Went here for a Sunday lunch so my review is based on our overall day experience and not staying in the hotel. Amazing location up high with steps down to the beach. Multiple restaurants to choose from with the grounds luxurious to wander around, making you feel like the middle of paradise. Staff were super friendly and helpful, couldn't have asked for more.

The sales director showed and impressed me during my site visit yesterday for a potential clients visit and I must say the rooms are all tastefully maintained and given a fresh look after some renovation completed adding a touch of intimacy and comfort in mind while staying current in decor and functionality.
Meeting spaces and numerous function rooms are proportioned to the hotel rooms inventory and all equipped with overhead projections and most if not all have natural daylight as well. Great coffee break area for the breakout sessions.
Pool is luxurious and inviting. Would love to spend my own staycation sometime soon .
Great Italian restaurant though not available to try out their F&B as it's open during dinner.
Also friendly drivers like Mr Seng who took me to paragon mall in orchard road with their complimentary hotel shuttle that plys to vivocity and orchard quite frequently.
Next stop is to see their sister property sofitel so.....Hope to review that soon too!
We found the Wifi very unsteady and it was disturbing as we had to call tech support to just logon. We ordered an in room meal and when the order was wrong, we couldn't get the room service on the phone. In addition, to difficulty finding assistance, we then had to wait 1 hour for the poor service to be rectified.
The pool was amazing and great to use. The breakfast included was excellent, the selection was varied and great.
We could not fault one thing, the staff were friendly and very accommodating, the resort and facilities were first class and we will certainly be staying there again on our next trip to Singapore.
Good resort property, but slightly inconvenient to use all facilities.. gym and steam rooms are far from rooms. Steam room wasn't working. In the gym, only one of the three tread Mills were working. Pool is far from the gym again. Staff didn't replace the inroom complimentary items second day of my stay. However, the location and ambiance is better than anything else, especially if u r going with family
First, our rooms were not ready on time (after 6pm) then a lot of issues in the rooms: very noisy with AC system, leak at the bathroom robinet. Outside the terrasse was very dirty. Team is fine and manager who help us for the issues was very nice and try to solve issues... We will say it s a little below our expectation.
Large resort hotel with great facilitate. Convenient location. Walking distance to many tourist attractions. Great view of the sea from hotel room. Recommended.
I had previously stay at Sofitel Sentosa Resort & Spa twice when I was not a member of the accor plus and the experience was good. This time round, as an accor plus member, I would expect a better experience during my stay however it was otherwise. 1) No welcome drink and towel offered upon check in (was given 2 coupon to redeem for the welcome drinks at the bar instead But we check in as 3 guest) 2) Late check out was not possible upon check in. (Was even told by your guest relation officer that many of your Accor Plus Platinum members had also requested and was rejected due to the high occupancy) 3) No welcome fruits in the room 4) Sofa bed was not set upon check in and turn down service (Had booked the room for 3 adults and 1 child) 5) Upon check out, your guest relation officer was surprised to hear my feedback and promised to get her manager to get in touch with me, yet till today no one has contacted me.
I was surprised that there was no one to guide me to my room. After my request to the receptionist, I was sent by a faceless employee who seemed to be annoyed by the service. She gave me some instructions to get out of my room without assistance. Of them to find out where this room is not suitable for a 5 star hotel Also in the breakfast restaurant the tables were dirty from birds and the staff service was not good enough for a 5 star hotel
The beautiful environment, good service attitude, and early diversification of food varieties are very suitable. The other two Xiqiao halls are delicious.
It was my third stay in your hotel as I enjoy celebrating my anniversary in your hotel every year. It was relaxing and your staff was nice and helpful to all customers before. However, I believe I will not stay here anymore. Your staff really make me disappointed.
First, since I was arranged to take a midnight flight to Hong Kong suddenly, I requested for late checkout when I checked in your hotel and your staff told me that I need to make request on the day I checked out. (It was totally different from the last time I stayed.) However, when I made request in the morning about 8:30am on the day I checked out, your staff told me that YOUR ROOM is reserved for someone who requested for early checkin AND she said I request too late. When I came back at 4pm to get my luggage and walked around the hotel, I found that the room was NOT CLEAR after I left as the curtain was not drawn so that I can look at the room through the window. It means your staff told lies to me!! No one make request for early checkin of THE ROOM. Even no one reserve for the room on that day.
Second, when I checked in, your staff asked me to keep the luggage here and return at two. Therefore I went to have lunch first and take taxi to your hotel at two. When I came back, your staff told me that the room was not ready so I need to wait until three. It made me feel disappointed.
Third, the sink is draining slowly. I guess it was clogged.

