I LOVE Sons Honda Service Department. The staff is knowledgeable and personable. My service advisor Mark Smith coordinated my car service and shuttle without a hitch. Bobby was the shuttle driver and he was also GREAT!! My son was so excited to ride in the shuttle LOL. I didn t purchase my car at Sons so I was a little leary; however I had no reason to fear. They are excellent! I will continue to take my Pilot there.
