I have only given 2 starts for this review due to the time it took to resolve the problems on my Jaguar. Very good at selling the product however issues with the car were quickly apparent. The time it has taken to fix these problems has taken five months, mostly due to the long lead time to book the car in. Eventually however the After sales manager realised my frustration and organised a home visit by their mobile technician. He was very professional, polite, knew the product well and was technically adept. It was a software problem that has now been resolved thanks to his persistence.