Located on Sentosa, a resort island, the Sofitel is a luxury hotel in a luxury city state. Peacocks roam the grounds and the rooms are well appointed. Turndown service includes a different dessert bite every night and the staff is friendly and welcoming. Room service complements the onsite dining options.
Original ground floor suite (216) overlooked the car and after raising this with the front desk allocated a suite in the Peace wing with a view over the gardens. Your Accor Le Club staff were extremely helpful
Very nice hotel at Sentosa, top spot, large spacious rooms. The only downside are the large numbers of peacock near the breakfast room. It's nice but they can be a little too intrusive
Really beautiful place, food's good. Amenities are in place. Just he road in the car park is really rough and hard for ladies wearing heels to walk due to the many holes in the slabs.
Stayed one night on 14/10/2020. Beside situated in Sentosa to give it a resort feel, the staying experience certainly doesnt worthy its 5 stars hotel rating. Beside the less than good guest experience from the hotel staffs, the lack of preparation (no pool towel at 11am) and not that clean room. What disappoint most is the hotel condition. Dipping wet paint from the ceiling at the door area inside my room bathroom, torn bedsheet, dirty swimming pool with dead/ rotten leaves, paint marks at the bottom of the pool. The major safety concern is the exposed electrical trunking which power the underwater lights in the pool. Accident waiting to be happen. Will not recomend this hotel to anyone.
My wife and I decided to treat ourselves to a resort stay for 8 nights, and are very pleased with Sofitel. The staff were all very attentive, polite and helpful. Lovely setting and comfortable room (junior suite). Enjoyed the garra ruffa fish foot pool as well as normal pool, bar etc. The shuttle service to Vivo City was great and used it most days. Always on time with friendly drivers. Only disappointment was advice from a night concierge when enquiring about an attraction. Seemed his only interest was selling the tour which I assume he would have got commission for.
On final very hot day, although we had checked out, we were able to still use the pool until we headed for the airport. This was very much appreciated!
Will definitely recommend Sofitel Singapore Sentosa to anyone visiting for a break.
I had a pleasant n wonderful stay in this resort. I would like to thsnks one of ur staff ( do not know her name) for arrange a wonderful surprised by putting some wording and a cake and some fruits in my room. I staying at rm 365 on 18 seo 17 to celebrate my 23 wedding anniversary. The management should gve this lady a . Thank you whoever u r.
Be careful if you order via Accor Stayplus. At the reception, without explanation of the room fee, your room is upgraded and charged on check out. Only because the room facing the park has to spend 500 thousand. Included as a resort with minimal facilities. Between price and rooms and facilities are not very suitable.
The hotel was beautifully laid out with scented gardens and water features that lined the paths. The choice of meals available at the many restaurants didn t leave you wanting, as they catered for all culinary delights. The staff couldn t be more obliging as they were eager to assist and interested in a chat. We found the process from checkin through to checkout a relaxed experience. We would be very happy to come back.
Have a late dinner on Eatigo discount. The food here is really quite good, especially the local delights. The clay pot rice and hor fun is yummy and far exceeded my expectations for a hotel coffee house. Skip the chicken rice though, it came a tad dry and the meat tough. The lobsters steamed with garlic put some chinese restaurants to shame.
I had a very pleasant stay, and I really enjoyed the hotel room, along with the amenities and all. Just two things - my room's lobby light wasn't operating properly, and it was flickering constantly. Secondly, I really dislike your Illy coffee system. I use the Nespresso system, and I find that the coffee that is generates was very low volume and at a temperature that wasn't hot enough.
Went here for Sunday brunch. Absolutely amazing experience. Great selection of very distinct food. Ask for tableside crab service. Make sure to leave space for desert, they have superb selection.
We had a great time. Rooms are spacious and very nice. Good facilities and enjoyed the shuttle services. We had a family holiday for my sons 30th birthday.
This hotel brings much memories to my family since 1990s we have been frequenting The Beaufort and after a long while was so excited to return to the establisment and rekindle memories! Sadly we were greeted by a most impertinent front office girl Araman who was exceedingly huffing her attitude and temper when we inquired on details of our checkins and room upgrades etc, worst still she just stood there clueless and when another staff took over she slapped a stack of paper to the counter and sulked away!
Such persons should not be allowed to serve the guest with temperment! It s sad that sofitel cannot keep up to the service of The Beaufort Staff who were always gracious and friendly!
We we told that she was a trainee and if a trainees has such an attitude that shows that the management has failed to train her well to serve guests!
All else the addition to the fish spa and the alfresco dining is amazing but where have all the lilies gone to! They were abundant on the surface of the water features of Beaufort that resonates tranquility and peace!
The rooms are amazingly clean and upgrade well and the bar staff were friendly!
My room was a little outdated. The area rug was stained, the hand towels were frayed and the tiles in the shower were coming out. The food was LeBar was expensive and well below average. The resort itself was peaceful and beautiful while the service was excellent. Just was expecting a little more for the price when it came to the room and food.
Went to Sofitel to get a treatment at the spa. The service is spotless, you feel like royalty. You can also benefit from using the facilities (pool, mud pool and jacuzzi) when booking a treatment so you can spend a day away from the concrete jungle. The good at the restaurant while it was ok, was not too impressive.

Of the minuses: a huge queue at the reception, in the morning for breakfast The work of the staff in the restaurant is not debugged, the accumulation of a large number of dirty tables with a huge queue. It is unacceptable! The cost of one night in the hotel is too high! $ 600 too much! it's not 5 stars, but only 4 ...
