I have placed my property with Springbok. It purports to be an online platform for selling property yet I have been unable to get onto the online platform to check progress of the matter. Despite numerous conversations and messages for the IT Department to return my calls no one has had the courtesy to return my call. I have escalated my grievance to make a complaint to the Manager and guess what still no reply. The so called receptionist is unhelpful and condescending.

An online platform with no online access defeats the object.
