The staff were very knowledgeable, helpful, respectful, and above all patient! I didn't feel pressured into buying anything or pressured into opting for repair services that I did not want at that time. For these reasons, I will continue to do business with Sons Honda. Richardson and Erika were both fantastic!!! They have "Superb" customer service skills!!! I thank them for making me feel like a welcomed customer.
