Unbelievably incompetent. You would not believe how bad these estate agents are and we would steer well clear of them. It feels wrong to give them the one star - they did nothing to deserve it. From the moment we tried to arrange a viewing (it took a week) it has gone from bad to worse. We even had to chase to find out if our offer had been accepted. Admittedly there have been issues with our house sale, however this does not excuse the complete lack of communication. Several people have been passed our case and so there has been no clear point of contact throughout the whole process. We have consistently chased to find out the latest and have been assured that our case was being dealt with as a 'matter of urgency' only to find out weeks later nothing had progressed despite being given several dates of completion. Both our estate agent (selling our house) and solicitors spent their time having to chase matters with Springbok and time after time were faced with unanswered phone messages or emails. We eventually took the decision to pull out (4 months after making the intitial offer) - a large part of this decision was due to the awful service given by Springbok. We would advise anyone to avoid Springbok at all costs.
