AVOID AT ALL COST!
Absolutely Awful. Disgusted by this agents attitude. Staff are completely useless and incompetent in particular Kiran Thomson and Callum Wareing - they are extremely rude and very unpleasant to deal with. They will never answer your calls or respond to your emails. They will constantly feed you lies about viewings and won't bother updating you at all. I have now lodged a formal complaint against them with the Ombudsman.

Springbok Properties were extremely professional, knowledgeable and showed a true dedication to sell my property. The fact the property was sold after its first viewing proves they targeted the right audience when listing my house. I was impressed with the follow up phone calls to provide me with the latest information and the commitment they had shown to interact with all parties to complete the process in a good timely manner.

I thought purchasing a property during the pandemic would be near impossible but I cannot thank the Springbok team enough for their great communication throughout the process. This company does have some good qualities communication, timeliness even just getting back to you they dont do any of this rang 13 plus times today since buiness hours to closing only got one missed call which was a dead ring for a call bk, just constantly get answer phone saying there on the phone, i would like to know who too since you ddint return my call shocking company

In all of our dealings with Springbok (acting on behalf of our seller) they've been quick to reply, friendly, helpful and efficient.

We've actually turned to them for questions directly on some occasions as we found we'd get to the bottom of our questions quicker than going via our solicitor.

I've found the very competent and easy to trust - we can't thank them enough for their service and would highly recommend.

If I could give a minus rating I WOULD. The service this company provides is amazing in just how BAD it is!!!!! For a whole week I called nd I called .... and i called!!! trying to get information on a property they had advertised on rightmove. During the whole of that time never once did I manage to get though to the office actually dealing with this property I always kept being put through to a central switchboard operator ( who obviously knew nothing about the property), and every time they would go through the ritual of taking my name and number, promising that someone would get back to me...No one ever contacted me. Inspite of this I managed to make an appointment to do a viewing (once again through the central switch board not the office itself) I go to do the viewing and NO ONE SHOWS UP. Needless to say I will not be purchasing this property I just hope the poor vendor reads this and thinks about their choice of estate agent.

I rang Springbok and spoke to Ben Taylor regarding viewing a property. Ben arranged that immediately on the day of my choice and we viewed it a few days later. Ben then handled our offer negotiation and guided me through paying my deposit and signing the exclusivity contract. He's been very helpful and had answered emails really quickly. The online process for submitting ID, deposits etc is simple to use and helps you to secure the property much faster than traditional estate agents.

DO NO EVER CONTACT THESE "PEOPLE"

They will never leave you alone, they will call you constantly even after the property has been sold. every 2 days you will receive either a call or an email or a text message. Even after you have emailed the complaints department and demanded they remove your number from their database.

A pathetic and awful way to do business.

Currently trying to sell a house that isn't actually for sale - as if Estate Agents weren't hard enough to trust as it is... :-(

Excellent service, having had our property under another agent for over 4 months with no viewings let alone any offers, Springbok Properties secured both viewings and a satisfactory offer in less than a week, with excellent communication throughout from our dedicated negotiator Ben.

Put a very good house on market, but refuse to show property to buyers. The next day its sold and they admit purchasing for their own investers. I event tried offer 20% above asking price. That poor seller could have got tens of thousands more but went to the wrong agents. If your the owner of goldfinch drive property. You have been conned. Im not buying from these nor will ever sell.

We were on the market for 5months with local agents and Springbok sold our house within a month. Exactly what they claim to do. We had good communication from Callum though when he was away communication was a bit of an issue and some wires did get crossed but once we were sorted we did get things done inside 2months to moving day.

Excellent service. I was a bit sceptical at first with it being an online service. But Ryan was great and called me regularly with updates. Very fast, efficient and friendly service.

Throughout my dealings with Springbok I found all the staff very professional, proactive and honest. I managed the sale of a property in Scotland in early 2014 on behalf of my son; from the initial meeting with the valuator to all the support staff in Manchester I was provided with honest and realistic advice. I was contacted on a regular basis with progress updates and the sale was processed quickly once an offer was made.

Just shocking service, they do not have the sellers best interest at all.

We were the buyer and getting an initial viewing of the property was a nightmare, must have called 20 times before getting a date. Once putting in an offer we were contacted by Springbok frequently to update us on how the process was going. However they were very hard to reach if we missed their call.

We made an offer on a property and it was accepted and taken off the market within 24 hours.

