Disgusted with their behaviour. Made an enquiry by phone initially, then by email. Was asked to give my phone number but I declined, since I am very ill, and did not want to be hassled by unnecessary phone calls. I am also registered with the Telephone Preference Service. Despite this, they clearly took my phone number off their recordings system and gave it to a marketing company who then called me.

I will NOT be doing business with this company - it is cheap and tacky.I expect my wishes not to be hassled by time-wasting marketing/sales calls to be respected.

It is a complete disgrace and makes me wonder who else they have given/sold my phone number to, just on the strength of my having made a simple enquiry.

More double-glazing salesmanship than what I would expect of a jaguar dealership.

Try Jardines or any of the others - who are also cheaper, by the way, in my experience.

Not impressed with the wait to be seen, both on drop off & collection. Also not impressed with the service on collection - had to wait ages to get the correct paperwork. Also didn t spot on drop off that the price was not what I was quoted on the phone & response when I queried it on collection was effectively well you signed the job card . This place is not what it was under the previous regime.

Overall disappointed. Communication before the service was average. I missed the original call to confirm the service however rang back 3 times but couldn t talk to anyone who could give me any information about a pick up time.
The actual service seemed to go well and the communication was good. The person who picked the car up and dropped it off was very professional however the car wasn t even cleaned. This was typical of the experience and makes you question the quality of the work being done. I may well switch to an independent service option where frankly it is better value, more flexible and potentially a better service. Sorry I can t be more positive.

The worst service ever for me , I have left for full service and it was marked after service day 1 , the driver door not opening from.outside , really unhappy with the worst level of something broken after the service.

The service from staff at Beadles Watford was excellent, especially Natalie who was very helpful. I have fed back to Melanie (who again was helpful and polite) some very concerning issues with regard to the communication problems between Jag Assist and Beadles which did cause me a lot of inconvenience. I have been assured that a Manager will come back to me.

I have just taken delivery of a Jaguar XE S 380 BHP from Jaguar Watford. Aaron Hardy was the Sales Executive who guided me through the purchase with consummate patience, knowledge and expertise and not a little humour. I had originally gone to the branch to buy a 2 litre version, but having seen the S, I was hooked!
Aaron was supremely helpful and friendly and was influential in completing the sale. He is a real asset to Jaguar Watford.

We are on our fifth Jaguar from this dealership, the latest being an extremely sleek grey XJR 575. The service department is fast, efficient and truly helpful as is Charlotte in customer service. The brand is absolutely divine, I struggle to understand why anybody would buy anything else. Looking forward to purchasing our 6th.

I needed a Jaguar part and I live in New Zealand. Ross Turner at Beadles ensured very efficiently by exchange emails that the correct part was ordered and made ready for me to collect from Watford.
Beadles, and particularly Ross dealt with my order with super efficiency and professionalism together with a touch of humour as I had travelled from NZ to collect even provided a cup of coffee for me. Top marks!

I rung to get help obtaining a part for my XJS. I understand it s an older vehicle and I d already rung a different company for assistance. The person I dealt with there seemed very reluctant to help. I spoke with a young lady in the parts department who was extremely helpful and more than happy to assist me. I will definitely be ringing here in future!

On Tuesday, I collected my new F-Type British Design Edition from Beadles Jaguar. I had my heart set on a 911 - but upon discovering the F-Type and indeed the way in which I was treated by the Jaguar staff - my mind was made.
Aaron Hardy was the sales executive I dealt with, who went above and beyond to ensure that the sale went through. The aftersales care, attention to detail and extra help he provided during the process, were greatly appreciated and well received. Aaron was a consummate professional, who went the extra mile to ensure the process was care free and simple. Even organising for the car to be kept onsite until my return from holiday! The car is beautiful, but ultimately, it was the experience provided by the staff that made me buy from Jaguar. So much so, I may be back to look at an F-Pace sooner rather than later...

Initial customer service poor in dealing with an emergency (no brakes) as advised first appointment was over a month away. After initiating contact with Jaguar Assistance fault fixed within 24 hours. Good service and thank you Nathalee as you restored faith in Beadles!

All was going well until I drove my car away. I had the tracking realigned a no one bothered to check the steering wheel alignment. Took car back very apologetic and soerted within the hour as promised.

This the second time I have used Beadles service department (my car is a very old x type) and once again they came up trumps. On both occasions the bills were reasonable, given this is a large and stylish main dealer. The service staff were very accommodating and knowledgeable. I was pleasantly surprised that they paid so much attention to the owner of an old car when I was surrounded by perhaps thirty brand new top of the range JLR models.

Arranged for my car to have a Collection and Delivery for its first service on Monday
1) arrived back home at lunchtime to find a loan car had been left on my drive without asking for permission

2) car returned to me only to find bonnet and wing covered with oil stain smears and finger prints

3) Driver had driven MY F Pace Sport back to me in full RACE mode.

Spoke to both Grahame Cairns and Jacob and arranged for car to be collected next day for a full valet and tank of petrol. Graham ,in particular , dealt with me in a very professional manner and was horrified with the chain of events.

4) prior to the return of my car I was informed that it had been seen by both gentlemen and was good to leave

5) On return I looked at the outside of my car and it looked fine

6) Due to work commitments the first time I sat in my car was today. The interior of the windscreen was covered in glass cleaner !! It took me 5 mins to get rid of this

I now do not have the energy to phone and go through all this again.

My Service experience has been diabolical and has somewhat taken the shine off a great years driving of my F Pace Sport.

Very rare to find a team of people who really understand what customer service is all about.

I would highly recommend this Jaguar dealership and will definitely be buying from them in the future!

Staff are really nice and polite. Had my car serviced here and was very reasonable. My car requires servicing every two years and I don't think I was charged over the top prices. Would certainly recommend them.

Beatles Jaguar-was a very disappointing experience I like the decor and reception but they failed to resolve my situation which has now been going on for two years I made a special effort to leave my car in and it was held for two days and still I do not have a inphone car system after two years . you can imagine as a small business frustrating this is seems to be a general problem with the Jaguar F pace.

I rang up again today and the nearest they can do it sometime in June which I think is very disappointing and really not very good service from Jaguar or Beadles

My diesel XF was serviced yesterday.
I received 100% professional care and service:
The collection driver pre-phoned and arrived on time.
Dennis, the Service Adviser, phoned me when my car arrived on site.
A second phone call was received in the afternoon, Dennis then gave me the final price - which, was less than I was expecting - and they'd taken the initiative to replace a blown bulb without unnecessarily bothering me (and the price of the bulb was less than Halfords charge!).
A second driver delivered the car back to my home. He was friendly and informative and talked me through the invoice and printed "vehicle health check" form, explaining what had been done before taking payment on a card machine.
Delighted later in the afternoon when my wife and I went out to the car and saw how well it had been cleaned - both inside and out. It is gleaming and, despite over 100,000 miles on the clock, the alloys are sparkling like a new car!
Service book (I'd forgotten to leave out on the seat) had been found and was duly stamped.

This is my first Jaguar, bought from Spires - now Beadles when 6 months old, with 3,200 miles on the clock. I've run it daily since and it now has nearly 103,000 showing and today it literally looks like a new car.

Despite being a three litre V6, it is certainly cheaper to maintain than previous Mercedes, BMWs and Audis I have owned. It has matured into a fine comfortable quiet long-distance cruiser and is so trouble-free that I have kept it much longer than any previous car - there really is no reason to change it!
