Viewed a property with this company.
In future I wouldn't even view a property being sold by these people.
Very strange estate agents, very bad customer service - no one available at viewing and please dont ask any questions about a property you wish to buy they don't have time for that.
The only way you will purchase a house with them is if you are foolish enough to be dragged into a (probably false very unfair) "bidding war" which is all hyped by the agent - he even tells you other bids to coerce you into bidding more .

Avoid!

Viewed property, offer accepted all in less than 24 hours. Brittney has been my sales negociator during the process being new to the auction process she has guided me through the process making everything so easy maintaining a very professional, friendly and efficient service

Terrible company. A property was listed on saturday i called saturday and someone was due to call me.back never happened. Spoke to a webchat agent sunday and then had to call twice monday to arrange a viewing... only to then be told at 3.30pm it had sold that morning. Terrible company you seem to land with a switch board who pretty much interview you just so you can get a viewing only to then say they will pass your details on. Webchat company isnt even theres its a third party company and dont have a clue, Im sure there was something suspicious going on maybe passing leads to ''preferred buyers' for a fee! No way I couldn't get a viewing but someone else could. Avoid

Very professional from the start kept me involved at every step along the way. Very friendly team and happy to help me with any questions I had.

Sub standard sevice. Communication extremely poor.
Fee's Twice the price of a normal high street estate agent but they make you to do all the viewing and also service you might required such as Auction it does not exist. They promise to provide you the service you would required to sell you property but instead misguide public and customer how information which are appearing on the page. I would not recommend unfortunately i was disappointed over all of the service i have received. They might sell the property , but the way they like and they way they feel its right regardless what is the requirement of the owner.

All I can say is, using the conventional estate agent, my property was on the market for a year, without any signs of activity, however with Springbok, their energised and hands on approach, resulted in viewings within days and offers coming in. Right from the start they keep you posted with regular updates and notifications. Within just weeks I had been made an acceptable offer and with their combined legal team; the sale was completed quickly.

My Negotiator Tom was fantastic, he kept in contact throughout the process and negotiated the best possible price on my property, would definitely recommend.

Purchased a house through Springbok's "Fast Sale" process and only this weekend, some 9 months after offer acceptance, we finally have the keys.

Our experience with Vicky during the initial stages of viewing and offering on the property were fantastic, but from there on, once passed into "Sales Progression" it was absolutely shambolic.

Communication was almost non-existent without relentless chasing and eventually, the seller and I both agreed that we would handle all communication directly instead. From the point that I stopped chasing for updates, it was over 7 weeks before anyone from Springbok reached out to try to progress the sale and when someone did, it was yet another change of personnel seemingly clueless on what stage we were at in the process.

The promises of a fast sale and online process all sound fantastic but the reality is there is zero vetting on the seller side to check if they're even able to complete within the "Fast Sale" timelines and the service is amongst the worst I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.

Quite frankly, avoid Springbok at all costs. If i could have scored a 0, I would have.

The Del Boys of estate agents. Bad for buyers and seller alike.

From the time of valuation to the time of agreeing a sale price took 2 weeks.

The whole process was explained to us at the time of valuation as in there are three ways of selling your property.

Normal estate agent selling.
Cash purchase but expect only 80% of market value
Last resort by auction.

You are assigned a sales negotiator, ours was Ahmed Seddon, he was professional, polite and always made sure he acted in our best interest, he was only a phone call away to answer any questions, if you use this company I hope you get Ahmed to act for you.

Will I use this company again? Definitely, they maybe a little more expensive than your normal estate agent but they do what they say and promise.

I found Springbok very fast and reliable and would definitely use them again if ever the need be.

