Great room and facilities. Ambience was great as well

Arrived at 1.30am in the morning requested a baby cot with the room when booking online. Upon collecting keys asked if the cot was in the room confirmed with reception. Then when entering the room no cot in the room. To top this off the room smelled of cigarettes, I asked reception to rectify this as we had a one year old in the room and the response was, it is a non smoking hotel. This is irrelevant the room stinks of cigarettes even confirmed by one of the cleaners verbally.

Upon checking out I booked the concierge to collect bags at 10.55 am then they didn't arrive even after tipping them. I dragged all the bags to reception for the taxi which wasn't even my taxi it happened to be a previous person checking in. So not only did they not collect they did not book a taxi as requested directly with the concierge.

I am immensely disappointed with what is evident as management not understanding nor controlling their staff in an effective manner. To send an apology letter prior to fixing the lack of a baby cot should be corrected, you need to fix the error then apologise. To offer us a broken cot is seriously offensive then to provide a cot with a broken side is just beyond words.

After frequently visiting Sofitel manila, los Angeles, gold coast and now Singapore. I would definitely rate the overall experience as disappointing.

It's the simple things that count for example the sheets had holes in them. You guys are seriously getting the basics wrong.

From the moment you walked in the front door you felt enchanted by how pretty this place was. The rooms are stunning and the customer service was brilliant. It s expensive but for the most part, it s worth it.
The buffet breakfast was probably the best id ever had. They had such a diverse selection of cuisines and they were all very tasty.
The drinks by the pool and bar were super expensive...
The spa was very good. The gym s air con didn t work but you were informed as soon as you walked in the door.
The concierge was wonderful and promptly helped in anyway he could.
It was a truly relaxing stay.

Amazing place, gives a relaxed feel right from the entrance. A little let down by the service as they are a little overwhelmed by the full house crowd.

The food service at the cafe was really poor. The server did not even have to courtesy to give silverware with food. The food was cold. No nuts with the drink - I was told they are finished and I saw that other tables had them. Later when I told her that the food was cold and no silverware she handed me a box of chocolates which I anyway don't eat.

Stayed here for almost one week. Lovely pool and good food. Fully agree on some of the comments below: rooms are small and little to do for a "resort". They also really need to properly train the staff, which is incredibly young, not attentive and super clumsy. Every day I see people dropping things on the ground, showing up to the table with the wrong food (they somehow don't believe my white partner orders a Malaysian breakfast) or unpolitely showing up at the table. Some prices like this spa (starts at 180sgd) and a simple coffee (Nespresso; 9sgd) don't make sense either.

Overall good service. Although we had one big issue with the air-con in Room 264. Since we had a 7 month old baby, it was very inconvenient to pack up and move to another room. However, I would suggest testing out the aircon before checking in a guest. We have had to deal with extreme low temp which could not be controlled!

In general a nice hotel, but far away from a 5-star Spa Hotel. This is a family hotel with a lot a children. Further we have to wait 11/2 hours for our meal that was served cold and the restaurant was almost empty. There were dead fishes in the water basin for the feet. And a couple of more things was annoying, but I won't go into any detail now.

Very nice pool and friendly staff. Some rooms have a musty smell and the appliances are dated. The air conditioning in some of the function rooms is pretty noisy.

Beautiful and large room, a lot of greenery, very tasty breakfast, friendly service.

Excellent views. Saw a few lovely peacocks. Very vibrant and natural sights. Would recommend. Very freindly staff

Great Escape from your daily working life to find sanctuary at Sentosa.
Arrived at Sofitel Sentosa with joy ride thru out Sentosa Island. Greeted with warm welcome by Hotel staff, and within a minute felt like home. Smooth check-in process, arrived at our room with surprise!
There was this welcome make up room that make our day! Our daughter checked the bathroom with bathtub and soon she said I wanna swim, I want to swim!
Breakfast was great as well, spoilt by the choices and the French hospitality.
Overall 9.5 outta 10 points.

The room was good and staff were friendly and helpful. The only problem was it took a long time to go back to the hotel by shuttle bus. It would be great if there was a scheduled shuttle bus at universal studio for picking up guest back to the hotel.

