Very good Customer service. But no compliment services like free oil change / key chain / floor mats etc. Other than car, you can't get any other compliment services. Trade in value is not that much good. But I got a good deal on my new car.

We will never be back! My husband and I went here to look at the Odyssey and Pilot options. We are planning on trading in our truck and find a vehicle to better accommodate our growing family. When we arrived and got out of our car, we could hear the group of salesmen standing outside the door arguing over who was going to come greet us. In a bad way, none of them wanted to. We heard I m not going, you go, I don t want to go, maybe they ll leave, and even said go say something to them that ll make them leave. How horrible!!!!! We immediately started back to our truck when a very nice salesman, Ed, approached us. had a warm and inviting personality. We told him we were leaving however. We got done the road and decided to turn back all due to Ed. He came back to us and helped us and let us test drive a vehicle and everything. We have absolutely no complaint on him. However, the horrible salesmen at the door ALL need to be addressed by management. I did call today and spoke with a manager and explained what happened. She said she would speak to the sales staff but honestly didn t seem interested in what I had to say so who knows if it will really even be addressed. I m hoping the owner will read this so he is aware. As a business owner myself, I would absolutely want to be made aware of disgruntled employees and would address it immediately. Needless to say, we will NEVER be back!!! Nor do we recommend this place to anyone!

I went in for regular maintenance on a very busy day, yet they still finished my vehicle in less than time than they had said. Always friendly and effecient.

I went there a few weeks ago to get a car. Zachary was so great and helped me find a great car! I didn't realize how hard it was to find a stick shift, but they had one at a great price!

I was pressed for time and they got my vehicle serviced and out fast enough for me to be on time for work. I even had time to get lunch.

Great experience. I had to use the night drop and that was an easy process. Mark was very helpful on the phone when I called in originally and went through the after hours drop off procedure with me. The diagnosis was done by lunch the next day as promised. The repair was completed the following day by lunch as promised and the car runs great. I would definitely recommend Son's Honda service.

Was greeted with a warm welcome when I arrived. After my car was inspected I was given a ride home while the work was completed. Upon arrival the car was delivered, the work done as expected and it was clean.

Michael Richardson is awesome! I am planning to come purchase soon and I have had a ton of questions. He has answered them all and has gone out of his way to help.

Mr. David Mitchell Jr was the most helpful and personable salesmen I ve ever had. I desperately needed a new car as the one that I had was seeming to be on it s last legs. When I thought I d decided on the car I wanted, he had us on a test drive in less than five minutes. He was very detail oriented when it came to all of the car s safety features and little extras that made the car stand out to me. I was sold on the car before the test drive was even over, and that wasn t even the best part. I ve worked at the biggest car dealership in the state and I ve never seen a deal done so quickly. He went over all of the paperwork with me, made sure I understood everything, assisted me more than I ever thought possible with my trade-in, and finished the deal in such a timely manner despite the trouble I put him through all while having a smile on his face. I was so unsure upon entering the dealership, but after my experience with Mr. Mitchell (and the amazing car I purchased), I can safely say they ve made a customer for life out of me!

March 2019 I purchased a Honda from there. This bald headed black man leads me to believe I was financing the vehicle. A whole year and a half later I asked the company that I m paying every month how much I owe on the vehicle ..... they tell me ma am... what do you mean ...I said how much do I have left to pay for me to receive the title .... ma am you are leasing the vehicle it will never be yours . MONEY WASTED.

I just bought my first Car from Sons Honda! The team was awesome! I got everything I wanted and more. My car consultant David Mitchell was a perfect help in my search for the perfect car! He took his time with me and helped me out a lot!

