we were very pleased with the work that Michael and Charles did when they installed our H-VAC unit. They were very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and accommodating. We would highly recommend them for any future jobs.

My Air conditioner went out and Mr Pruitt and his helper(didn't get his name) went to work and did a great job in getting the new system installed.

Dutch Enterprised was very professional, courteous and competitively priced when we shopped around for a new AC unit. This was my first experience and I will certainly be back. Very kind and hard working did all he could to make sure I was happy

We had Dutch replace our air conditioner that was leaking through the ceiling. Jared was here twice and is very knowledgeable and professional. Everyone from Dutch was great and our a/c is working great.

Been using Dutch Enterprises for various home improvements for 3 years now! We just had our furnace (bought from Dutch in June 2016) checked out by Scott Heise and were pleased with his hard work and friendly manner! Scott has taken care of my brother's furnace/AC for many years now and was recommended by him (Tim Ward) as well.

Jacob was well-trained, very experienced, and an all-around great guy! Dutch will actually SAVE you money! A++

Buyer beware!!!
We hired Dutch to investigate & fix a leak in our basement shower. After inspection, the drain needed to be moved & a new shower surround installed. Well, the surround we were quoted was mysteriously out of stock. We were given a cheap replacement surround that wasn t installed quite right. We were charged for the original surround, despite the replacement being $1,200 cheaper. After being gaslit by the estimator, and a debate with his boss the excess charges were wiped off, & we were reasonably content despite not getting what we d ordered. Not a huge deal in the grand scheme of things. Well, now just under a year later the new surround is leaking from both sides with no signs of slowing down.
This is not meant to slander Dutch & their employees, I just want everyone to beware when hiring them to do anything.
It s quite unfortunate, too, because we also bought an AC/Furnace from them earlier in the year & won t be able to use them to service our unit as no one from Dutch will set foot in my house again.

UPDATE: We gave them a reprieve, & had them come to repair what wasn t done properly. They fixed a problem, not the problem & it is still leaking.
I texted them to let them know that there was still an issue, & was told that someone else would be out last week to fix the problem. Still no word from Dutch, & we can t use a shower that we are still paying on which was installed eight months ago.
At least they were conscientious enough to apologize for the inconvenience...

Update: it finally seems to be fixed. Please thank the last plumber you sent, his name escapes me at present. But he seemed to be the only one who actually took the time to look at what was going on.

They are charging me $900 more for a job then what I was told, and they also had to come back the next day for a water leek from the job they did wrong

I called in the morning and in less than 2 hours, Elliot arrived to fix a broken toilet. He had all the needed parts, completed the repair and he was on his way. The entire process was very easy and I would definitely use Dutch Enterprises and request Elliot again.

Colin came out on a Saturday and got our ac working again on the hottest day of the year so far. Real nice guy. Reasonably priced and it works. 5

I sent them out to fix a loose pipe in my basement ceiling. He said it just needed glued and supported. It came loose the very next morning. He supported it with a rusty old wire. I still had to come have my dad replace the drain and the support. Notified them of the leak the very next morning no one called me back. After I received our bill called back again to notify them and they took half of the bill.

Called mid-morning for plumbing issues at our facility. Someone responded and came to check everything out within half an hour. Elliot Shields was the gentleman on the scene. I cannot say enough how pleased we are with his services. Elliot showed up and greeted us with kindness and professionalism. He handled all of our immediate issues in under an hour all while creating a maintenance schedule for the future. Top notch, highly recommend him. I say this, in part, because past technicians have proven unreliable, regardless, good work deserves recognition. Thank you again. - Brandon Niederkorn.

Visited my home multiple times and gave me the quickest and most cost-effective solution to my plumbing problem in Cape Girardeau.

Our 30 year old HVAC unit went out in the extreme summer heat on a Friday. The folks from Dutch were at our house within hours of our call. It was determined (as expected) that we would need to replace the unit. They brought us a window unit to keep a room in the house cool until they could get the new unit installed. They were back on Tuesday morning and installed the new unit quickly. We couldn't have been more appreciative of their quick response and genuine kindness.

