Poor Poor Poor service 1st sales lady never called...

Poor Poor Poor service 1st sales lady never called us to arrange test drive. Finally arranged test drive and awaited salesman to report back on trade in with existing vehicle once again no call. Why no one calls back from this company!!!!!!!!!
