Took my car in for a check as I'd purchased it elsewhere. I cannot fault the excellent level of service I received at all....from initial call through to pick up, the service is terrific. Go and see David Williams and his team!

On our fifth Jaguar and currently own three jags. Probably the worst, most horrendous service we ve had at any dealership much less a Jaguar one. Enough to almost make us be put off the bloody brand. Vile.

1. Nearly a year has past since we ordered a car with you. (June 2018)

2. Original order was completely wrong! Your previous consultant providing incorrect information and advice as well as quote.

3. Sale of our car as instructed and left without vehicle / having to fight to get a loan car from you.

4.. Cracked windscreen in courtesy vehicle that was reported in September / October 2018 taking you until Feb 2019 to replace.

5. Resulting in being pulled over by police, receiving three points on my license. As a mother, I hope you can imagine the distress this put myself and children through .

6. No calls or emails answering oustanding queries ever!

7. I no doubt get there will be problems once we receive our well anticipated velar!

Let s hope someone gets in touch after seeing this.

Unbelievably terrible!

Second time my Range Rover Autobiography has been with them within 2 months.

Arranged for a technician to test drive my car. Arrived at the appointment time and after waiting over 30mins I was told the appointment was cancelled. No prior notice or apology. Took time off work. Waste of an afternoon!

Arranged another booking for Thursday morning. This time the test drive went ahead and left the car with them. Received a video about issues and gave them the go ahead on Thursday afternoon. Feeeling hopeful, despite the issues being missed when they serviced and inspected the car about 8 weeks ago!

It s now Saturday and their service department has just closed. No idea if the work has been done. I ve had to repeatedly chase for updates with no response and no call back. I ve been left without my car for the May bank holiday weekend with no prior warning. No courtesy car. Beyond rubbish!

These guys didn't do a very good job from the first contact through to the last. I booked a service for my XF using their website and got an acknowledgement email advising that a member of the team "will be in touch as soon as possible to confirm the specifics of your appointment" After a week and zero contact, I phoned them to clarify and was told that I hadn't actually booked a service because "their website doesn't link to their bookings system" - Really - why have it then??

I am absolutely thrilled with my new Jaguar and I would like to pay tribute to Aaron Hardy who could not have been more helpful throughout our dealings. Nothing was too much trouble; in particular his explanations regarding the technology, which was all new to me, were invaluable.

I have tried on three separate occasions to speak to somebody in Jaguar sales at Beadles Watford, each time there has been nobody available. The operator has taken my number for them to ring me back, each time I have had no return call.
I have just tried again and there has been nobody available to speak to, I really could not be bothered to leave my number again.
I can't believe they are like this with every customer as they would not be still in business.. in my view one is too many.
I refuse beg to spend 40 or 50k with this company. They really do need to get their act together.

Just bought our new Jaguar XE from Beadles, Watford. We had the pleasure of dealing with Aaron Hardy. Aaron was very professional, helpful and patient. He took time to understand our requirement, answered all our questions and was always very quick in getting back to us right from sending the quotes to delivery of the car. It has been an absolutely wonderful experience.Thank you very much Aaron!!

I've had Jaguars for years and am thinking of a new XF. Receptionist on phone to her mum! Ok no worries lovely showroom so had very pleasant 20 mins playing with the toys ! Then had a lovely Latte in a china cup and read a brochure. Not once was I approached and asked if I needed help. Don't want high pressure sales but an acknowledgement wouldn't go a miss. Still good for coffee when I'm next passing .
PS Bought my XF elsewhere.

I have only given 2 starts for this review due to the time it took to resolve the problems on my Jaguar. Very good at selling the product however issues with the car were quickly apparent. The time it has taken to fix these problems has taken five months, mostly due to the long lead time to book the car in. Eventually however the After sales manager realised my frustration and organised a home visit by their mobile technician. He was very professional, polite, knew the product well and was technically adept. It was a software problem that has now been resolved thanks to his persistence.

I have been driving for 40 years and have had over 20 cars Beadles are without doubt the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Totally unprofessional and incompetent, my car has been back 3 times for the same fault, and every time I go to collect it the fault is still there. When I complain they are just not interested from the general manager, sales manager, business manager and after sales manager. I have been lied to, intimidated and threatened.

Poor customer service on two occasions within the last few months. First occasion I telephoned to discuss my requirements. Salesperson failed to return my call. Second time a few months later I went in. No sales person was available to see me as they were short staffed, someone would call me (in fact my details were taken down twice). Again a telephone call has failed to materialise. All I can say is that business must be very good to not have to bother to follow up on your leads!

The car was picked up and I altered my name and email address as it was incorrect with the driver I was informed by service as the car was going in for the work and when they where leaving to return the vehicle to me Only problem was they didn't change my email or name on the bill and didn't put the recall work on the invoice I rang and they said would correct everything and resend it to me in the post.

