Fees too high but service can't be faulted because Springbok sent so many potential buyers in the first two days and got an offer within 3 days!

rope you in with all the usual speal then after a few weeks contact you regularly to advise you to drop your price despite them ignoring your original price anyway.....2 months zero viewings says it all ...avoid at all costs

Appalling customer service and not one viewing even though they got us to reduce the price of our house. Promise the earth delivered nothing.

We bought our house via Springbok and found the whole process quick and simple. We were first time buyers who didn't know the whole process. From seeing the property online, to viewing it, putting an offer in and completing, everything was explained to us and made a lot easier by the professional and friendly staff at Springbok Properties. I was able to both phone and email the company which helped us a lot as we felt that we could always contact Springbok and nothing was too difficult for them.
If we ever chose to sell the house, after dealing with them before, we'd give Springbok a call.

Absolutely useless but i doubt this review will make the public domain. They promise you the world and can't even give you a fleck of dust! The only reason i signed the contract was due to the patter they gave me however they are wholly unable to deliver the hype they lead you to believe! Don't go with them, there are much better agencies out there, i should have just gone with a local estate agent. Avoid!

Awful customer service from a buyer's point of view. First, the property is listed as a three bed when in fact it's a two bed. Then phoned up to make a booking, and after a lot of faff where the person on the other end of the phone couldn't find the property details in her system we were provisionally given a slot, pending vendor's availability. Didn't get a call back so had to chase Springbok up, and was informed that the vendor hadn't got back to them so the viewing probably wasn't going ahead. Next day, received a call asking how the viewing went! Obviously we haven't seen the property, and now have been informed that it's been seen multiple times over the weekend by other people, however they totally failed to fit us in, and keep us in the loop regarding when viewings would be. Absolutely dreadful.

I contacted Springbok as I wanted to sell my house quickly (due to moving away for work).
Though their site said they could sell your property quite quickly, I was originally quite sceptical and did not really think that this was possible,
I was then very surprised, as my house sold almost immediately, Springbok have contacts with various investors, and they work actively to sell your house.

really good to start with, then dropped my house price down telling me they would still get the price i'm asking, They are to pushy for you to take less than the price you want grand less than the asking price and still want me to take peoples offers, I would only use these at a last resort to sell your house fast

I was dubious about the Springbok 'modus operandi' of marketing my property at a low price and then hoping to initiate competitive bidding
How wrong was I ? Over three days I was inundated with viewings and the house was sold at a fair price within 4 days

Appalling!!! Promises, promises & nothing materialised ... Never speak to the same person.. I sent 3 emails complaining, asking them to remove my property, no reply .. I had one viewing in 9 weeks who happened to have his house for sale with them?!! My house is put on as an asking price less than I'm prepared to accept it devalues it. The young man who I've been 'passed over to'... Is totally green, I wonder if he's straight from school? Every one of my complaints he's taken 'personally'!!! Hysterical if it wasn't so serious... "You stated that I didn't reply when I did which I believe is out of order!" When I was referring to the company! ! "Like I said I only took over the property last week so not sure what I've done wrong!"..... Can't wait for my property to be removed!!! It's not even worth complaining any more!

I have been very pleased with the way Springbok has handled the selling of my property. The house had an offer in the first 24hrs and they straight away set to work on making sure we understood the process, and kept us informed on offers and dealt with the buyer as a inbetween negotiator. I m pleased that they got the best offer for us. Ben our agent, has constantly kept us up to date with calls, emails and text messages on what s happening and has communicated throughout each step. He is very pleasant and demonstrates good understanding in the estate agent industry. Highly recommended company

Just sold our house with Springbok. They were quick to get it on the market for us and managed to secure a few viewings really quickly, one came back to us with an offer, slightly too low but this was negotiated up to a price we were happy with. Quick result!!!

If you want to sell your property i wouldn't waste your time, attempted to book a viewing and ask some questions about the potential property and was spoken to like dirt. The fact i had to give at least one star to post this review feels i have given them to much.

As a first time buyer, i didnt really know what i was doing. Once my offer was accepted John at springbok was so helpful, he advised us on different solicitors, mortgage advisor. My whole experience was straight forward and i am grateful to John and the springbok team. Thank you.

We viewed a house in Nelson, it needed work but was perfect for us. We put an offer in over asking price got accepted and was told to pay 700 fee to make sure it was ours we tried to call to pay but no answer tried over a week to pay still thinking it was our house but still no reply by the company, our mortgage adviser even called on our behalf, told him and us we would get a call back but never heard a thing so ended up losing out on the property. Poor company to deal with and turned out they used our bid to get more money from someone else.

Excellent at communicating clearly and responding quickly to any queries I had. Far more pro-active than any other estate agent used in the past and the online system made it very easy to follow the progress of viewings, offers and the completion. Can definitely recommend them.

