everything throughout the process. We felt like we were Megan;s only customer; she was personable, professional driven and reliable, always there when we needed to talk.
That is how everyone should feel.
Refreshing to deal with an estate agent not resorting to the book of excuses for not selling (Brexit, Christmas is coming etc etc).

Springbok were selling a property we liked and we easily arranged a viewing, got through negotiations through them with the vendor and agreed. Seems that they have several departments which makes for ease of working from my end. I was kept informed very regularly and was able to ask questions when needed. Moved in and happy

Good contact early stages with viewings and sale techniques. Once offer was accepted the change of department and contact was poor, constantly having to call for updates.
The set fee had hidden costs added by solicitors although the package signed contractually was 'All solicitor fees included'. This was not the case. Still waiting for feedback on these extra costs a month later.

Am now sat in my first home just 9 weeks after viewing the property. Tom at springbok was very helpful at every at every stage.

We recently went through the home buying process with Springbok. Admittedly at first, we were a little bit daunted with the entire quick sale process and the timelines. We however found a solicitor who said they could work to the time spans. Our mortgage adviser said she could too.

After we took the plunge and went for the house buying process, it actually went very very smoothly. Becci Kennerley led the entire progression process and was very friendly and kept in contact. She was also committed to ensuring the process continued as quick as possible. If our solicitors required extra details, there was no issue with the time required. Basically, as long as you have all of your ducks in a line and your committed to getting the process through as fast as possible, you can bag a house for a good price.

Even though the upfront contract and holding fee is daunting, a pro is that you cannot be gazumped.

The only thing which I will say was a downside to the entire process initially was the difficulty of getting hold of the sales negotiater and you cannot ring them directly... They will text you from a number that cannot be rung, but it can be replied to via text. However, when we did manage to see the house and when our offer was accepted, Ben Taylor was pleasant and easy to get hold of.

Our entire process took 8 weeks from start to finish! I'd definitely recommend this process for first time buyers (with mortgage in principal and deposit sorted ready) or cash rich buyers.

We got our house for a price well beneath its market value.

Process of sale is efficient but does miss some of the personal aspects of a local agent. In particular I would ve preferred viewing the property meeting an agent rather than the owner, as it allows for a more open conversation. Did encounter some slight difficulties in being able to purchase due to an additional later offer from a different buyer despite having an offer accepted and documents submitted but managed to work through them.

Don t bother getting back to you, phone and phone and phone. Once you reply though they can t be bothered to reply. Definitely wouldn t recommend using this estate agent.

Great company! Even though the Covid19 shutdown happened, we still managed to complete as soon as we could. Very efficient service.

After being let down by two high street estate agents Springbok were a breath of fresh air. They were true to their word and were highly professional throughout the entire process of selling our property, they didn't pester, they didn't make false promises, they found viewers in a timely manner and a prospective buyer very quickly. The viewings were dealt with and arranged by them and feedback from viewers was always either the same day or following day. I would highly recommend Springbok to anyone, they deliver on their promises and there's no hidden fees.

This company don t call you, they text you from a number that you can t call and advertise and try to sell you properties that are no longer available. Stay clear

I recently bought a property through Springbok and they were brilliant. Once the offer had been accepted I was passed on to Laura O'Brien who I have to say was an absolute star! As we all know house buying/selling is a stressful process and often you feel like nobody is communicating with you during the 'waiting period'. Laura kept in touch with me throughout and liaised/chased the solicitors on both sides and the vendor to push the process along. Laura was always pleasant and always returned my calls:-).

Fantastic service from these guys. Having initially listed our house with a local agent and having the house sat on the market for 4 months only having 2-3 viewings Springbok came in and within a week had arranged 3 viewings and after several offers from different buyers we finally received an offer we were happy with. Would happily recommend their services.

This company is just a joke

This company is just a joke. Call for booking to view a property in London, I had to put on hold for 5 minutes and listened to some pre-recorded message. Someone then answered my phone call but she had no knowledge about the property I was asking. She asked me back the full postcode of the property and could not even answer me one single question such as whether this property is still available on the market. After asking me all my personal information, she then told me that someone would call me back but unfortunately no one called me from their company. Now I understand why this property has been on the market for 9 months, the price is the lowest in that area and is unable to get any offer. If you are thinking to sell your property, make sure you get some agents with good reputation and customer reviews.

Good service - I recently bought a property via Spingbok, initially dealing with Britney, who was excellent, very patient, and helped to arrange multiple viewings of the property.

Following this, for sales progression, I was passed on to Natalie, who again was excellent. She was through, professional, and helped to chase up solicitors and generally ran round to make the sale as smooth as possible.

The only reason I can't give Springbok five stars is that prior to getting contact with Natalie, there was a period of about a week when I couldn't get any information from anyone - which was frustrating.

All told however, a good service and would recommend.

Jay made the process very straight forward and answered all my questions promptly. Also offered help with any queries outside of usual working hours, looking forward to getting moved in now!

I was hoodwinked into allowing this company to sell my property
there valuer told me things that i accepted at face value.
it turns out In My Opinion that this company is an estate agent without
high street shops. They told me it was a desirable property in a desirable area and at a price which would attract buyers from all areas retail and investors.
i have had one person viewing the property in the time its been on the market, which was from 20th November 2018. now they cannot get in touch with the people. They said they had a panel of investors who would buy for cash , not seen or heard from any of these.
Now they tell me that the area that the property is in is on a low trend at the moment,surely the would research this before offering me the opportunity to market it.
To say that i am disappointed with the service, i now have to give them a 28 day notice to leave is a further kick in the preverbials.
I have also discovered from three other property companies that they
can only buy my property at a percentage of the last companies sale price, which in this case was a lot less than Springbok properties led me to believe they could achieve for me.So not only have they not sold my house in 30 days 90 days or had any investors interested i now cannot
let my house be sold for the numbers i am been offered due to Sprinbok
offer my house at a priced from number and not what they said they could achieve for me.
so my advice is be careful and listen to everything been said.

