At first I was ready to move to another company as the person dealing with myself was not helpful and reduced the price by a big chunk but the Natalie took over and I was put at ease.
She kept me informed and updated returned calls promptly and was polite and courteous at all times.
I would like to thank Natalie for turning my view and experience from negative to positive.
