Sons Honda is a great place to go if you are looking for a comfortable, friendly car buying experience. Shanika Banks made this experience very hospitable for my aunt Mary Thomas. The process was was quick and easy. We drove to McDonough, Ga. to pick up her 2019 Honda Pilot. My aunt was so happy. Everyone was so positive and friendly. Genero was very attentive in making sure my aunt was satisfied. He thoroughly went over everything regarding the vehicle...the driving, safety and warranty features. Overall the experience was perfect!

(1). I was approved via my bank(USAA) to purchase ...

(1). I was approved via my bank(USAA) to purchase 3 new vehicles for my wife and two sixteen year old daughters. I was planning on purchasing all 3 vehicles from Sons Honda(McDonough, Ga.). I ended up going down the road to the competitor(Nissan Dealer) because of the lies they told me via the telephone and switched it when I got there. BEWARE!

(2). They pulled my credit two separate times in two days. My credit should have only been pulled once. I told the customer service lady about the issue and she stop responding to me.

(3). Two different people lied to me several times over the phone. When I got to the dealership, the other workers "claim" they didn't know what was going on and the people that promised me things over the phone was not at work that day. This dealership told me lies just to get me in the dealership and when I arrived, EVERYTHING change! So, they lie to you via the telephone and change it when you arrive at the dealership. There is a lot more that I could write but it's too long. I have a two page letter with the workers "names" of EVERYTHING in detail that happened.

Lee was absolutely fantastic. He took great care of me and got everything done in a timely manner. He even walked me to my car and checked everything under the hood to make sure nothing was left open. I will make sure to always ask for him.

I told my sales person ahead of time that I had had bad experiences my previous trips to dealerships. I don't handle it well when people pressure me or try to haggle and do the back and forth. I told her what I wanted upfront. She was extremely nice and laid back. Never once pressured me. And was able to meet me with what I wanted. I was so thankful!!!

This is probably the worst Honda car dealership in the state of Georgia. I am sure I am not the first one to say this and definitely won't be the last one to say it too. The salesman , Sunny , is straight up rude , arrogant and lies with a straight face. I had to drive 100 miles / 2 hours to hear his bunch of lies . On top that , he wanted to sell whatever car he could get on his hand. As a local guide , I strongly urge to stay far far away from this dealership.

I wrote a review a bit ago and now realize the error in my ways. They say they treat you like family but they only badger you for reviews and once you are out of the dealership, that has all it has been. Then it having been over 30 something days, they processed my tag three days before my plate ran out. I have yet to receive my plate and have not been given an extension on the plate. I'm driving dirty around a city that tickets daily. How is this being treated like family? I would call and request the extension, spoke to three voicemails and have not received a call back. As I live out of the city, I had my mother venture there and complain to finally receive a temp extension... really? And that was only after I said I was going to change my previous review... Well, here it is. Why do I have to complain to get what I paid for? Terrible customer service.

Wellesley listened and became determined to find a car that suited my needs. He was so pleasant and reassuring through the entire process. Derek Gaynor completed my paperwork and the professionalism and heart felt concern continued. In three hours I left with a car and a feeling of connectivity. Sons Honda clearly and blatantly tried to swindle ...

Sons Honda clearly and blatantly tried to swindle me. I went in with transmission issues, and Sons Honda informed me that I needed my clutch replaced for $2000($2300 after tax and extra fees). I got a second opinion from my mechanics that I usually use, and they said that the job should only cost $1500(and this isn't the worst part). So I decided to take my car into my trusted car shop to have them diagnose the transmission issue, and it turned out that my clutch was perfectly fine. The issue was an incredibly simple transmission fluid line bleed to get air out of it; fixed the problem for less than $100. This saved me $2000 dollars, and concerns me about the integrity and honesty of Sons Honda. It seems to me that they didn't even bother to actually try to find the issue, but were very keen on taking my money for a false issue; a lie essentially. I'd steer clear of this dealership and go with a smaller and more trustworthy shop to resolve any ACTUAL issues.

I brought my Acura here for service approximately ...

I brought my Acura here for service approximately 2 weeks ago due to problems with the vehicle starting at every turn of the key. I was advised that I had a cracked starter relay which was replaced for a total of $106.48. I was reassured that the problem was resolved & that the technician had tested it by starting it at least 20 times without incurring any problems. I paid the bill & went to start my vehicle & it took me 3 attempts to get it started. The same problem still existed. I returned to the inside & advied the Representative. She in turn advised me to bring my vehicle back in the morning & that she would have the technician check it out. I returned the next day & was told that the Representative who assisted me called out & did not leave any notes on my account; therefore, I had to explain my situation once again. After waiting approximately 3 hours I was advised that I had a bad starter & that it would cost me $546.81 to have it replaced. I asked the Representative why wasn't the bad starter identified the day before opposed to a cracked starter relay. She had absolutely no answers for me. At this point I no longer felt comfortable with them doing any work on my vehicle & advised them that I had to think about it. I then took my vehicle to a local repair shop in my area for a second opinion & they printed the diagnostic report showing me that the numbers on my starter were good. At this point I became very upset & irate at the fact the workers of Sons Honda had ripped me off & were now attempting to RIP me off a second time. I also am not sure that I even had a cracked starter relay or if they even replaced it! My local shop diagnosed the problem as a bad ignition switch. The replacement of the ignition switch resolved the issue & saved me over $300 + dollars. How dare you Sons Honda for ripping off hard working customers. You should be ashamed of yourselves!! You are a fraud in my eyes & I will never return to your business again & will not even recommend you to my worst enemy due to your fraudulent practice!!

