I was greeted by one of the finest sales persons I have ever experienced--Carlton Harris-- his approach was ever calm and understanding, that is his personality----his sales approach was equally as calm and listened to my needs and my questions---if he did not have a immediate answer he found it as our conversation progressed----all of the staff walked me thru their procedures and explained each phase to my satisfaction ---as of this date i am completely satisfied with my experience and would suggest Sons Honda to anyone---just remember as consumers we have an obligation to be willing to ask pointed questions and be somewhat knowledgeable of all aspects of any agreement we enter into---Sons you get five stars from me