Bali in Singapore. Isolated from the rest of Singapore in Sentosa island. They have shuttle buses to the city

The resort was excellent. Its at the other end of the island but not difficult to get to with an Uber or a taxi. The rooms were amazing. They had our rooms mixed up - I booked for the luxury garden room, however they gave me the regular More

The only good impression we have is the building and that was it. Massively understaffed, part time staff was untrained. We asked "can you tell us where we can find our room?" And I quote "I'm part-time here. I don't know" and just walked away. There is no, let me ask someone for you or if you ask over there they will be able to help you.

To be fair food so far has been good but took so long to order from the pool despite asking at the bar for someone to take our order that we had to move to the restaurant

The room smells damp. There is a layer of dust on the bannisters in the hallway. The terrace next to our room has several pan like tables full of rain water with dozens of old cigarettes floating in them

Enjoyed my stay at Sofitel Sentosa, the staff were polite and friendly, would definitely go back again.

This is a very charming beautiful hotel. We received great service from the moment we boarded the hotel's shuttle bus till we left this lovely place . Our dinner at the garden restaurant worth to visit again.

It was overall a very good experience and stay at Sofitel Sentosa Resort & Spa. The reservations team were patient in assisting and replying to my queries through email before the stay itself. The room was big and good, spacious enough (I booked the Prestige suite). The services rendered at the restaurant (Cliff) was excellent, staff were friendly.

Things to improve:
1) Was alittle disappointed in the mud pool tho, it looked alittle "dirty'' and probably that is why no people goes to the mud pool.
2) The receptionist seems to be alittle blur. He did not really share with us on the facilities which were available to us as well as the dinning credit which i purchased. i.e. He did not mention on the dining credit and how to utilise it and how to go about paying for it(he didnt seem to know about the dining credit until i asked) etc. Also, as a receptionist, knowing that I have booked for a Prestige room, i should be entitled to the outdoor spa pool facilities but he did not share with me. Fortunately, i read up on people's blog on the outdoor pool as well as checking with your reservation team prior the stay, else i would not have known about the outdoor spa pool facilities which i was entitled to. It seems like the customer got to ask a question, then the receptionist will check or answer.

For a hotel, receptionist is the first point of contact which your customers will first interact with, thus, it affects the impression of your customer towards the hotel.

Nevertheless, it was a great experience. :)

The Cliff Restaurant provided a nice ambience in a calming environment, providing a brief escape from the hustle of the city. Food was exquisitely plated and rather tasty, though portions were on the small side i.e. slow-cooked pork chop was smaller than sea bream.

Hotel room pool food service are just ok. Housekeeper come in my room without notice at 9pm. Usd300 pre night...not worth! Never come again.

Great Bali resort feeling, probably best resort in singapour!

The assistant manager Shafiq is decidedly unhelpful and contradicts what the reception says. After spending 4 nights there in a suite we would expect better.

Attended an event at sofitel. Place was clean and well organised. Staffs were helpful and friendly

It was fun and I spent 8 days slowly.
As it is the sixth use this time, we understood that facility and level of food, cleanliness are maintained. The smile of the staff is particularly impressive this year. Sally of kweeZeen remembered my face despite my first stay in a year and made a call. Every morning, one day started with her smile, and I had a pleasant stay.
There is a sense of security because Tony of pool staff can meet by the pool every year.

The staff I met in the hotel smiled at everyone and it was pleasant. The impression that the smile of the staff has increased since last year, I think that this has improved the atmosphere of the entire hotel.

If you ask me one request, there are few types of meal menu at the poolside, so I can not increase it a little more? Please consider.

The reception, the concierge, the bell and everyone who worked well were sincere, suitable and friendly and had no complaints.

I will use it again next year if I have a rest.

Very comfortable and enjoyable stay with Sofitel Sentosa

Location is slightly tricky to find however it makes the stay very private, allowing a very comfortable environment. Room is extremely comfortable, staff and services were very professional.

We really enjoyed our 4 day stay, the only negative was when we arrived at our room the lock was broken, they did move us but the whole episode took 3 hours. We spent the time sitting on the bed waiting for maintenance men, it would have been nice to have management give us a voucher to wait at the pool bar. 3 hours out of a short stay is quite a lot, so just feel the whole episode was impersonal. Other than that the stay was lovely with great food, excellent service at restaurants and concierge.

Had a great 2 night stay here. This hotel has a grand feel to it and transports me away from the hustle and bustle of Singapore. I really felt like I had left Singapore during my staycation here.