Springbok claim to be a quick sale company. It took them 15 months to sell our property. They were terrible from the beginning. After signing up I found out they do not do the viewings, they do not put a for sale sign up nor do they answer More

Whilst initially wary of using an on-line estate agents we found Springbok to be a first class company who dealt with our sale in a highly professional manner.
From our first contact with Kieron to the home visit by David for the purpose of valuation through to the ongoing care provided by Laura O'Brien our appointed sales co-ordinate we could not have been in better hands. Laura maintained constant contact with us throughout, liasing with our solicitors and our buyers solicitors. She was always available if we had any queries and her professionalism ensured a smooth transaction from beginning to end.
Sprinkbok secured a buyer for us within a few days of marketing our property at an agreed sale price which we were very happy with and at the end of the process there were no hidden costs or nasty surprises.

Absolute disgusting and unprofessional company arranged to view a property on joy street Rochdale twice but no one from the company showed up after ringing the company from outside the property I was told the viewing had to be confirmed first by the vendor
I wasn t told this when I had booked the viewing
I still do not have a reply from the 3rd booking I had made 1 week ago
I was a first time buyer
I feel sorry for the vendor as I believe they do not have a clue that this company is not really interested in selling the property but has happily taken their cash to put this property on the market

At first I was ready to move to another company as the person dealing with myself was not helpful and reduced the price by a big chunk but the Natalie took over and I was put at ease.
She kept me informed and updated returned calls promptly and was polite and courteous at all times.
I would like to thank Natalie for turning my view and experience from negative to positive.

When deciding to sell your home it can be such a daunting decision, but after our first meeting with Springbok we knew we would be in good hands and had made the right choice. The staff are so friendly and always keep you up to date with every step. We sold our property within 14days which meant we could put and official offer in on our dream home.
I can honestly say Springbok have been honest the whole way, we knew exactly what fees we would need to pay at the start so there where no hidden charges, and all staff are helpful and so friendly. I have placed my property with Springbok. It purports to be an online platform for selling property yet I have been unable to get onto the online platform to check progress of the matter. Despite numerous conversations and messages for the IT Department to return my calls no one has had the courtesy to return my call. I have escalated my grievance to make a complaint to the Manager and guess what still no reply. The so called receptionist is unhelpful and condescending.

An online platform with no online access defeats the object.

Just sold our property in PL5. We had it on the market for over 10 months with a local agent with no joy. Someone told me about Springbok and although sceptical I rang them. I had lots of questions and needed some things explained a couple of times as we went down the fast sell to investors route. Jordan never made feel as if it was a problem and found a way of explaining it that we understood clearly. Then he handed us over to Ryan who has taken us through the problems of selling a flat with difficult management agents to deal with and never once complained or made me feel a problem. Rather he made us feel like we where his most important if not his only customer. Although we had to wait a few weeks while we gave notice to the other agent and the management agent gave delays, it s still only taken a couple of months to sell the place. Thanks Jordan and Ryan I ll spread the word to everyone to use Springbok.

I am a first time buyer and have been looking for a property for a while. After dealing with several different estate agents I can honesty say Victoria Coffey was amazing. The person I dealt with at Springbok was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her. She was constantly chasing the buyer and always kept me well informed on all conversations she had with them or any queries that arose. Unbelievably incompetent. You would not believe how bad these estate agents are and we would steer well clear of them. It feels wrong to give them the one star - they did nothing to deserve it. From the moment we tried to arrange a viewing (it took a week) it has gone from bad to worse. We even had to chase to find out if our offer had been accepted. Admittedly there have been issues with our house sale, however this does not excuse the complete lack of communication. Several people have been passed our case and so there has been no clear point of contact throughout the whole process. We have consistently chased to find out the latest and have been assured that our case was being dealt with as a 'matter of urgency' only to find out weeks later nothing had progressed despite being given several dates of completion. Both our estate agent (selling our house) and solicitors spent their time having to chase matters with Springbok and time after time were faced with unanswered phone messages or emails. We eventually took the decision to pull out (4 months after making the intitial offer) - a large part of this decision was due to the awful service given by Springbok. We would advise anyone to avoid Springbok at all costs.

The whole set-up with every member of staff at Springbok was so professionally precise and and perfectly orchestrated.

Jay was my contact with regard to selling my house.
He worked tirelessly throughout the time we worked together and despite never actually meeting him face to face, I didn't have any issues that created waves to our working relationship.

I had contact acted Springbok at the offset as local estate agents couldn't seem to attract sufficient clients to my property.

My concerns towards the possibility of not successfully selling disappeared within a few days when Jay was assigned to selling my house.

With 9-11 days not only did he find local interested parties to my property but actually SOLD my property and at the asking price within 11 days.

He is dedicated to his profession and is a true professional when dealing with clients.
His manner towards all is extremely courteous without going over the top.

Working with Jay was an experience never to be forgotten and I wish him all the best with his chosen career of which I know he will always look after his clients to the best of his ability.