Super disappointed with this dealership as it all started so well. Popped in last Saturday and the service was great, as no sales people were available I left my details for someone to call me to arrange a chat and a test drive, no one called back! What a waste of the good first impression

I called your dealership today 16/02/19 to try and arrange a test drive and was told that the salesman my enquiry had been assigned to was not working tomorrow when I had requested a test drive. I was advised that no one else could help as that s not how Beadles work. Therefore my previous rating of 3 stars moves to 1! What a true waste of a great first impression

I have had an 'S' Type Jaguar since 2004, always had it serviced at the dealership in Milton Keynes from were I bought the car. I thought that I would make a change and used Spire at Watford for the first time recently.
The service was second to none, a great experience, from the initial booking, John who collected the car, the service feedback and the valeting service.
I would always use Spire in the future, only sorry, that I hadn't done it earlier.

I am most unhappy with the service I have had today from Beadles Watford.
Beadles website leans heavily on their high levels of Customer service.
My Range Rover has been in today for a simple 3 years service. Approaching 4pm I had heard nothing so I rang and was told I would receive a call back.
At 4.11 I received an email condition report.
This report referred to 3 items for attention. Windscreen wipers were smearing: the key fob batteries needed replacing and 4.5l of AdBlue required.
I had advised Reception when leaving the car that the key fob batteries needed replacing and that I had just topped up the AdBlue with 10l.
I requested a call back from the Service Dept. Nothing heard and so I rang again at 5pm now concerned I would not have enough time to collect the vehicle.
I was promised a call back. Nothing heard and it is now gone 6pm and they are closed.
I am now faced with having to alter business appointments tomorrow not knowing when I am going to have my car back.
Very poor service.

Excellent customer service received throughout from both Graham & Ricky at Beadles, Jaguar. Work was completed to a high standard & in a timely manner. Overall, exactly what I d expect from Jaguar. An outstanding all-round service package. Thank you & I ll most definitely recommend & return.

I have received some of the worst customer service...

I have received some of the worst customer service from this company (if I could give less than one star I would). Recently took my car in for its first MOT which they charged me for even though I told them it was covered by my service plan. Previously they failed to return my vehicle to me leaving me to pay for taxis to get to and from work and have failed to compensate me after promising that this would be the case.

Terrible terrible service. Waited for an hour an half for an appointment. when I finally got one I was faced with a very unpleasant salesman who was texting during our initial conversations. I asked him to put his phone down and he continued texting insisting he was listening to me. At this stage he hadn't even acknowledged me. I had no other option but to leave. Their loss as Grange in Barnet was a completely different experience. My gain as I walked away with a lovely car and a feel good factor the Watford branch would have never provided.

Had a tailgate fault covered by the warranty on my 2016 FPace. Raised it with Beadles in October and it took them 2 months to get the authority to correct the fault. In fact i would even go as far to say Beadles didn't even do that - it was Peter from Pentagon who did all the chasing on my behalf because I was getting so frustrated. At one point the fault became so severe I was told not to use the tailgate for access to the boot but to 'drop the rear seats! I tried to register a complaint with Beadles manager who was conveniently out at a dentist appt and never called me back! All communication was with Peter - no one from Beadles until it came time to book my FPace in for the repairs. Then I had to wait a month to book in so that I could get a courtesy car. If it hadnt been for Peter I would still be waiting so Beadles get 1* but Pentagon Paint and Body Workshop (authorised Jaguar repairers) 10*

It is getting harder and harder to book my car in for any sort of work at Beadles.

On this occasion I had to wait weeks to get an MOT booking, the cars first, and it didn't pass because it needed a new number plate bulb, which they don't have in stock and they cannot get the car in again until after the date I need an MOT, so I've now got to sort it all out myself.

Very poor service for a 3 year old car.

I have dealt with Watford Jaguar for many years and have bought 4 cars from them. Their service is impeccable and completely personal. They are friendly and helpful . I will often just drop in to say hello and look at some of the new cars on offer. The staff all have been there a long time and care for their customers.

The cold remote feel of a BMW or Mercedes dealerships is missing , there is a warm welcome always. If the car needs attention it is collected from my workplace by drivers I know and trust.

No problem is too large , retail or service. If you want a new or used car they will find what you require quickly and efficiently and will always ensure you have the use of a car.

If you are looking for an executive car then I would totally recommend both Jaguar as a car and Watford Jaguar as a dealership.They really make you feel part of a family and it is a pleasure to go there.

Very good customer service. I had an Adblue issue with my car and Jaguar Watford agreed to take my car in at a short notice and solved everything by the next day. The customer advisor (Nathalee) I dealt with, was very responsive in terms of communication.

Beadles Watford are a let down to the JLR brand and sadly raise questions of the level of premium associated with the JLR brand.