Want to stay here again and try the restaurant and buffet breakfast next time I stay!

It was a very enjoyable stay at Sofitel as I chose Sofitel to celebrate my 40th birthday with my family. High level of service standard, staffs were all very helpful and attentive. Definitley my prime choice to consider for my daugther's coming birthday celebration in September! Good job Sofitel!

An awesome one night stay.
Very, very relax because time seems to stop.
Nice decoration, nice staff and nice peacock.
The peacock came to "greet" me when I checked into the room, and the whole family came and "say goodbye" the next day when I checked out. Very unforgettable encounter.

Only disappointment is the time spend there was too short, so no chance to experience the Spa......

Luxurious resort hotel with excellent service, spacious rooms, me & family felt as though we are out of Singapore during our staycation.

Comfortable, Nice environment though always thinking security may be a suspect since the hotel is pretty open to any public who can walk in freely. Breakfast is not bad though selection can be better. Orange juice ran out by 10am is a bit disappointed. Also there must be something done to ward off the pesky birds trying to feed on scraps after the guest left their table at the outdoor seating area. We had thought of enjoying the view and breeze by sitting at the outdoor area but quickly move indoor when we saw the birds swarming in to feed. That is very unhygienic and guests may be put off by it.

The hotel grounds and rooms of Sofitel Sentosa were beautiful and clean. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, too. To make it a perfect score, improve upon Spa grounds and particularly the gym. The gym had broken equipment and looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Otherwise the hotel itself is a great place to stay

Food and service at The Cliff was great. We have been returning to the restaurant few times now to celebrate special occasions. They were very attentive to the needs and eating preference of the kids as well.

Quiet and peaceful resort! The place allows you to chillax and be stress-free! The rooms are good and the pool is clean too.

The stay was good and relaxing. Only feedback is on the bath tub, suggest to have a non-slip mat since there is no handle on the inner sides of the tub. Tends to slip downwards. May be this tub size is not meant for asian.

Had lunch at the banquet hall and the decor, food and ambience was great. Perfect for smaller events. Service was good, but staff were a little hasty in pouring the alcohol.

In general, I liked everything very much! We lived in a double room. Of the minuses: In the living room there were a lot of windows, and in the toilet there was a bidet.

It was an extremely short trip but truly relaxing and enjoyable.

It's pretty good. Amenities were okay. A little overpriced though in my opinion.

We haven't set foot on this property since it was a Beaufort. Today it has been transformed into an elegant resort by the Accor Group. The sprawling landscaped grounds and water features take you away from claustrophobic concrete jungles. The surrounding greenery and ever-present rhythm of water provided a sense of peace and tranquility.

Our suite was befitting of a luxury resort, complete with a comfy king size bed, spacious bath and shower, large wardrobe and a separate living room with sofa, writing desk and beverage station. The decor sparkled and glinted with touches of French designer chic and tropical themes. It was a delicious cocktail of romance and luxury travel in Singapore.

The welcome gift of macarons awaiting us when we entered our suite was a pleasant treat. We enjoyed attentive service throughout our stay, especially from concierge who made it a point to know our names. They were also very helpful with local bus travels around the island and transfers into the city. Service at the restaurant was also polite and helpful. Housekeeping delivered a daily turn down service.

Breakfast was a lavish affair with the numerous indoor and outdoor stations. The food and beverage quality was also excellent. Kids even had their own buffet section. We certainly weren't leaving hungry.

While the resort was busy with families and couples, many were away during the day. We enjoyed the quiet time, lounging on day beds, dips in the pool, soaking our feet in the fish spa, taking a walk down to the beach, peacock watching and sipping on evening cocktails at the bar. Sometimes we forget we're still in Singapore.

We haven't stayed in many Sofitels during our travels. The experience at Sofitel Sentosa has certainly encouraged us to try more.

We had dinner at ilLido and enjoyed the homemade pasta and deserts.

Fantastic service, quite & clean hotel. Beautiful sea views from resturant. Central to everything. Sofitel has free hotel buses to Resorts World, Vivo City & Paragon Shopping Mall. Also Island bus & access via stairs to the beach. Hotel suitable for families & couples.

