Always away from desk, lack of communication, very frustrating. Avoid if you want to get deal done swiftly.

it's not possible to leave no stars they offer terrible service , booked a viewing with them and on the day 1 hour before they cancel it ,

Agent fees are a bit high, but if you want you're house to be sold quickly then you come to the right place. I was kept informed during the whole process and from signing agreement and the property being sold took only 2 months

Springkbok properties have looked after me and the sale of my late mums property with so much professionalism at such a difficult time but the made it so easy with a personal touch , from start to finish i cant fault any of the people who i spoke to and met from this wonderful company Thank You so much

Unfortunately they had my property for 5 months , introduced 2 buyer's but both pulled out wasting my time, so I had to go back to using a high Street estate agents.

I would like to thank the staff at Springbok Properties who dealt with my purchase of 4 Glebe Terrace Choppington. I was very pleased with the polite and very helpful telephone manor from staff and their efficiency to answer my questions. I feel the staff at Springbok work in a very person centered way and made me feel confident in knowing I was in good hands when making a big decision to buy a property.

Well first time ive ever reviewed anything, but felt to save people a lot of trouble dont go with this company! A load of chancers they come over, value your home, then market it for a lot less, to " bring in interest", doesnt work all they More

Absolutely diabolical company. Selling a house we rent out through them as we wanted a quick sale, not long after house went up for sale it we were contacted by a potential buyer who obtained our details through a neighbor and said they had tried no less than ten times to contact springbok to arrange a viewing to only to be told to phone a different department or they would call back. Who knows how many other potential buyers have suffered the same fate.

They rarely reply to emails or answer calls, we ve been waiting 3 weeks for a response from the last email we sent, we are tied to this company till early May, 3 months of wasted time, we will seek legal advice to see if any costs incurred by delaying the sale by this useless waste of space company can be recouped and will make do my best to spread word of how poor this company is.

Springbok was a very frustrating company to deal with. It took half a day to put an offer on our house and a week to view it. They were very difficult to get hold of and it was usually done by leaving a message or write an email. This really should be addressed as I nearly lost out on the house we fell in love with. I had to call the Manchester office to get them to call me back

Very dubious. Won't talk to you about what they can actually get you for your property unless you agree to sole marketing. Seems to me like 'too good to be true' situation. Move on reduce the price and fingers crossed. Pray on the weak or needy.

Worst decision we ever made was signing the contract. Honestly the most unprofessional "estate agents" we've had the misfortune to come across. They advertise that they are available 24/7 but they're anything but. We've had two viewings More

We chose to use Springbok after our house had been on the market with an online agent for 6 months with no success. Within a month we had accepted an offer and a further 2 months later we have exchanged contracts.

Springbok is an expensive agent but we feel we have paid a premium for a premium service. Their customer service has been second to none and I really feel that they rescued us from a highly stressful situation. Their formula clearly works from my point of view and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

As the purchaser of one of Springbok properties I had not expected much for the vendors estate agents. Laura rang every step of the process, she was the person in daily contact with both sets of solicitors. Can not recommend Springbok highly enough, other estate agents take note, this is how it should be done.

Customer service is awful.
Enquired about a property a couple of weeks ago, booked in for viewing the property to have a text 20 mins after to say the property was pending offer. A couple of weeks go by and the proeprty is still showing for say so I enquired about it again to have the women on the phone tell me the proeprty is still for sale even though I mentioned about the texted I had last time enquiring about this proeprty. Booked a viewing again to have the same text messaged to me.
Spoke the manager for him to basically say to me that they're still having this property show up for sale for anyone to put an offer in but you ain't allowed to view the property!

Just sold our house with Springbok. They were quick to get it on the market for us and managed to secure a few viewings really quickly and the 1st one came back to us with an offer, slightly too low but this was negotiated up to a price we were happy with. Quick result!!!
My only negative would be the length of time the solicitors took to exchange, felt they could have moved faster as it took 12 weeks! But I think they are all the same!

We found the whole experience from valuation with the representative pleasant and professional. After 34 years in our family home it was time we felt to move on.

Springbok estate agents gave us all the help we needed to find the right buyer for our property without having to go through lots of viewings, making sure the buyers where in a position them selfs to make that all important sale.

We where pleased to receive near asking price after the second viewing. Thanks to springboks help. They even found us a solicitor that completed the sale without any hiccup. Would highly recommend the team at Springbok to sell your property.

Excellent service throughout our dealings with them whilst purchasing a buy to let investment house in Grimsby. They kept us up to date at every turn and the staff were all very friendly and efficient. No hiccups. At first we were a bit unsure of the company but our fears were soon dispelled when they booked 13 people to see our property within a week. The next day we had a buyer offering the amount we wanted.
They kept us informed all the way through the process. Only lapse when my agent changed because he left the company. Would use them again.