Great service and great products--From Sales to Installation! They were ahead of schedule, respectful with our home, our pets, etc.--very professional, knowledgeable--educated us on the products--We can't say enough good things about them!!!

Wonderful experience! Signed up for the VIP Savings Club and the person that came out was on time, nice and friendly, and did a great job. Had this company come out before in the past and got the same awesome experience.

I just wanted everyone to know our experience with Dutch Enterprises. Our AC was freezing up, producing less & less air. I called them & they charged me $65 just to look at the unit. It needed freon which brought my bill up to $240. Paid it. On the receipt the tech said if that didn't fix it, the coil might need flushing out, that he didn't like the amount of air flow it was producing. As soon as he left, same situation. Freezing up & no air flow. Long story short, I called them to complain about the $240 cost to no avail. Said a pundit of freon was $172 of the bill!! The mgr called my husband back instead of me saying "the bill stands". Rip Off. Never using them again. They didn't fix the problem & wanted more money to come back!!

They were fantastic! Very helpful and knowledgeable. Michael keillor and Charles took the time to explain the system to me and were very friendly and respectful. Chris was the gentleman I first talked to and told me about a few of their systems and rebates. Brian was the estimator that came out and talked to me and explained the system and was able to help me get financed, he was very polite and understanding. Overall Dutch Enterprise was fantastic, I couldn't of asked for more and I am very satisfied they exceeded all of my expectations.

I have had a wonderful experience with Dutch Enterprises over my new HVAC system. I bought one of their Carrier hi efficiency infinity series A/C units in April. My next 3 electric bills were lower than the 21 months previous, see picture. Has lower my bill around $100 a month. We also had to test the 10 year warranty as the City of Jackson has numerous power outages and one came with a surge which fried the board on my outside unit. Dutch had me up and running the same day I reported the issue. Costing me a grand total parts and labor of $0.00 on the fix. I'm glad I chose Dutch Enterprises

Gunner showed up first thing this morning. On time, ready to work, very knowledgeable. Gunner was patient and answered my questions. Very polite young man. He did not leave a mess which I very much appreciated. Gunner also was not on his phone the whole time like some repairmen do. He was very professional. Good experience. You can tell that they all like their job because it is truly reflected in the work that that do. They are all professional, hard-working, easy to work with and they go the extra mile. We are so happy!
Brain recommended the Carrier Infinity Greenspeed Intelligence HVAC replacement system for our home, which is very efficient and a highly reliable system from a very high-quality HVAC manufacturer.
And the wife loves the Aprilaire air filter and the Aerus Air Scrubber systems that Brian recommended for air purification that reduces harmful contaminants like MRSA, Staph, H1N1, Norovirus and other microbes from our home.
Michael & Charles installed our new replacement system and they did so in a very conscientious way. They both have a mindset of "attention to detail," are very neat & tidy and were very instructive on how to use the new system as well as the iPhone app. We can't say enough good things about them.

I dont usually write reviews- life is busy enough, but Marshall is deserving of accolades. He came out for regularly scheduled maintenance. He was thorough, patient, offered his expertise and some much appreciated education without making me or my wife feel like an idiot. He had to navigate the ridiculously tight spaces of our attic in the heat and did it with a smile. He is a keeper and an asset to the Dutch team.

Dutch has been great to work with. I wouldn't go with anyone else. Quick to respond, friendly and professional.

Dutch Enterprises did a great job. The techs were very helpful and informative. We would recommend them to everyone.

They fixed what needed fixed but we got way overcharged. First they tell you they charge for travel, which took them an hour from the moment they called me. I scheduled an appointment with them and the guy did not show up. So I called him and he told me "Office worker was supposed to call you and let you know it will be later since we are very behind. I will give you 24 hours notice before we show up." Fine. Then instead of giving me 24 hours notice, he calls me at 7 in the morning and says "Are we good to come and work now." So they finally roll in about 8 am. Take a look at everything and say they're going to get parts. Another hour passes by and they finally come in and leave around noon. We get the bill and the parts they needed were only $75. The rest of the $900+ bill was for labor.

