I am most unhappy with the service I have had today from Beadles Watford.
Beadles website leans heavily on their high levels of Customer service.
My Range Rover has been in today for a simple 3 years service. Approaching 4pm I had heard nothing so I rang and was told I would receive a call back.
At 4.11 I received an email condition report.
This report referred to 3 items for attention. Windscreen wipers were smearing: the key fob batteries needed replacing and 4.5l of AdBlue required.
I had advised Reception when leaving the car that the key fob batteries needed replacing and that I had just topped up the AdBlue with 10l.
I requested a call back from the Service Dept. Nothing heard and so I rang again at 5pm now concerned I would not have enough time to collect the vehicle.
I was promised a call back. Nothing heard and it is now gone 6pm and they are closed.
I am now faced with having to alter business appointments tomorrow not knowing when I am going to have my car back.
Very poor service.
