Just sold our property in PL5. We had it on the market for over 10 months with a local agent with no joy. Someone told me about Springbok and although sceptical I rang them. I had lots of questions and needed some things explained a couple of times as we went down the fast sell to investors route. Jordan never made feel as if it was a problem and found a way of explaining it that we understood clearly. Then he handed us over to Ryan who has taken us through the problems of selling a flat with difficult management agents to deal with and never once complained or made me feel a problem. Rather he made us feel like we where his most important if not his only customer. Although we had to wait a few weeks while we gave notice to the other agent and the management agent gave delays, it s still only taken a couple of months to sell the place.