Springbok were very reassuring and did everything they would to assure we would not get gazzumped. They kept us informed at every available opportunity of updates and we're very efficient and swift in arranging house viewings. Would recommend to anyone

How on earth are these companies made legal,they charge you extortionate prices to sell your property up to 3 grand ,outrageous fees,devalue your property by 10's of thousands, and lie to you that's if you even get a reply from them.What is the property Ombudsman doing about these rip off estate agents ? Yes i highly recommend you stay clear and choose an estate agent without ripping you off charging 3 grand to sell is just a piss take.but partly my fault i should of known better,lucky escape

First class, Everything was explained from the start, was allocated different people to deal with each part of the sale. Always spoke to the relevant person each time you ring up. Kept well informed to what was happening with the sale. Got me the price I wanted. No upfront fees, all fees came out of the sale price, which I was informed off to start with. Would recommend.

I would recommend Springbok Properties in the future. Their communication and customer service was excellent throughout the whole buying process. Brittney's assistance during negotiations was incredibly helpful - particularly with it being my first buy. I would definitely buy through them again.

Don't believe what you read in the reviews. I have just purchased a house form springbok and they were brilliant. The first agent who arranged the viewing was very friendly even phoned on a Saturday and arrange it, then when I made the offer and it was accepted I got another agent call Daniel who was brilliant. If I couldn't get him I would leave a voice mail and he always got back to me as asap. It took just three weeks from start to finish, great company and friendly reliable staff.

I bought a property through springbok and I wish I had used them to sell my property! Lovely to talk to, enthusiastic and helpful - replied to every question I had within a couple of hours, always followed up when they said they would, and were immensely helpful in keeping everything moving along. Having just moved house I am not sure I will ever be able to summon up the energy to do it again, but if I do I will definitely use them. Much better and way, way cheaper than the estate agent I used, and very effective too - I know they had at least two offers on the house within 48 hours of putting it on the market! Highly recommended.

My experience was great with springbok until it comes to them removing the For Sale/Sold sign!!! After the sale completed on the 02/12/2019 I then called one month after around 02/01/2020. They said they will look into it been taken down. So I left it a week and it was still not down. I then emailed springbok to which several days later I still have no reply. I am just been ignored. Today is now 14/01/2020 which is way more than the 14 days of which you should have them down. If you base yourself miles away from where you have signs unfortunately that is not my problem to dispose of the sign. Hence why I am leaving 3 stars rather than what would of been 5 once you had completed the full experience.

Just bought my first house. Had an awful experience with springbok, they never answer the phone and its impossible to talk to the seller or ask anything in general!

I found Junaid Very helpful and professional. His advice was on the mark.He understood our needs and was keen to be of use . I would highly recommend using this agent.

After trying a few other estate agents to sell my tenanted property without success I decided to contact Springbok. I needed a quick cash sale and was not disappointed. They were honest and realistic from the start about the valuation and helped me through the process, including chasing up both solicitors through what was a far from straight forward conveyancing process. The tenant was allowed to stay in the property after the sale which was a bonus. I was delighted to finally achieve a sale at a time when I was convinced that it would never happen. Anyone who requires a quick sale (for whatever reason) rather than waiting months or even years holding out for close to the full market value would be wise to consider Springbok Properties.

We just bought our most recent property through Springbok this month. Our prime contact, Laura, was great, very helpful, very efficient - and made the whole process pretty much stress free. We felt very comfortable with Springbok as a company and would have no hesitation in recommending them to both sellers and buyers alike - proinvestcfl. Oct 2016.

Excellent service secured a sale in less than a week. Would definitely recommend, not the cheapest but no upfront costs, you only pay if they secure a sale. Having had our property under another agent for over 4 months and no interest at all, cannot thank Springbok Properties enough, thank you Ben and the team.

In spite of me being a little dubious with Springboks claims for quick sales I was proved wrong in a big way with them getting a buyer within weeks and the follow up service was excellent and they handled everything right through to completion. Would recommend them to anyone.

We have tried to contact them through emails,left voicemail,chat with them. The so called person always saying we will get back to you but they never get back.

