Good service - I recently bought a property via Spingbok, initially dealing with Britney, who was excellent, very patient, and helped to arrange multiple viewings of the property.

Following this, for sales progression, I was passed on to Natalie, who again was excellent. She was through, professional, and helped to chase up solicitors and generally ran round to make the sale as smooth as possible.

The only reason I can't give Springbok five stars is that prior to getting contact with Natalie, there was a period of about a week when I couldn't get any information from anyone - which was frustrating.

All told however, a good service and would recommend.
