Beadles Watford are a let down to the JLR brand and sadly raise questions of the level of premium associated with the JLR brand.

My experience with this franchise has been nothing but trouble. Beadles Watford failed to address a persistent fuel pump issue on my brand NEW Range Rover leaving me stranded in the middle of nowhere twice. The most recent time being during the COVID-19 lockdown where I was left stranded trying to drop off my partner who is an essential worker

David (the manager) provides false reassurances about the repair of vehicles. E.g. on the second repair of my vehicle, I was told the car had been checked by him personally and extensive road-testing had been carried out. Only to receive a vehicle with the same mileage in and mileage out and the car breaking down the next day.

It is common to see service customers pacing around frustrated at Beadles Watford, which may be a reflection of the reliability of these vehicles but is definitely a reflection of the POOR customer service training across the board.

I would HIGHLY recommend visiting an alternative dealer such as JLR Hatfield, but if you do deal with Beadles Watford ensure you keep a paper-trail for your own good. Thankfully, I have done this and it has been useful in my conversations with the Motor Ombudsman and will hopefully be of interest to the local media.
