Terrible terrible service. Waited for an hour an half for an appointment. when I finally got one I was faced with a very unpleasant salesman who was texting during our initial conversations. I asked him to put his phone down and he continued texting insisting he was listening to me. At this stage he hadn't even acknowledged me. I had no other option but to leave. Their loss as Grange in Barnet was a completely different experience. My gain as I walked away with a lovely car and a feel good factor the Watford branch would have never provided.