My experience with this franchise has been nothing but trouble. Beadles Watford failed to address a persistent fuel pump issue on my brand NEW Range Rover leaving me stranded in the middle of nowhere twice. The most recent time being during the COVID-19 lockdown where I was left stranded trying to drop off my partner who is an essential worker

David (the manager) provides false reassurances about the repair of vehicles. E.g. on the second repair of my vehicle, I was told the car had been checked by him personally and extensive road-testing had been carried out. Only to receive a vehicle with the same mileage in and mileage out and the car breaking down the next day.

It is common to see service customers pacing around frustrated at Beadles Watford, which may be a reflection of the reliability of these vehicles but is definitely a reflection of the POOR customer service training across the board.

I would HIGHLY recommend visiting an alternative dealer such as JLR Hatfield, but if you do deal with Beadles Watford ensure you keep a paper-trail for your own good. Thankfully, I have done this and it has been useful in my conversations with the Motor Ombudsman and will hopefully be of interest to the local media.

My 3 month old jaguar Se was booked in as I was unable to connect online and use traffic updates from the day I purchased it. After car had been checked was informed that it was to do with the SIM card that came with the car had not been registered and on delivery back to me the driver would set it up with me. After sitting with the delivery driver for over an hour he was unable to get it working . He then phoned the office who told me that as the card was never registered on collection for me would now be void and I would have to come into the shop and collect a new SIM card. They were not prepared to post one out or deliver new SIM card to me.
Fortunately as this was not convenient for me I phoned the SIM card provider (Ubigi which is supplier to jaguar cars) and in under 5 minutes had me up and running

Not sure that i felt welcomed here. The first thing i got asked was that if i parked here needing to go to a nearby Lidl or genuinely coming to their dealership. Was this a snobby welcome. I tried to check one of the models for simple stuff like the surround camera or the slide roof but these actions required a smart card. However one of the sale agents claimed it was not possible to operate such functions for cars inside the showroom. My only option was to walk to the car park while it was raining to check out these options. Come on guys if you need to sell premium cars worth over 70k, your customer service should be spot on. Not like this. Shame. You put off your dealership.

My car was booked in to have a part replaced. There were no waiting facilities due to the current climate. Kaliym kept me up to date at all times and informed me when my car was ready. He was very personable and professional coupled with impeccable customer service. My only niggle was that the complimentary car clean inside was not done to a standard I have previously experienced from main dealers.
Kaliym is an asset to Jaguar Land Rover.

Came in because of a problem with my older car and the guys were so incredibly helpful, I was left almost speechless. Special thanks go to Chris Nicolson and Aaron Hardy, who helped us through the handover and delivery of our new car. I would highly recommend this dealership solely based on the quality of service we received from these two gents let alone the rest of the staff there who were as impeccable.

I took my car to Beadles in Watford after booking an appointment. I had bought it at another garage and the Bluetooth system was not working. They carried out a full system reset that takes around 90 mins and even washed the car after. This was all carried out and was done free of charge although the car is out of warranty. I can not fault the whole process from start to finish. Thank you

Last time went to a local competitor and was awful experience. Here they were attentive and efficient, especially Natalie who was smiling with a professional attitude at 7:45 am and again at 5:45 pm despite a really busy day. Thank you Natalie ! People like you make life so much easier. Car was valeted nicely too inside and out and communication was great.

2 year service + car collected and delivered back promptly - very satisfied overall. However, I advised three different people at Beadles of a couple of minor issues with the car but they were not addressed and I was not advised.

Asked for a call back over a 3 day period, got nothing. Went in asking for a test drive and was told it wont happen today, and they had no interest in arranging one.

They either have too much business, or too much arrogance. Avoid this place like the plague.

How do you get someone to answer the phone? Called for a service query, held on for service, then operator. Finally got through to operator and put back on hold for service. Gave up after holding for 13 minutes. Its very poor when you cant even get through to talk to someone.

The parts department at Beadles Watford are excellent! Ross and Mahir are extremely knowledgeable and will always go the extra mile to ensure the correct parts are supplied. As and when there are problems or issues they always take ownership and do their upmost to rectify in a timely fashion - a breath of fresh air as far as parts departments go! Their driver Jason is always spot on and gets to us early! Highly recommend this branch for your Land Rover and Jaguar parts requirements.

When the car was sold to me I was told I would get a set of replacement Jaguar tyres when I purchased GAP insurance. Phoned up to enquire about this and was put through to about 4 different people, each of them saying I don t know anything about that , in the end I just left my number and asked if someone could call me back with an answer, waited all day and not one phone call.

Can not wait to hand the car back to them and go to a dealership that knows what they re doing.

Bought my jaguar xe from here and to start with the service was poor, the handover experiance of the car was a disaster and i wasnt getting anywhere trying to get staff there to sort the problems out, but once sales manager Jay Egilmez got involved to help put things right then the service became much more improved!, credit must go to staff at jaguar sidcup also who loaned me a very nice f pace whilst work was being done on my xe, am now very pleased with the car.