Awesome peaceful chillax vibes here! I could sit here all afternoon. Was here for Sunday afternoon tea - my Lithuanian friend loved the place so much. The lounge for afternoon tea has no air-conditioning but has a high ceiling and large fans. Still, we enjoyed our time here as the quiet and slightly humid afternoon hummed by.

Just a great location to visit Singapore plus next to golf course

Suite and hotel facilities were very pleasant. Only the service leaves much to be desired as there weren't enough staff to support customers who were trying to check in. Front desk was also difficult to reach.

Absolutely excellent. Great rooms and service as you would expect. Love the open layout of the property. The views are fantastic and it is sometimes hard to remember the urban jungle is only 10 minutes away.

It was a very good experience.
Service facilities Meals were satisfactory.
I plan to stay again.

i would like to thank the front staff for what they have done for my wife, just a quick mention to them is my wife's birthday and the surprise was arranged by the assistant guest relationship Manager Angela. She did give me a call for permission to enter the room with cake and our photo from Facebook and was printed out with frame. I was also surprised what she has done for a guest. Really thumbs up for her sincerity. Will share this fantastic experience with my friends and recommend them to stay at this hotel. Keep it up and will be back next year.

Attended a wedding at Saffron ballroom. Restrooms were small and messy, not tidied during the event. Floor was wet and littered with paper towel. Service crew at ballroom were well mannered but disorganized and seemingly short handed even though only 14 tables catered. Did not feel a sense of professionalism despite Sofitel being a well established brand. Valet and hotel staff were well mannered.

This was my first time booked the Sofitel Hotels & resorts at Sentosa.

We check in around 1.45-2.00pm the king bed for the room was not provided the king bed when request upon booking with family & one kids.

Upon checking the hotel staff told me that they do not have king bed where they confirmed my booking was come with king's bed & the lady staff told me no gap in between the two single bed joining. we are curious why they isn't any gap if both single bed join together.... imagine my kids was in between the bed of the center & difficult to sleep & not comfortable. we request close to lobby or close to hotel front desk check in counter & noticed that when she told me not far & yet we walk rather far away from the hotel front desk & with my kids that rather inconvenience cause to us.

I hope the hotels can reserve the king bed when guest booked at the hotel especial we have children come along sharing one big king bed which is much more space for 3 of us.

overall hotel are quiet ambient & the children play room for 2 hours per day for kid rather far away at the other corner end but lucky hotel provide the in house transport for us to bring our kid for in house guest at Garden @ the restaurant from our hotel lobby.

I will to book again next time if they is still got vacancy for Accor hotel members.

We attended a private event in their suite. The ambience is superb and the rooms are well kept. Only complain I would have is the location for a weekday event. Otherwise, worth visiting/staying at Sofitel.

Great Hotel with clean rooms and a amazing breakfast choice

My wife, daughter and I spent three nights at Sofitel Sentosa and loved every minute of it. The hotel is fantastic however it is the service that sets it apart. Everyone is very welcoming and the care taken of our daughter was first class - thankyou!

Thank you for that pleasant stay. We had a great time. Everyone was friendly and the hotel complex is really nice. We would love to come again sometime.

The Shuttle bus platform has changed due to the influence of Corona, but it is difficult to understand, and it is confusing because the timetable was pasted on the previous platform.

Even if I passed the staff at the hotel, no one greeted me, and the check-in was one-sided, quick and I didn't feel any hospitality.

The facility itself is nice, but due to lack of maintenance, the corridor in front of the guest room on the first floor smelled damp, and the decorative stones didn't feel like they were covered with dust.

It's not that something was extremely bad, but it wasn't good to say this. I felt that it was not worth paying nearly 1000 SGD for 2 nights.

Booked a villa and it was a great experience. Huge rooms and well equipped with facilities to use. Comes with a generous pool as well. Would definitely stay again.

Good resort, more value for money than those in the CBD in terms of facilities.

Not cheap .. but then what is in Singapore? Beautiful setting away from the hustle of downtown Singapore .. yet close enough to get back to it for $15sgd in a taxi. It's the staff who make this hotel so great, Alex, Vivian to name but two who helped make our stay so relaxing and fun. Already planning to come back next year

It is a quiet and beautiful place and is located almost at the end of the island. I went to visit and did not live there and did not try its services. Those who love calm will love them, and they have a bus that will be transported to the VIVO complex, but every hour or more ... and there is a multiplication of the Bird of Bugs, and there is a large stadium nearby
