I was so impressed with the customer service I received on Saturday. My agent Amber was so great and easy to work so kind and friendly. She really cared about me and new exactly what I was looking for. I felt comfortable right away and knew I was in good hands. Even in the rain she was running out to get the car for me to test drive. After the deal I meet with Derrick who is in charge of financing he was awesome as well. They both went above and beyond to make sure I had a great car buying experience. He was so kind and friendly just like Amber. I was so pleased with the service I will continue to get my maintenance done there and recommend that if you go there ask for Amber and Derrick you will be glad you did. Thank you to Sons Honda for hiring great people who truly care about there customers.

Amber Land was the best sales person I have dealt with when it came to a dealership. She went over and beyond to get myself and my husband into a car that I literally brought me into tears. This was my second purchase from Son's Honda within a year. My salesman. Mr. Dante Blackmon was as always very diligent in his efforts to make sure I was completely satisfied , not only with my purchase but also with my overall purchase experience at Son's. He made me feel like I was part of the family, which was very impressive. He was willing to listen to my concerns of safety, and made my experience as contactless as possible. Kim service rep biggest crook ever tried to rip off my wife. I will never go there again from now on it's Willette Honda in Morrow. Avoid going there it's been problems since we bought our car. B.S crappy warranty

As always, my experience with the service department is beyond compare. I always get quick and efficient attention. The representatives always ask questions about why I m bringing my car in and follow up with an immediate estimate on how long the service will take place. This helps me make informed decisions about service maintenance. Jessica, in particular, is a treasured jewel...always glad to see me and always greets me with a smile. As a former Training Manager, I know good customer service when I see it and I see it here each time that I come in.

This was by far best experience ever! Can t thank Dante for everything he s done. Still can t believe he s been doing this a month, they way he treated us it seems like he s been doing this all his life.

First time I ve serviced my wife s Pilot here and came impressed with Jessica s level of service. My mom was in the market for a Ridgeline so I brought her with me to get a 2nd oil change. Sales person was not available but was told by receptionist and a couple managers that they have someone coming in 10-15 min. 10 minutes passed then a sales professional came straight to us and shook our hands. He introduced himself as Dante and asked was it ok to put his bag aside to assist us. After Dante settled down, we told him what we were looking for. Dante, took care of us like we were friends for years. After the test drive we worked numbers and Dante got us a better deal then we anticipated. Again I cannot emphasize that Dante has been doing this for a month! But it seems like he s been doing this for years.

My mom bought and we finished paperwork that day. Told Dante my mom will pick up the Ridgeline Saturday and that I will not be there. Dante guaranteed to take great care of her and he did. Went above and beyond. Only drawback is, as buying customer, I kinda wish the sales manager came and spoke with us. But Dante s level of service trumped any imperfections that day. Thank you Dante

This is my 3ed time trying to purchase a 2015 civic si. The sales guy was awesome and wanted to help me with my trade in and my budget but the manager low balled me on my 2015 versa note and said it was only worth $8500. I will not be going back

Please do not purchase from this Dealership. I purchased a 2015 Honda Civic from here right at a year ago or less and have already had to purchase brand new tires AND now have to replace the brakes. I am a single mother which the salesman who sold me the car was aware of and still sold me a vehicle that I would have to pour money into that I do NOT have despite the fact that he told me they completed a multi-point inspection and was dishonest about the outcome of said inspection. I ve left several voice messages for the General Manager who REFUSES to return my calls and make this right. This place has absolutely ZERO moral! If I could give less that one star I absolutely would!

Only experience there is with service and parts. Quickly scheduled a recall repair. Came for the appointment and they performed the repair while I waited in less time than quoted. Very friendly. Very helpful parts counter people.

I thought car buying would be worse than buying a house. Was I wrong.. Bought a car from Sunny , extremely pleasant and smooth process. He said "I am going to make your day sunny and get you a new car" LOL. Just go see Sunny . We got a great deal and he made things as easy it could be .

My wife and and I had our trade vehicle for 9-1/2 years, our needs had gone beyond what that vehicle could reasonably be expected to offer us so we started looking for a replacement. Carlton did a fantastic job getting us the right vehicle, on our case an Odyssey EX-L. Carlton worked diligently to help us find the bottom line price by working the trade and the new price. The new van handles like a dream and due to all the safety features included in it costs less to insure as my wife's daily driver than my daily driver costs.
If you're in the market for a new Minivan or any other Honda auto, go see Carlton at Sons Honda. If you're in Henry County GA, a purchase there keeps more money locally.

Mellish is a great example of someone who LISTENS to what his customer is asking for and make it happen. Everything was done in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend a friend to shop at sons Honda in McDonough, over great staffing.

I stopped into Son's Honda for an oil change and tire rotation for my 2007 Acura TLS-TYPE! I am one of many Son's Acura customers. It took about 30 minutes to complete the jobs. This was the first time I had such quick service in the three years I've been taking my car there. There were no other cars ahead of mine. So, I was quite surprised by that and very pleased.

The team @ Sons Honda did a great job!! Willis Rogers, Anthony Donaldson n Deb Heflin gave me 110% customer service !!! I just love my new Honda Accord Touring