Hi we got in touch with springbok properties November 2014 to sell a house in Jarrow Tyne and Wear there local representative was very professional but friendly he looked round the house and gave his assessment and also how much we might expect to receive and the asking price to put down.
As it was late November we did not expect to much but within a couple of weeks a few people had been to see the property and where happy with what they saw.
Then Christmas came so seemed we was on hold but all the time we where kept informed by Springbok what was happening then early in February the first people that had looked at the property had put an offer in for the property,Even stranger it was within a few thousand pounds of the original estimate.
We did actual end up accepting the buyers second offer.The house had been on and of the market a few times over the years and we had not had one potential buyer.
But within weeks Springbok Properties had come up with a few and we finally had the house sold within two months.
So well done all at Springbok Properties have and will pass your company on to others and when we sell again Springbok will be first on the list of Estate Agents

Friendly and professional service - James kept us fully informed during the bidding process. Good photos and description on Rightmove plus the bonus of a floorplan. Called at short notice to organise a viewing and was booked promptly for the time we wanted.

I have recently purchased a property through springbok.

I am really happy with the service received as I was kept informed through out the whole process and during my purchase I mainly dealt with Victoria and Natalie who made it an easy and problem free purchase for me.

This company is horrendous, we viewed a house, tried calling them more than 20 times to put an offer in. Only to be told that there is lots of interest and the seller is wanting 10k more than the price it is advertised for! Why put the price so low to build people up into thinking they have found a house but then can t afford it. The customer service is awful if they ever actually answer the phone.

Michael was very professional and managed to sell my house the day after it went on the market for a very good price. I could not be happier!

The worst experience I ve ever had with an estate agent.
I made an offer on a property which was initially accepted, only for the agent to call back to advise that the property was attracting bids in excess of 10k of the original asking price, though I could have the property if I exceeded my bid.
I then saw that the property had been re-advertised for a much lower price. I spoke to the switchboard who confirmed that no offers had been made and was still for sale.
I am very suspicious of the tactics deployed by the agent and wonder if there is an ulterior motive. Be aware of this estate agents and a sales agents named Osian Williams. Horrible service will be taking this matter further

Good service from Springbok. Kept me informed along the way as it took a little longer to complete than we first thought but on the whole a good experience. Laura worked hard for me!

Super service so far, arranged viewing quickly and had offer accepted the following day. There is always someone on the end of the phone to answer questions 24/7!

I've phoned them three times and emailed once to try and get a viewing on one of their properties and they still haven't phoned me back. If anyone has a property on the market with them I would swap or you'll never sell it.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Listed property after being told not to, list at the wrong price too! Also listed with incorrect information and lost us a potentially sale. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Complainant has been logged with trading standards

Absolutely terrible service - ignored phonecalls when trying to make an offer for a property that had a lot of interest. After finally getting through and making an offer on a Friday evening, on Monday was told that they had no information of any offers and had had no calls either. After trying to then get repeatedly in contact with them for another two days, was told someone else had got the property. Absolute shambles and lost out on a beautiful home because of these clowns.

Never ever buy or sell from this company.
They accepted my offer and I was about to pay deposit they gave to someone else.
Be aware of these people.

I was a little apprehensive dealing with an online agent, especially after a friend\'s recent poor experience with another agent. Fortunately, those concerns were quickly dispelled after dealing with Ben at Springbok Properties. Rang the Manchester branch one afternoon was put through to Barbara who told me that if I could not make it to one of the viewings for that evening, it's likely to be sold after a lot of viewings and a few offers. Asked a few questions about the property to which her tone of voice dropped and seemed annoyed like it was an inconvenience to her. I then rang the national office two days later asking for another agent to handle my query, lo and behold I was put forward to Barbara. The property was in fact still available so I just arranged a viewing for that evening. Waited outside the property for 30mins and no sign of the vendor, didn't even get a call. Rang the national office to inform them of the situation - they "raised the issue as urgent, sent a message to the vendor" and was told that they'd get back to me ASAP. Waited for another 15mins and still no call so I headed back home extremely frustrated that I wasted a whole evening and a long trip. The communication is non-existent and professionalism is just a shambles!

The estate agents I spoke to were lovely, very kind and understanding at all times. The were very patient considering there were a number of issues with the purchase of my property (none of which were due to the estate agents).

I worked for the company for 2 years and although I have moved on to pastures new, i do not have a bad word to say. The unique ways of advertisement work and although they may not be the cheapest what they do is unlike any other agent and it works.
I made some friends for life at this company and they look out for there own including their vendors.
I wanted to post this review to appose another review written by a very bitter person in my name, whoever you are you need to grow up and move on. I have the upmost respect for all members of management and staff both senior or otherwise and I truly look back on my time there and have nothing but happy memories!

