I had to phone Springbok for work purposes and it took 5-6 minutes to answer loads of questions, I was then told I would receive a phone call back to give me the necessary information that I required??!! Why they couldn't tell me straight away I do not know?!
These call centre/internet based estate agents are terrible, very slow and costly to phone!!!
