I took my car in for brakes. That was the only thing wrong. I needed brakes in the front and the rear. I get the car back after waiting about 4 hours and now my ball joints on the passenger side are messed up and the tire in the back on the same side keeps going flat. Every time I take my car here, this is where I bought the car, they fix whatever I bring it in for but it comes back with something else that's broken and needs repairing. $500+ for brakes.. That's ridiculous enough and now I have to have the ball joints fixed too when they were fine before they got their hands on it?!

I am a return customer to Sons; my 1st experience was buying a used Accord 3 yrs ago. Unfortunately, that very nice and dependable Accord had been struck by lightning during a storm 2 weeks ago and totalled out by my insurance company. I began a new car search. I decided to buy the new Honda HR-V.
Mohamed Kande was our salesman & made my husband and myself feel very comfortable about the whole experience. It was actually very pleasant. We had done our research on the vehicle we wanted but we didn't expect to drive home with our new HR-V the same day we came into the dealership. We bought it off the showroom floor! Mohamed offered us deals we couldn't just pass up. Great interest rate, great price on our trade in....I wanted leather seats in my car. No problem.....my car now has leather seats. Took them a day in a half to install them. (They look fantastic by the way)...I wanted navigation in my car....no problem....get the Honda Link app on my phone pay the one time fee and there ya go.....Mohamed has a solution for anything we threw at him. He was very knowledgeable about my vehicle and we really appreciated that.
Earlier that day, we had test drove an HR-V at a dealership in another county and did not get the pleasant and knowledgeable experience like we did with Mohamed.

It saddens me that I have to leave this review however I would first like to say that Loni and Jacob were awesome!!! I went in to get an oil change. Once my car was ready, I went back to the service counter to wait for my attendant. I was the only one in there at the time, standing waiting, looking confused and then Mr. Tom came out to get a paper off the printer. Another customer came in who happened to be waiting for the same attendant. As we both waited, Mr. Tom began to only assist the other customer. Mr. Tom never acknowledged me and it hurt especially since I was there first and had been waiting longer. I don't want to believe it was a race thing however this is America and racism does exists. Maybe had I been white Mr. Tom would have acknowledged me with a simple "one moment" or something? Again, although Jacob and Loni tried to smooth things over after the ordeal because I mentioned it to them, it does not sit right with me and should not be acceptable when you are in the service industry. Every customer should get the same level of respect. In light of this, I will never come here again and will let family and friends know not to either. THIS HAS TO STOP!!!

In 2013, I brought my 2012 accord in for oil change. They totaled it during test drive. While it was an accident, and their insurance did pay of the current value of my car, it was still fairly new so I was upside down. I still owed money on it! The dealership manager, "friendly Freddie", did nothing to help me get into another car, wouldn't even return my calls . I didn't want something for free, but at least offer me a family discount to purchase another car! I ended up replacing it at the Mazda dealership, and so glad I did! Customer service is terrible!

There's a reason Dante Blackmon is Internet Salesperson of the Month 12 of the last 14 months (maybe 13 of 15 by this point...). He's a great communicator, courteous, and attentive. He tries to get you the best deal possible and provides any information requested which, in my case, was the best out the door deal he could put together. No muss, no fuss.

Had everything I needed the first day and was able to commit to the deal. Way better than some of the other dealerships I was dealing with at the time... The other guys didn't want to deal and were shocked when I decided to take my money elsewhere...

I've recommended both Dante and Sons Honda to a coworker who is potentially in the market for a new car. I'd hazard to guess that most people aren't happy enough with their dealership experience to recommend others to shop in the same place.

WOW! If you are in search of a car Mr. Carlton is the man you need to see! His knowledge of the vehicle blew me away, so detailed! He made me feel really comfortable with the car buying process. I did not feel intimidating WHAT-SO-EVER. He was very patient with me. The purpose of this review is to share my experience purchasing my 2018 Honda Accord EX-L from Sons Honda. On 12/22/2018, I purchased a 2018 Honda Accord EX-L from Son s Honda. When I initially walked into the dealership I was greeted by many smiling faces, which was a wonderful thing, however, I still proceeded with caution because you never know what you are going to encounter when walking into a dealership. Because let s be honest. Most car dealerships have poor reputations. But not Sons Honda, I am thrilled to say that Son s Honda exceeded my expectations as a consumer when I purchased my beautiful steel colored Honda Accord.

