I have a 2018 Honda CRV. I have taken back several times for noise feeding back through the phone. They insisted that it was my phone and told me that I should switch from android to an iPhone.
The last time I took it back I told them that the sound was feeding back through the speakers. They claimed to have turned the microphone down which still didn't correct the problem. They say that they have to wait until an engineer comes so that they can check it out and come up with a solution. No one knows when the engineer is coming.
With Georgia's new "hands free" law we have use the bluetooth feature which is very annoying.
As a mechanic myself, I don't need a engineer to tell me to change out the audio system. Knowing that techs don't get paid for warranty work, I'd wait for the engineer to come too. It's a shame that dealerships tell customers when they think the customer doesn't have a clue as to what's going on.
