Me and my father purchased a car back in sept 2019...

Me and my father purchased a car back in sept 2019 we had a good experience with the salesman. But months later on July 11 I had a problem with the metal engine cover on the car it was coming off. So I drove it to the service department to see if they can fix and to see if it is under my warranty to fix and replace it. We had the most awful customer service there. The Asian girl had an awful attitude and was rude to my father on the phone. I was baffled that happened. We are never going to service my car at that department.

Very upset by my experience with Sons Honda. Found the exact truck I wanted. Certified Black Edition! Negotiated everything beforehand. Asked for additional pictures before leaving and noticed something on the hood. SPECIFICALLY asked the salesman about it. He said the paint was great! I DRIVE 4 HOURS TO THE DEALERSHIP. I get there and the truck is perfect, until I get to the hood. And there are rock chips in the paint and then 2 dents but WORSE, someone tried to repair the chips not with matching Honda paint, but just black paint on the chips and blobbed it on (not matching) and looking terrible! This is supposed to be a Honda Certified car, mind you. Now I have driven 4 hours to this dealership. They ve taken my car keys, because they wanted to first to inspect my car. I m ticked off and just want to go. I asked the sales man why he didn t tell me about the hood damage and he says he didn t notice it until I was already on my way down . They mess around asking what can we do to make this better. The sales manager comes out and offers another $500 off the truck. I said no and left. Mind you, the entire transaction was negotiated beforehand. I was to walk in, sign papers and go. They thought I wouldn t walk and I did. I really, really wanted that truck. But they lost all credibility with me and made me wonder what else they didn t tell me. Plus, I don t know what it would cost to paint the hood. Plus, I live 4 hours away so I can t just easily go back to the dealer for any other problems. If you do an internet transaction, buyer beware.

As a first time buyer when I first purchased my car I was very satisfied with my experience at Sons. However, not even 3 months with having my Pre-Certified used Honda, I only had one good tire on my car. It was a hassle to even get the service manager to fix this problem! Who would buy a car from a dealership with one good tire. Overall, Joe, the service manager was very rude and nasty. The service manager raised his hand at me when he was talking, very unprofessional man. I would not recommend any one come here and make a purchase or utilize their service center. I ll never do business here again, because as a PAYING customer I did not feel as if I was treated with respect.

The used car we got was a great price and everyone was very helpful. We had a small problem with the car and the dealer had us bring it back and it was fixed quickly and didn t cost us at all. The car is awesome. The person who sold us the car over the phone even can back in on his day off to complete paperwork and get us taken care of. The folks there have been so helpful. We would buy a car there again.

GOOD POINTS

DANTE the sales person was extermly helpful he made sure all our questions were answered.
He was patient through out the process irrespective we would have bought the car or not.
He tried all his best in making sure we got the best price in the market And WE DID!
100 points to him. People like him make good business.

FACILITY - far away from the city but well maintained.

PURCHASING PROCESS - Quick and easy

PRICE - They price match and even at times beat the price u have so that is good. Worth the drive

BAD POINTS

MANAGER - while purchasing the car I was promised to get the cargo tray which after further clarification from the sales associate they said it was a mistake and not part of the deal so therefore I wanted to speak with the manager (simple request) but the manager refused to talk and never came out. I wasn't going to cancel the deal for a cargo Matt but if the manager would have at least came out it would have shown at least the customer service they promised. I was dissapointed. This makes the whole store look bad I hope this feedback is been viewed and actions are taken against the management.

I give the Sons Honda staff an excellent overall rating because they were very cordial but yet professional. They did not use pressure tactics to try to convince me to purchase my beautiful Honda Accord EX-L. They have a five star operation and I will recommend my family, friends and acquaintances to consider Sons Honda before they purchase their next new vehicle. I gave this dealership a great rating because God gave me favor and I drove out with the car that I had prayed and asked God to bless me with without any adversity. I LOVE Sons Honda Service Department. The staff is knowledgeable and personable. My service advisor Mark Smith coordinated my car service and shuttle without a hitch. Bobby was the shuttle driver and he was also GREAT!! My son was so excited to ride in the shuttle LOL. I didn t purchase my car at Sons so I was a little leary; however I had no reason to fear. They are excellent! I will continue to take my Pilot there.

Ask for Clark when you need your vehicle serviced. He was my service rep and he was great. We had some good laughs and I like that he gave me updates throughout my wait time. I Arrived at the service department at 7:30am, doors opened at 8am and I was out the door by 10am.

I have a 2018 Honda CRV. I have taken back several times for noise feeding back through the phone. They insisted that it was my phone and told me that I should switch from android to an iPhone.
The last time I took it back I told them that the sound was feeding back through the speakers. They claimed to have turned the microphone down which still didn't correct the problem. They say that they have to wait until an engineer comes so that they can check it out and come up with a solution. No one knows when the engineer is coming.
With Georgia's new "hands free" law we have use the bluetooth feature which is very annoying.
As a mechanic myself, I don't need a engineer to tell me to change out the audio system. Knowing that techs don't get paid for warranty work, I'd wait for the engineer to come too. It's a shame that dealerships tell customers when they think the customer doesn't have a clue as to what's going on.

Probably the best car buying experience I've ever had. Love the make my deal option on the website. I was able to negotiate a reasonable price prior to heading to the dealership. In the past I have spent most of the day going back and forth at the dealership with no guarantee I would get the price I wanted. With the make a deal options, I knew I was going to be in the ballpark before heading there. Ended up not buying the car I thought I initially wanted, but once there, Mohammad made things very easy and we quickly negotiated a reasonable price on an upgraded model. Got there about 5:30 and drove home just after 8pm ET. Much of the time was spent looking at several other cars. Thanks Mohammad for a great experience.

Seems like a very nice dealership. But the purpose of my visit was to charge my Honda Clarity while traveling. I called in advance to be sure I could do this. When I arrived they showed me the charge hubs which required a card that none of us had, or my app that I'd used before but it didn't believe there was a hub in the vicinity. They're not yet prepared for an electric vehicle charge.

I was shown a quote where the disposal fee was included when purchasing a set of tires but was charged $10 in actuality when paying for a set of tires for my car. I was not offered a refund when I brought this up to them but then was offered $10 off if I got an alignment with them. Christian Brothers Automotive charges $80 for alignment whereas Honda charges $99.

We have used Son's Honda for the last 3 cars that we bought and this one makes it number 4. We saw this Ford Escape listed on their web site and liked the way it looked and information that was listed there. We went and checked it out and it looked as it showed on the site. We were greeted upon arrival by Carlton Harris who took us right over to where the car was, got us the key and off we went for a test drive. We loved it, went in to his office to haggle the price and we got a very good deal. We had already researched what we felt was a good price to pay for it and what was a good price to get for our trade. The transaction was very smooth but took a little time signing all the forms. After we were done Carlton took us over and walked us around the Service Dept. then walked us over to our new and old car and double checked to make sure we had gotten everything out of our old car and then he watched us as we drove off and waved as we left. He was a very nice and knowledgeable salesman.

Always fast efficient service at reasonable prices for a dealer. A line at open on Saturday but the staff cleared it out fairly quickly for express service, suggest 9:15 AM as the sweet spot for Saturday morning service. If you need Honda service on the South side give them a try.

I was greeted with a smile by Lee Goins as I drove up. He proceeded to open my door and help me with my oil change. But he also went above and beyond by check to see if I needed other services. I had concerns about a rear light and he was able to check and fix it for me. This was all done in a timely manner in which he informed me of the progress along the way.