I just purchased my third car from the Son's Automotive Group, and my second from Son's Honda. Sunny and Solani were extremely easy to work with, and they worked hard to get me the best deal for my trade in and my new car. It was then up to Andre and Debbie from the finance team to work some magic to make the deal work, and they both delivered. Son's Honda continues to earn my business - I look forward to working with them again.

I had the best car buying experience this week. I was in and out the car was gone over with me in a well detailed manner and with a wonderful attitude.I had to deal absolutely no BS at all I have never left a car dealership happy before in my life.I think the whole place was filled with wonderful people and attitudes but Miss Harris had the most wonderful demeanor and attitude that I had ever been around in the in the longest time and I think her for that and suggest if you want to buy a new car go ask for her and you want be disappointed.

The appointment I scheduled was with Nathan, he was organized and he didn't forget to run my Honda through the car wash! The advisors go above and beyond to make sure each and every customer is complete and satisfied. I was in and out within an hour!

service department is a bunch of scum bags. mother-in-law took her 1yr old civic with 30k miles on it for an oil change special. service advisor was heavily pushing a transmission fluid change telling her the fluid was both burnt and contaminated. luckily she did not do it. I checked the fluid about a week later including syphoning some out into a small glass tube, the fluid looked and smelled like it just came out of the quart bottle, not a single spec of contamination.

Bought a 2018 Honda Civic and it s already having electrical problems. The person that sold me the car seemed like he just wanted money that s all. Next time I ll just stick with Chevy, At least their honest and know what their doing. Don t even bother going to get a car from here !!

I purchased a CR-V from Sons Honda in February. Wellesley Mellish helped me during my search for a vehicle, over the course of several months, and was extremely helpful. He truly has a great knowledge of the vehicles, which was so helpful, as I had a lot of questions. He was very patient, never made me feel pressured or rushed, but I appreciate his honesty and kindness most of all. Since purchasing my vehicle, he s followed up to make sure all is well and to ask if I have any need for help with the technology of the vehicle. I had a great experience with Wellesley as my sales agent. I RECOMMEND YOU SEE HIM WHEN PURCHASING YOUR NEXT VEHICLE. Thank you, Wellesley!

As far as the finance department, I have to say they were thorough and nice, but I didn t appreciate the pressure they put on me. I decided to set up my auto loan with my credit union before purchasing a vehicle, and because of this, in my opinion, they didn t appreciate it. I was approached multiple times by multiple people on their team, trying to sway me to use their finance department to purchase my vehicle. Even after I made it clear TO SEVERAL PEOPLE, once we got to the actual signing portion of the process, they continued to pressure me with multiple offers on warranties and ask why I wasn t financing through them. I understand their motivation for asking the questions, however, it was unprofessional, stressful to the buyer, and unnecessary. This part of my experience would possibly cause me to reconsider coming here again, but in all honesty, I would probably have this experience at any place, unfortunately.

He was very encouraging, outgoing and knowledgeable. I love my 2019 Honda Accord Sadan and definitely will be going back to Sons Honda for my next car as well .

Had an awesome experiance when I started the process of purchasing a new Hinda CRV.
Everthing except the test drive & signing palerwork was completed by phone with no hassel and little time. I pribable spent 40 min on phone.....in 3 calls and about 21/2 hrs at dealership to complete the deal. Everyone was masked and very cautious with distancing. I have visited Sons several times in the past 2 years looking and trying to make myself be ready to purchase and was always greeted with smiling, friendly people that was always courteous and gave us privacy to look at all vehicles on the lot and ready to assist with any answers I had. Never any pressure to buy now. I have bought several new vehicles in my 40 yrs of adulthood and this was by far the absolute best. If you are looking for a honda I strongly you to visit Sons Honda in McDonough Ga.

I haven't always had a good experience with this dealership. I was in search of a car and decided to stop by to see if things would be different than the other times. I was greeted by Maurice Figgins. I walked him through what I was looking for and he was a huge help. I explained my past experiences and he was very apologetic for those times and ensured that I wouldn't have that experience with him. He was a very genuine person with a genuine approach I didnt feel like he was forcing me to buy a car. He took his time and walked me through everything I needed to know. Even on his day off, he was able to reach out and get information I needed. This ultimately helped me to make my decision. Sons was able to work with the price with the help of Mrs. Banks who was very nice, and I purchased a car. Maurice Figgins was the deciding factor for me. It is true that if you are going to buy then you will buy, but when someone is genuine and you can feel their sincerity, it makes a difference for me. That level of customer service is huge. I would like to thank Maurice for all of his help.

I have never been to a dealership where I got my oil changed in under 45 minutes, and there were plenty of other people in the waiting room besides me. Great experience, and I will definitely be coming back! Jessica was awesome, showed me pricing upfront, and a few other services that needed to be done in the future on my vehicle. I was driving from a visit to GA back home to FL w...

I was driving from a visit to GA back home to FL when I got a nail in one tire and thread was showing in another. I was due to get tires and an oil change when I got back home, but obviously was not going to make it. Sons Honda was 5 minutes away and was the nicest dealer I have ever worked with. I even joked about moving to GA because of the quiet waiting room we had for me and my son (who has autism), the coffee and water offered to guests, and being faster than most places. If I had to drive through again and needed something, I would definitely go back!