Our AC went out suddenly on a road trip from Florida to Tennessee. We stopped here to get our CRV looked at. I trust my Honda dealer back home, so I figured we'd be ok here. They got us into a rental to finish the rest of the trip with the plan to pick my car up on the way back. We get to Tennessee and they call and say it's a $1300 repair for the compressor. Even though it's the clutch. They say it's cheaper to replace the whole thing because the labor to replace just the clutch would be astronomical. The same thing went out on my Saturn and it was about $400 to repair. At this point, I'm ready to call BS on this. Dude says the part is $900 alone. So I get the part number and tell him I will call him back. At that point, he starts saying he only has 10 minutes to order the part to get it in time. They were keeping my car for 4 days and they only have 10 minutes to order the part?? Obviously trying to pressure me into making a decision because he knows we are out of state. What can I even do? Drive 5 hours back and take it to another dealer? So I called my dealer back home and gave them the part number, and they said the part is $600 and the repair is under warranty from Honda, and that this dealer should know that. So I call back Sons and they didn't give me the full part number information. Turns out it is two parts. One is $600 and the other $300. And that Honda extended the warranty on some of the same model and year as my car, but not mine. So no warranty on the repair. Honda corporate will hear from me on that. I will give them a chance to make it right. So we have no choice but to get the repair done. I authorize them to use the after market part, which is about $400 cheaper than using the Honda part. We go on with our trip and stop on the way back to pick up the car from the dealer. They tell us it's $1500!! At this point, my husband lets them have it, and they offer to take off $100. Nobody called at any point to say it would be more, and we never authorized more. Ridiculous. So we left and started driving down the highway. The icing on the cake? They didn't close the hood all the way and it started moving around like it was about to fly up and hit the windshield! If you are on a road trip and need some repairs, DO NOT GO HERE. The only reason they are getting 2 stars instead of 1 is because the repair seems to be done well and they replaced the airbags that were recalled.

EDIT 9/6: That $100 credit they gave us off the bill? Apparently they didn't actually give us a credit. They passed it along to Enterprise to charge us the difference. Crooks and liars.

Best dealership of the lot. I posted a search through TrueCar, so my search for a car was broadcast to several local dealerships. Sons Honda quoted the best price for the car outright. No weird incentives or sales, just the best price out there. Dante Blackmon was my associate; he was kind, personable, and efficient at his job. He provided quotes for several models, rescheduled at a moments notice, came in to meet with me on his day off, did his homework on two models of the accord hybrid, and found a car that had just arrived on the lot that met my preferences. He also worked to streamline the process of preparing and purchasing the car the day I bought it. I imagine his efforts reflect a healthy sales environment at this dealership. This was my first car, so I was grateful to work with such great staff. Would definitely recommend this dealership to others.

Good service department but be sure to tell them not to do extra work without checking with you first. They did a free tire rotation with an oil change and the brand new Ridgeline ended up with a scraped rim with the rough handling. Impossible to prove it was their fault.

This was my dayghter s first car and she was so excited to hit the gong! Jeffery (and team), thank you for making her day and for your patience with us during the whole process. You all did such a great job, my wife traded in her van for an Accord the same day! And I may be back in a few weeks to trade in my Ridgeline. Well done!

From the very beginning to the very end Sunny Rohra was the most informative and friendliest automotive sales person we have ever come in contact with. Never did he rush or try to push something on us that we didn't want or was looking for. We will pass his name along to any of our friends looking to purchase a new automobile.

Additionally, Deborah in finance is the BEST! In the past this has always left a feeling of am I doing the right thing but not one time while in her office did this feeling come about. She went out of her way to find exactly which extended warrant we were wanting and made us feel that we were with family and not just an individual purchasing a car.

These will be the two (2) reasons why we will come back to purchase again in addition to telling everyone about our "GREAT" experience with Sons Honda.

I had been trying to get a car for months but working a part time job, my options were very limited. But Derek Gaynor worked very hard with his manager to make sure that I left the dealership with a car. He was very professional and I did not have to deal with any of the problems that I dealt with all of the other dealerships. Buying my first car
Hello !
So I have been doing a lot of research for my car and I knew what I wanted just need to see how I was going to get it. Went to two other Honda dealerships were I didn t feel good or appreciated to buy from them. But then I met Sunny from Sons Honda dealership. He and everyone else in the team was able to work me into getting the car that I wanted at a reasonable price. This was my first car I purchased on my own and it wasn t as bad as I thought it was. Definitely happy with my car and comfortable with my car payments (which was extremely important to me). So if you are in the market, you should definitely go see Sunny at Sons !!!

Bought a 2017 Pilot here this past week and we are happy with the purchase. However, when we test drove the vehicle the left rear tire was low on air pressure. They told us that the air pressure was correct that it needed to be driven for a little while for the TPMS sensor to correct itself. Checked it when we got home and it was 20 psi. Had to go add air. They were also supposed to detail the vehicle before we picked it up. The windows were still dirty and the trim on the outside still had red Georgia clay dust on it. But they did throw some tire shine on it and parked it in a bay for us to pick up. The car is breaking a little unevenly also something we noticed during test drive and reason was because they just surfaced the rotors and it should self correct. We are now thinking we will have to take it to a brake shop for inspection. Sales guy was super nice, just feel a little not taken care of.