I always get great customer service especially from Ben and Brittney. They know their clients and are able to match up their customers needs for a win win situation. I am hoping to continue working with them.

Unfortunately, we have not so good experiences with Springbok.

1: They created a website with just 1 picture of our property from outside. Despite complaining, they did not change this.

2: They did not properly inform us when there were viewers.

3: After visits to our property, Springbok forgot to inform us what the opinion of the viewers was.

4: There were also interested viewers who could not reach Springbok. They talked with our previous neighbors -> neighbors informed us -> we chased Springbok -> viewers could finally see our property.

5: we often could not reach Springbok either, the best way was to do the website so these people could chase their own colleagues to ring us back. The staff via chat are gently and helpful by the way.

6: We asked other estate agents for a valuation of our property, also with the possibility to let our property in the future. So, the keys would come back afterward to Springbok. However, Springbok refused to hand over the keys. (they seem afraid the keys don't come back -> Every man's censure is first moduled in his own nature?) The contract does not state that other agents are not allowed to get the keys for an evaluation.

7: The agreement was already ended on the 15th of October. That means that the notice period is just 14 days and not 28 days as my agent kept stating.

8: I tried to put a review on their own website but I can't? So I need to use the rest of the internet now.

9: we have sent a formal complaint to them but no response.

One thing: they are now starting to release the keys so I feel relief. What a stress all this. Thank you, Springbok.

All my dealing with the company has been excellent. I had a dedicated person, Siobhan Greene, from start to finish during my house purchase end of August 2017.

Siobhan was professional, competent and easy to talk to and very efficient. She was really polite and always available to resolve any issues/queries via email and phone calls.

(I was also offered Conveyancing services, but i used my own solicitors rather than their's so cannot comment on that side of business).

I highly recommend Springbok and thank you Siobhan for all your assistance!

Buyer/ seller beware. Absolute charlatans. Liers, storytellers.

Enquired about a property under valued to generate interest. Ok get that. Then told to put forward an offer as only the highest bidders would be invited to attend a viewing. Told our offer was the highest. Went to view the property. No one was there. Called the office that day. No one got back to me. Spoke to the sales negotiator and informed that the seller had left him a telephone message stating that he had lots of viewings all positive and would LIKE TO SELL TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER. A lower offer was accepted. Told that people were turning up with cash in bags. Told that there was a tennent in the property when according to a neighbour nobody lived there. Lies, lies and more lies.

Brittney was very professional in her manner towards my purchase, I would happily recommend her service.

Overall my experience was good however it did start a little bit different trying to get in contact with the sales team was hard work as you had to request a call back and wait upto 48hours for this to happen which was rather annoying but once we had got past this point and got in contact with daniel in the sales progression team the service got a whole lot better and nothing was to much for him

I traveled 250+250= 500 miles to purchase house.clearly mentioned my max budget to springbok.Asked them to contact the landlord and confirm if he will consider our offer.
I was asked to visit the house and landlord will accept our offered price.
At viewing the owner told us that his minimum acceptable offer was communicated to the agents.He called the agents and they confirmed .
My journey was waste of time and money.Raised the complaint with the agents.No answer.
I will not recommend these agents.

- Responded to e-mails fairly promptly

Cons:
- I dealt with five different people throughout the process and despite their website promising "24/7 service" I found it quite difficult to get hold of them at times (via phone)
- Their website offered a quick, efficient and transparent sale, however I didn't see them chase anyone or offer any extra help throughout the process to speed things up.
- When I arrived for the flat viewing I couldn't get into the building. The agent didn't answer his phone after calling multiple times so I had to wait for a random stranger to show me how to get into the building.

I felt a bit uneasy when I realised that the property I wanted to buy wasn't being sold through a local compny and was in fact quite a distance away. However, from the first phone call I felt comfortable with and confident in them. They were helpful and informative. They called me back when they said they would and always kept me informed. Most of my dealings were done with Kate Less who was helpful, down to earth and friendly. I was a first time buyer and she answered any questions I had and kept me up dated. Dreadful company, Had to ask them to come back and retake the photos. No contact at all and no viewings, I even had problems finding my property on the site !!!!!!!!! Apparantly had to search using the postcode, I knew it but who searching for a property would know it. Barbara was hardly ever available, at the end of the 22 weeks i said i was taking it off the market with them, Barbara said shall i reduce the price and give it a big push to sell, I told her she should have been giving it a big push from day One, Please avoid this company, dont knoiw who is writing their good reviews, but they dont tell the truth. They don't reply to emails, just bombard you with automated spam. I emailed a question 48 hours ago and since then I've had 10 automated emails, an automated text and a customer survey request! But no answer to my query. I think it's run by robots.

I am not even sure anyone from the company actually viewed my property. With them for sale for almost a year- My neighbour arranged the very few viewings even taking the 3 months of Covid shut down. No follow ups- I had to chase all the time.. Poor