We were the buyers for a house that Springbok were the estate agents for. Springbok were fine when we were putting in the offer but once the offer was accepted they were impossible to get hold of, all the numbers and email adresses we had were ignored and when we rang reception we were told that someone would ring back-never happened. In the end we had to by-pass them and go straight to the sellers in order to arrange surveys etc because they were holding everything up.

The process of requesting to view the house and to putting in an offer was made flawless by Kyle Williams. I am now in the process of owning my first home!

Our direct contact Vicky Coffey was excellent. I would have given a 5 Star Rating if she was available all the time. The lower review was due to issues that arose when she was not available and others were not aware of the situation, Vicky quickly sorted any issues we had in a friendly and efficient way.

I used Springbok a year ago to buy a house. Some of the people I dealt with were very helpful and it did all come together in the end, but initially it took a year of haggling and being told other people had made offers and then dropped out. Once my offer was accepted I rarely had anyone answer the phone when I called them but after a few emails they were good at chasing solicitors and calling me back.

If you have previously bought and sold property you already know how difficult and stressful the experience can be and if its your first time well it can be difficult and stressful!.
The people at Springbok were very helpful and were there for every step of the journey. I would recommend them and will use them again for future sales and purchases.

After finding a property being sold by Springbok, then seeing the Google reviews on the company I was hesitant to call them. The person I spoke to was great, indicating that the person I needed to speak to was available and tried to put me through. I guess they were on the phone, since it went straight through to answering machine. I left a message, providing all relevant details. Two weeks later I still have received no response. Whilst I am interested in the property, given I appear to have confirmed Springbok's (strange) apathy, I certainly wouldn't want to progress and have to liaise with them through a purchase process.

Very unprofessional service. I booked for a viewing with them for a property in Bradford on 7th Dec 2017. When I visited the property and knocked on the door I was told by the Vendor that it had been sold and that Springbok Properties had removed the Sale Board 2 days ago as she had requested. The following day I contacted them asking to speak to the Manager/Owner and was informed they don't have one as such. When I explained the above he said we are sorry as the property came of the market yesterday afternoon prior to you're viewing, I said funny you should say that since the Vendor said 2 days prior to my viewing you took the board down. He then hesitated and checked and said yes you are right. We are sorry. They wasted my time and didn't have the decency to inform me the property had been sold and subsequently there would be no viewing. The weather was really bad and I had cancelled other commitments and kept my diary free for the viewing.

Nothing special. Lured in by balony that they have a unique DB of cash buyers and specific approval criteria before progressing potential buyers to view. Will tell you there are potentisl viewers waiting to view your property.

In reality they are doing nothing special except pricing the house realisticaly to generate interest, with transparent on-line tools such as Zoopla and NationWide's housing price Index Tool there is zero skill or expertise required.

Careless mistakes made on floor plans, basic errors on on-line particulars such not bothering to mention 'chain-free' which is rich considering they specialise in rapid sales.

Not able to be transparent on exactly what criteria there is for buyers to be progressed to viewing.

No For Sale board provided. Rude response from EA that they have 45 other properties for sale.

Not open 24hrs as Google listing states.

Despite being told property is rented out and 24hrs notice is required for a viewing consitently call 5pm the night before requesting you conduct a viewing the next day.

Simply don't care, refuse to be transparent, charge the same as a local EA with knowlege of area, same pricing data and can position sale in same manner (e.g. attractive price to gain interest and ask buyer how secure their funding is).

Don't waste your time, engage with a local EA who cares about their reputation, wants to do a great job for you and isn't trying to sell 45 houses at the same time.

We recently sold a property through Springbok after seeing their ad in the local paper.
They sold the house for us in about five weeks and at the price we wanted,
Hassle-free and very efficient service and would recommend to aspiring vendors.

A great service from Ben Taylor and the team, I always case as I don t live in the UK, but everything was handled from their side, I just signed a couple of documents and that was it.
