The worst customer services I have experienced in quite some time .

Good to deal with and felt they negotiated a fair deal for both buyer and seller. However, initial breakdowns in communication were frustrating.

Frustrating to the empth degree. Wanting to out an offer in on a house and left 5 messages and emailed to still be sat waiting. I would be absolutely disgusted if I was selling with these robbing idiots. These poor sellers that are clearly losing out is shameful on springboks part. We have just sold our house using Springbok and I would say it has been a good experience. My only gripe would be that the property des ription could have been better and a room plan would have been useful. Otherwise, I have been happy with them and our contact, Tom Plackett, was always pleasant and very efficient.

I was always kept informed as to where we were in the process of buying our home. All the staff I spoke with were really friendly and helpful.

Excellent service. Very friendly and while we had some complications with our purchase (none of which was springbok fault) they were incredibly helpful and helped all they could every step of the way! Would defo RECCOMEND!

Although I see from negative on-line reviews that other people have had problems, in my case the people I dealt with at Springbok were very helpful in ensuring that a difficult transaction (the person selling the property was elderly and infirm and they were only able to communicate with her through a relative) went through.
In the process, I had to renegotiate the price as the survey revealed a number of undisclosed problems. Springbok managed the process of communication in a timely manner and kept me informed when the seller's deteriorating health slowed the process down.
In all honesty, given that the property I was purchasing was inexpensive, I suspect that they had to work very hard for a modest fee.

I d give it no stars, they rebooked my appointment for a house viewing and didnt even turn up, no answered their calls its been a whole day and no response as to why no one turned up! They don't return your calls at all, we wanted to buy a house cash, pity the owners did not get our offer, sold instead to their mates no doubt, looks like they write their own Google reviews as well to keep their stats up

We decided to use Springbok Properties to sell our flat after speaking with James Swithenbank who was great, he talked us through the process in detail and was always at the end of the phone to answer our questions. We were passed over to Lewis Buddle our negotiator and our property went under offer within a week of going live! Lewis was fantastic, really friendly and knowledgeable and always on hand to reassure and answer any questions we had. Everybody I have spoken to so far has been really friendly and helpful and I have always either had my calls answered or returned promptly. I would absolutely recommend Springbok and would look to use them again in the future.

Utter shambles. No communication. The least professional company I have ever delt with. Messed around from start to finish.

Had property listed within days and first viewings few days later. Buyer found within 4 weeks. Lewis chased the viewers for their comments and kept me informed the whole time

I cannot thank Sprinkbok properties enough; they have done what they said they would do and my property was sold within 4 days of being listed with them. (I had previously tried with 2 local estate agents for over 3 months who messed me around and I had a poor experience with them). Yes they may be costly to sell your house but the service I received I cannot fault, and I would recommend them to family and friends.

Unprofessional, disorganised time wasters. First viewing - house was misrepresented by advert with paint strewn everywhere. Second viewing - tried to place an offer same day, but the 'head office' refused to take it and wouldn't provide a direct number to the agent, or even an email address that I could send my offer. Finally received a call a few days later from an agent that wasn't the least bit interested in taking my offer and passing it onto the sellers as it was not over the asking price. The seller should have access to all the offers so they can choose between, considering not just price but also position to buy, whether there is a chain, etc. Extremely unimpressed!

Kiran Thomas at Springbok has been so helpful in what could have been a very stressful undertaking. He has helped my elderly grandmother sell her house very quickly and above the asking price. He has been an excellent communicator and has respected my grandmothers wishes throughout the entire process. Can t recommend them enough!

Hopeless. Rang to book a viewing of a property and was told they would ring me with a date. No news. Emailed the next day. Nothing. Phoned again the third day to be told tgat the house was sold and the vendor should have informed me (!!!??). I then got a phone call saying the house had sold over a year ago, so "they don't know why I was trying to view it". Maybe if they weren't advertising it I wouldn't have shown an interest. Duh. He then informed me that it's Easter bank holiday so there won't be anyone there for the duration. In my experience, it's Easter when everyone starts buying and selling houses. Hopeless customer service.