My salesman Sunny Rohra was excellent (And I don t say that casually.) Sunny was patient, knowledgeable of the product, and did not try to sell me a vehicle that exceeded my price point. This was my very first time purchasing a Honda and Sunny made my experience so memorable (in a good way). Sunny is an awesome salesman. And I take great pride in recommending him and Sons Honda to every consumer looking to purchase a Honda. I also want to mention that Joe Headley is another salesman at Sons Honda and he too, was wonderful to work with as well. Both Sunny and Joe were absolutely amazing. I will end this review with this last statement. Sons Honda, and their salesmen Sunny Rohra and Joe Heedy far exceeded my expectations. My experience started via the internet. I had previously emailed another dealership and they were short and wasn't about negotiating. I then started to look around at dealerships not in my area and came across Sons. The prices listed on the internet were considerably lower than the prices on other dealerships. I decided to ask for a quote and BJ sent back a price that was so reasonable I thought it was a joke. Surely, this can't be right. He emailed me within 15 of my initial email. This was my first time actually purchasing a car on my own so I called my parents and asked them what did they think. We set up an appointment to meet with BJ and from the time we entered the door he was friendly, and not the typical pushy salesman. He really wanted to make sure I got the best deal for my money. I initially was looking at the Accord EX without the letter but he made me a deal that I couldn't refuse so I upgraded to the EX-L with the leather . He took his time to explain all the features on the car. I did a test drive and it was not the typical go down to the next street and turn around. I had a true experience. I was able to pick the color I wanted and drove off the lot one happy customer. I liked the fact that I didn't feel pressured into buying a car. It was as if I was talking with a friend and he wanted the best for me. I highly recommend SONS.

Tony Young is an excellent representative to work with. The only thing I was disappointed with was the navigation system in my 201i CR-V exl. I specifically wanted one where I would have a visible map like my Tom Tom but instead I got the Apple thing. This will eat my phone data which I will ultimately have to pay extra for on my cell phone bill. I do not have unlimited data. I thought he was saying the Apple thing was something I could do if I wanted to. I find this very upsetting as I will have this car for 8 to 10 years. Other than that I am pleased with the car

He didn't get frustrated while my husband & I went back & forth on price and deciding between new & used. He gave us the best deal in the area. I have to say that Freddie , the manager, has a great group of people working for him. Cathy, Edward, Brian...just to name a few, who made it all happen. When I walked in, I felt like the red carpet was laid out for me. I was looking for a 1st car for my 16 year old son. While having car repairs is never a "good thing", the associates at Sons make it bearable. LOL! I love the new quote system they put in place that emails the whole quote with line by line items, costs, what are necessary right now or can wait. I have often called other mechanics and asked for quotes on the exact same work. Sons has always been LOWER which is surprising since it is a dealer and "everyone knows that dealers are more expensive". Everyone I have worked with have always been courteous and patient. Samantha was awesome on our last repairs. She went above and beyond to make sure the right repairs were completed on my vehicle. She researched the issue and gave the solutions to the mechanics which made the repairs a lot faster.

Top of the line service! My household has experienced the best service from Son's Honda over the years. Purchased a FIT last year on a stellar Toyota trade-in deal. Prior we've brought in the old Civic for service from time to time. The good folks at Son's Honda always have it running smoothly when it needs maintenance, which is MUCH less often than other brand vehicles we've dealt with. Last weekend, was no exception. Long days sheltering in place revealed how poor the battery had gotten on the old Civic. Son's mechanics quickly solved the problem. Superstar reps like Sammy took amazing care of us! That's why we're a fully Honda family and saving up to trade in old faithful for a new Honda in 2021. Great experience with this dealer, Solani was amazing and reached out to me very quickly via email in regards to a car I inquired about online. She got me in for a test drive and was extremely knowledgeable about the cars. Staff are nice, manager Edward (I think) was great and very honest with us during the process and worked with us when we had concerns to get everything taken care of. Wasn t able to negotiate on the price of the car as it was used, but still got a good deal. Took a bit longer than I would have liked for the finance guy to get everything worked out, but overall great experience. They make you feel special after you complete your purchase as sort of a thank you for doing business with them. Look forward to doing business with you all again in the future!