Brilliant estate agents, sent the agent round on the Monday night after I enquired on a property I was interested in buying through them, however this property had sold but they asked if we wanted a valuation on our property we were selling so we said yes. The agent they sent was very professional and seemed to know what he was talking about so we signed the papers. He was back on the Tuesday to photograph the house, which by the way made my house look gorgeous (I nearly did not sell it haha) By Wednesday our house was up on rightmove and springbok's site and Thursday we had 7 viewings one after the other. On Friday we received a good offer which we were willing to accept. And it was as simple as that as far a springbok were concerned.
Yes they are a bit more pricey than other agents, but you pay for what you get and that's good service and a very very quick sale (2 days in our case). We bought our new house through Tepilo (who are known for being cheap) and it showed in every way. Springbok were a breath of fresh air in comparison to these cowboys.
I even recommended a friend and received 150 pounds worth of love to shop vouchers. Thanks again Springbok for your fantastic service.

Foolishly involved this lot with a view to selling a property.
Decided to 'think about it' and informed them clearly that they would be contacted if proceeding.
Since had numerous messages since totally ignoring the fact they would be contacted.
Bordering on harassment to such an extent that they will NEVER be used.

Excellent Service . I made an inquiry on Sunday afternoon and the property was sold subject to contract by the following Friday. we got the price we asked for . We wish we had contacted Springbok Properties months ago instead of the other company we where using. I would recommend Springbok Properties in the future.

absolutely ridiculous! I called over a week ago asking to view a property.. then they said they'd call back within 2 hrs! I've waited over a week to hear from them.. then when they do call I ask if they'd call my mother as it her thays needs to deal with it ( I don't know why they called me ) then they never called her and now the i wanted is gone.. So frustrating! toom me ages to find a hosue i actually liked in an area I wanted..

First time purchasing a property through springbok and was very happy with the service Natalie has provided throughout the journey. Would definitely recommend using them in the future.

At first the service was good. A helpful man came out to view and price the property.
The property sold within a week, they were really positive at first.
Then the problems started we had a lot of problems with the solicitors they use Richardson Law, the sale took 6 month to complete in total. The solicitors totally dragged their heals.
I did have problems at times contacting our agent. But he was always pleasant when we spoke to him.
Definitely not a quick sale company. I Wouldn't use a quick sale company again.

We had a property that had not sold in 12 months before we went to Springbok. The property was never going to be an easy sell, but Ben kept at it and finally got us the sale we desperately needed.

Springbok sold our house within 2 weeks. We was kept up to date at every stage of the process. Josh explained everything to us in a simple way.

I contacted Springbok to help me sell my late fathers property. Very professional, and Jamie kept in contact with regards to viewings etc. My sales progressor Natalie was amazing, during the difficult and frustrating time of trying to complete the sale. I really couldn't have done it without them. Would highly recommend.

The most unresponsive agent I've dealt with! Been trying to arrange a viewing on a property. The call handlers have no knowledge what so ever of the property let alone the town or city the property is in. They say the local agent will contact me but no one ever does. The call handlers need everything spelt out to them letter by letter from the street name to the town or city name. Feel sorry for the vendors who chose this agent to sell their property!

The "local agent" calling from some call centre not so local rang to say they are waiting for the Vendor to contact them. I later got multiple text messages asking if I can view on Monday to which I replied I cant. The Vendor still texted to ask if I can view at 2.30 on Monday to which I replied I cant. The "local agent" then booked the viewing for 2.30pm Monday. Set up to fail viewings to make the Vendor think they are doing something about their property!

We found a property in Holmfirth which was the perfect fit for us as a couple buying a house together for the first time. The owner couldn t have been more helpful showing us round, having just lost his wife you could tell he loved the house but wanted to see it pass onto another couple starting out. We loved the property and felt it was right for us so put an offer in. We did not hear back for over a week and then saw the property had sold. We have rang up since several times to get an update on what has happened but get nothing back. We understand that an offer may get rejected or a higher offer may come in but to not get the opportunity to put a higher offer in is horrendous. We can find another property, which will be from another estate agent, but the poor owner may have lost a chance to sell his house for more and it is that which is unforgivable.

I have no complaints about the service offered by springbok properties. Very helpful with the purchase of our property. I Would recommend them to anyone

This company should not even be trading, the level of utter incompetence is beyond belief!! arranged a viewing for an investment property 40 miles from home, turned up, no estate agent showed, the house was tenanted and refused entry because of COVID 19, (she knew nothing about the viewing)!! which is understandable in certain circumstances.... nothing on the Rightmove AD about a current sitting tenant!! called the office to find out whats going on, a call back was put in for the sales neg that was attending the viewing to call me 2 hours later no call back, I called again, the member of staff didn't even know who the boss of the company was for me to speak to them....and these are the people who are in charge of the purchase or sale of your property!! I'd save yourself a lot of hassle and go elsewhere, these cowboys couldn't run a bath never mind an agency!!