Springbok properties without Callum is like Twilight without Edward. Property sold within 48 hours, easy process. Callum explained every step and nothing was too much for him. Fantastic from start to finish, communication was A* especially from Natalie, she was excellent with us and couldn't help us enough

If you have patience and happy to take risk, go ahead with them. This is for both buyers and sellers. Initially, I was told to put down some money as deposit as a buyer (never come across other estate agent ask for deposit and ADMIN fees). I was told my offer has been accepted but neither memo of sale received nor anyone contacted me. I tried to call but no one available. Called few times! After a while I spoke to other landlords about there experience as I wanted to make sure it is not one of the bogus companies. Below are the actual words of people I spoke with:

1st person: "Waste of time, lie after lie, just my experience".

2nd person: "I tried to get some viewings with them once but they never arranged them for me. I haven't bothered with them since".

3rd person: "Bad experience with them.n.talk to different people everytime contacted them few months ago.Stop using them now (Angry face)."

4th person: "Only ever seen one of their boards and I saw that board every day for two years.....then it changed to a different agent".

5th person ; I can't comment on their service personally but we get quite a few of their vendors coming to us when they've have been unable to sell or dissatisfied with the price for their house".

Finally, I spoke to the seller to know what they have been told. Apparently, they didn't know what was going on. They were not told anything. They didn't accept any offer. Husband had lost the job and wife was seriously ill. I was so shocked that these agent don't deal with people seriously.....So, in nutshell, avoid them if you can, there are plenty of houses to buy or plenty of agent you can use to sell your house. These people neither own the house nor buying it AND if don;t do the VIEWING, don;t know anything about the PROPERTY, cannot COMMUNICATE properly, cannot manage the RELATIONSHIP...and finally tell LIEs after LIEs!!...why pay them ...why to go with them. For them it is just another sale. I did feel they were BLOCKAGE as I wanted to buy and seller wanted to sell and I am sure other buyers would have been in the same situation and they were just obstructing the sale and making the money out of other people misery..

Very happy with the service received from Springbok. They generated lots of viewings and enabled us to achieve a quick sale after the property had previously been for sale for several months with another agent and getting nowhere. Good communication throughout and always kept us up to date with what was happening. Would recommend.

Great experience. I bought a property which Springbok had on their books. Everybody I dealt with at the branch had full control of the whole process leaving me feeling confident in the fact that they would leed the sale to a timely conclusion...which they did.

Very professional many viewers and always helpful. Far better than our previous two agents can't praise them enough.

Awful service, lack of contact from the office and really hard to get through to anyone. 2 offers made and fell through but we've found out the offers were by the same person. I have no idea how they wouldn't be aware of this and why they would allow this to happen. This has been going on for months and nothing seems to be happening. They don't seem to go much to earn the fees, I definitely would not recommend them.

I agreed to buy a property from Springbok on around the June 2016. I dealt with Osian to get the sale agreed, he was professional and always got back to me. Once I had the sale agreed I dealt with Laura for the sales progression. She made the whole process very smooth and we completed on the purchase of the house just 4 weeks after agreeing the sale. Great service, very keen to purchase from them again

Worked for the Company for a number of years as a sales negotiator eventually working my way up to assistant Manager, i loved every minute working for the company was fortunate enough to work with great staff and great people the managers were helpful and supportive, even when i moved from Manchester the company worked with me and allowed me to work from home providing me with a laptop and support in what was a difficult time in my life, the managing director started the company from scratch and his great work ethic has rubbed off on the staff, the one critique i would have would be the way the Properties were distributed between staff i felt like this system was slightly flawed, i wish the company and the staff all the best in the future i'm sure the company has exciting times ahead

Awful ! I'm sure these 5 star reviews are fake (insert randomnrandom here was great blah blah blah) demand your details but never contact you and they charge me on the phone call and all I did was teach them how to spell "MOUNTAIN" and "ASH" for 8 minutes then was no help at all couldn't arrange viewing and no call back in a month waiting to enquire.

Siobhan Greene gave exceptional customer service. She was a great help with my purchase. Would definitely recommend Springbok.

Charlotte and James from Springbok were both a pleasure to deal with when buying our house, unfortunately things took a little longer than we expected as there were a few problems but Charlotte guided me through this and kept me updated with regular emails and phone calls. The only downside was they can be quite hard to catch on the phone and sometimes I had trouble getting through, but the good email correspondence made up for this and was in fact more convenient.