Fast, efficient service. House sold in a matter of weeks in a difficult local housing market. All matters pertaining to the house sale were dealt with immediately, Springbok were very responsive when dealing with potential buyers. Our agent, Michael Spencer, was a pleasure to deal with. Tried to convince to my pay for a 100k property 18k way above the asking price -- saying that they had a LOT of offers.
I said no and the property was later advertised with another seller.

Exceptionally poor service. Unreliable and many empty promises on the home that never materialise. Please be aware of their sales pitch.

I found springbok properties and Yasmin to be very helpful throughout the purchase of our new home. We were kept updated each step of the way and kept the communication between ourselves putting any worries we had to rest.

Glad this gang did not sell my house for me. Tried to buy through them and they were so lackadaisical and unprofessional. Everyone I spoke to about the poor service had a different response as to why it happened. The last even laughed down the line as I completed my complaint. Decided to contact the client direct, so lets see where that goes? This elicited the response of " You'll have to deal with us eventually if you want this property" Property in excess of 1/4mill you would think that might engender some sort of professional ethic

I wrote this review immediately following my final discussions and I want to add a postscript:

Whilst I would not retract my words, as that is exactly as they occurred, it is worth remembering that when companies, dealing with the public online, put up the very means with which to beat them about the head, it's worth bearing in mind that it only takes one rogue employee or even a trusted one who is having a bad day, to bring it all the good work tumbling down. This appears to be what happened in this instance.

I received a call from the Sales manager of Springbok Properties who apologised unreservedly for the experience I endured. Whether an employee having a bad day or in need of further training, I am assured that this is not common practice, and certainly not Springbok Properties want customers to find when using their services. I am inclined to believe him.
From the moment of my initial call with a pleasant young guy I was impressed with his intellect and charming telephone manner. My second call with a pleasant and apologetic young lady.

Could I have handled this any differently? I would expect so. Life experience teaches us that when we do not feel we have been treated well we want to let someone know. Springbok want just that and allow criticism online for all to see and that, as I have said, Is commendable. Had this been a face to face meeting in a store I would have complained to this employees line manager to make my point. However, to be fair, there was no means of knowing I was not speaking to that person.

Customers need to complain, and businesses like Springbok need to hear those criticisms to ensure that their service is of the highest quality. With further help and training I have no doubt that this employee with become an asset to this company.

I now have what I wanted and will view what could potentially become my new home. If this is to be then I will look forward to dealing with Springbok Properties and appreciating a more valuable experience

Cannot rate Sprinbok highly enough!! After weeks with another agent, who quite honestly had not got a clue and were not on the ball, I went with Springbok - they had my property on the market for just 4 days and it sold for the full asking price. Not only that, it led to my purchase of a superb property they had on their books. Top class service and communication. These guys really do what they say they do.

After calling twice and the second time being on the phone for 8 minutes it wasn't even picked up, they just hung up on me. I did my own homework on the property and turns out they hasn't even viewed it, the photo was from Google Earth and the description was lacking in substance. Cowboys and a very shady operation, don't even waste your time calling them.

Pity zero stars isn't possible. These agents are at the pinnacle of mount incompetence

This was my first property purchase so i have no frame of reference, but i will say they were the first estate agents to take us seriously as would-be buyers and when we were going through the purchase process they were continually informative and helpful, and helped to guide us through the purchase process. The agent we dealt with responded to all our frequent questions in a very timely manner and as such they were an ideal agent to purchase our first property with.

The worst Agents Iv come across. I seen a property for sale, called at least 10 times arrange viewing. Every time I called I went through to reception. They took my details and said a property expert will contact me to arrange viewing. A week later still no cwll back and now property is sold. I guess they've sold it to one of there own property investors and made it look out to vendor the property is not getting any interest

PLEASE DO NOT USE SPRINGBOK, this is a fraudulent company that s only interested in taking your hard earned money, Use purple bricks much better service.

I am a first time buyer, saw a property I really liked which was advertised with springbok, spoke to Britney Weller who was exceptional and went out of her to make the process feel at ease. Exceptional service & 100% recommend. Also couple of times Brittney stayed behind as she could only speak to vendor after 6:30pm on land line number only.

My experience of springbok is only my personal opinion, dealing with the company has been a very bad experience basically from start to finish, the bullying of the ' sales negotiation person' concluded in seriously bad marketing on social media, in turn giving any prospective buyers very mixed messages about the property,. The attitude of the staff left me so despondent and now because of the fact that they were so bad I am taking a very good property to auction because they failed to do what was a perfectly easy process

The sale finally completed after 12 weeks and I am now happy in my new home.
