Not sure that i felt welcomed here. The first thing i got asked was that if i parked here needing to go to a nearby Lidl or genuinely coming to their dealership. Was this a snobby welcome. I tried to check one of the models for simple stuff like the surround camera or the slide roof but these actions required a smart card. However one of the sale agents claimed it was not possible to operate such functions for cars inside the showroom. My only option was to walk to the car park while it was raining to check out these options. Come on guys if you need to sell premium cars worth over 70k, your customer service should be spot on. Not like this. Shame. You put off your dealership.