Organised a viewing with this agency. No one was home so we called the agency which was not able to help nor provide the vendor contact details. They just wasted our time. Finally they increase the asking price of 10k right after we booked the viewing. Just a scam company. Stay away from it!

I decided that I wanted to sell my house, springbok can to me and said they could sell my house fast. I said OK then as if they could, to my surprise they did just what they said and sold my house within weeks. They were very helpful throughout the whole process and I would recommend them to all.

Very disappointed with this company. Although staff were friendly and polite they promised the world and failed to deliver. Drawn in by sales pitch and then trapped for 12 weeks praying we'd actually sell our property.

Very poor customer service, i would go as far to say this company operates a con, they list your property with no fees but then try and make you take a low offer so they can recover a large fee in sale. Do not use this company.

We were very happy with the service we received from Springbok Properties in Manchester who helped us to sell our property. Our main point of contact was with Rachel Leaver who rang us regularly to update us at various parts of the process and she always returned our calls. She was very professional and friendly and pushed our sale through as quickly as possible. I would definitely recommend Springbok Properties to friends and family, as they went the extra mile from start to finish. We are very satisfied customers.

Very poor service, unprofessional throughout the process, wasted time. Very poor communications and no updates provided throughout the entire process, every time left message no one actually got in touch to answer our queries, very badly treated, so expensive compare to other standard estate agents.

springbok were very helpful with the purchase of one of there advertised property's giving me all the information and help to get a quick and smooth purchase.

Unbelievably disgusting service. Not worth giving even one star. Had a viewing arranged yesterday in Manchester, M22, called them after waiting for half an hour and I was told someone will call me back waited for another half an hour and no one bothered to turn up or call back.
First impressions count and this has left me feeling doubtful about this estate agent. I will never contact them again. So unprofessional, very quick in sending emails and text messages.

All queries I ve had have been dealt with promptly, and Vicky Coffey has kept in touch with updates and information - she s been a great help.
The reason for 4 instead of 5 is that my dealings are currently ongoing, so I cannot comment/rate on all aspects of their services.

Sale was secured quickly with Ben always on hand to help when required. I d have no hesitation in recommending Springbok.

Due to circumstances I had a very difficult sale but throughout the process Springbok kept me updated and chased up solicitors etc to make sure the sale went through.

There complaint procedure is a joke. I advice anyone who had a bad experience to make a complaint and then report them to The Property Ombudsman Service and report to watchdog so these CROOKS can be investigated and exposed.

I had a good experience with Springbok Properties. We were looked after by Ben who was very professional and had great communication skills.
Ben had very good follow up skills he had always rang around and found out what was happening with the sale he had frequently gave updates and quick replies, this meant we knew of the progress of our purchase quickly. He liased with Solictors, bank and the seller's Solictors which made the process so much easier.

I dealt with Laura Obrien from start to finish, she acted in a very professional manner, she has been very helpful and kept me informed throughout the process.

Poor communication. I am a prospective buyer and twice tried to arrange viewings with different properties with Springbok. Both times I had to go through a lengthy telephone questionnaire with someone who didn't know anything about the property, and was told someone would call me back to arrange a viewing, but never heard from them again. I'm not sure how Springbok make any sales if they ignore prospective buyers, and I'm sure their clients would be less than impressed. I won't be considering any property marketed with Springbok again.

Only on the market 6 days! Kiran Thomson was really efficient and patient answering all of our many questions and helping us feel really happy and confident about the process by keeping us informed all along the way.

I found springbok not bad as an estate agent they did take some time answering calls and the sellers solicitors which were chosen through springbok took a long time to complete

I have contacted Springbok on three separate occasions now requesting to view a property. I have NOT RECIEVED A REPLY although I was promised someone would ring me each time. Absolute rubbish!!! I cannot recommend Springbok customer service. I have found it hopeless and very frustrating.

Another agent that can't be bothered confirming viewings despite us as viewers ringing to confirm if it was still going ahead in the morning. This is the problem with massive corporate companies with a ridiculous amount of departments that don't communicate with each other. Rang to ask if someone was still attending just to be told no one was available to speak to. An hour wasted out of our day..anyone would think they don't want to sell their properties...
