I had a very pleasant stay, and I really enjoyed the hotel room, along with the amenities and all.
Just two things - my room's lobby light wasn't operating properly, and it was flickering constantly. Secondly, I really dislike your Illy coffee system. I use the Nespresso system, and I find that the coffee that is generates was very low volume and at a temperature that wasn't hot enough.

Otherwise, it would have been a great stay!