The first day they came and looked, two young guys came in, there for 5 minutes and said they couldn't fix it they need the supervisor to come and looked and we gave them an $89 check and they said it would probably be applied to our bill in the end because they couldn't do anything. The check was never applied.

Dutch was very responsive to our issue we had. They were able to remedy the situation quickly and efficiently. Gunnar, the young man who came out, was very courteous and knowledgeable, and got the job done quickly. Thank you!

Dutch did a fantastic job at our business. They installed a new system and all new duct work, after removing the old. The job was completed on time and the techs were very nice, professional, and kept the work area clean. I would recommend Dutch to anyone needing commercial or residential HVAC work.

Scitt Heise has been repairing and servicing my furnace and AC for many years, at least 10. He kept my old unit working well for a much longer period of time than most units would ever last. When the old unit finally died ( and he had warned me it couldn't possibly last much longer) I got an estimate from Dutch for a new unit. Brian Young and Scott Heise were the reasons I went with Dutch. Everything about the company has been good, especially their employees

Scott has been providing our HVAC maintenance for many years, both with Dutch Enterprises and with a previous employer. He arrives on time, is pleasant and professional, goes right to work, and does a thorough job. Highly recommended.

Scott does an awesome job at each of our properties! He has been servicing them for over ten years! He knows where to go and what to do at each house. Got our AC back on quickly and our technician Jared was friendly and professional. Will call them again if I need their services and recommend to family and friends.

Came to my house and told me my HVAC needed replaced and charged me 368.01 and did no work but rip out my blower and wires and left it like that. Never go to them and on top of that I was told that it was only a 50 dollar service fee for them to come look at it and tell me what the problem was with the hvac unit.

Dutch Enterprises is hands down the absolute best HVAC and plumbing solution in the Cape Girardeau area. Every member of their staff I have ever interacted with were extremely polite, punctual and very knowledgeable. If you're looking for a stress-free, complete solution for your HVAC or plumbing needs you will be in great hands going Dutch.

If I could rate them lower I would! Although the guys that did work were friendly and professional the office and sales staff were horrible! Original quote was high but since I couldn't get anyone else in a couple days decided to go with them. Did less than half of what they said needed to be done yet charged full price. Would have felt better if they had robbed me at gunpoint for the $1000.00 they overcharged! Worst company in the area. Go with Onerman & sons if you need plumbing!

The service and tech were great. Arrived on time and communicated well. We got what we expected for what we paid for. However they bugged you to post a review, which was just an annoyance. .

Michael Keillor. Did an awesome job. He rerouted the lines to my ac even though he didn't have to. That made it better for me so I can put a ceiling in my basement

my suggestion to call some one else in town but not dutch ............this company is ripping of people money as their labor charges..........never seen any other companies charged this high as labor charged by this dutch company charged........if you don't shop around you will be shock when dutch would send their invoice.........

Michael and his sidekick completed the installation of our new unit in a professional and courteous manner. They went above and beyond to complete the installation plus some extras along the way. This is our second installation over the years by Dutch Enterprises. We highly recommend them.

Michael K was very courteous and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and didn't mind me watching him go about his work in an attempt to learn a few things myself. Turns out it was a relatively simple fix (thankfully). Would definitely recommend.

Could not ask for more professional or quality job. Michael was awesome!

Work was done well, however, we got gouged on the labor. I was there the whole time & it took 2 hours max to do the repair. The rest of the time, the tech was just in his vehicle. Probably sat in my driveway for 30 minutes after he got done. They charged us for 3.5 hours at $89.00 an hour. Then nailed us with a "materials" cost. I called & disputed the charge & they did not care. I was very nice & civil, but they gave me no sympathy. Pay or get turned into collections. I paid the bill, but will NEVER use them again. They are all about the money. Customers do not matter. I guess they do not grasp the concept of repeat business or word of mouth. I will go out of my way to tell people not to call them.
