Clean rooms and comfy beds. A bit small and bathrooms have a glass window which makes the toilet/shower visible from other people's beds.

Spacious rooms very comfortable and quiet
.Staff friendly and breakfast was tops
I stayed for my wedding night. It was an absolute wonderful stay. They let me check in earlier and also gave free champagne and desert. For brekkie they gave us a complimentary ice cream desert as a congratulations. Room was wonderful and I absolutely had a wonderful stay.
Check in and was told my twin booked room had been upgraded... Great.
Checked my online booking later, the room was what I had reserved.
Room was dusty and not clean.
Ordered room service, soup and two Pasta dishes, pasta was raw and was not a good sauce.
Left to attend a concert on the way requested with the person on reception that the room be made up and informed him of the lack of general cleanliness. He apologised and said it would be done.
Returned three hours later to an untouched room, as we had left it. Tried to call reception three times but the battery in the cordless in room phone was drained. Gave up.
On the way to breakfast, we passed the person who was on reception the previous night and told him that nothing had be done. His was response was sorry about that
Breakfast was more of the same, ordered coffee when we sat down, after 15 minutes we asked if our coffee were coming, told they had been given to someone else and waited for new ones to be made. This also happened again later when we ordered another round.
Thank you Pullman Sydney Olympic Park
3 wonderful nights
Quiet rooms
The Pullman have the best staff always greeting with a smile
Thank you very much Laura
Clean, quiet. Not very convinient without a car. Pretty much like Novatel. Lack of the characters and feeling of luxury a 5 star hotel should have.
Lovely room, great staff, excellent breakfast, enjoyed my complimentary drinks. We especially loved the convenience of staying nearby to the Easter Show. The 180 degree view that we had of South East Sydney was lovely, the twinkling lights at night especially. I highly recommend this hotel.
Well present and efficient staff provided a great service. Will be staying again when I travel to this area again
The room was so dusty, I sat on the bed and dust went everywhere. Every surface had a thick layer of dust which is pretty poor for an expensive room. The room service food was pretty much inedible, the downstairs area was a bit small. I really couldn't see a reason to return.
Get the FRC District Preliminaries here
The food in the hot food is delicious.
Lovely attractive accomodation that has great service.
Lovely hotel, booked a room for the wedding night as it was close to the wedding venue. They were nice enough to send us a free bottle of champagne to our room after discovering we had just been married. The hotel is in immaculate condition. The buffet breakfast is high recommended.
Great hotel if attending an event at Olympic Park. Staff are great and the rooms very comfortable. The restaurant is also good for breakfast and dinner
Nice place, great facilities. Breakfast is a but of a strange layout but food was nice.
I'll be back next time I'm in the area
The room was nice as expected for a 4 star but at double the price at event pricing the service was terrible. the room service only delivered half of the order and by the time they brought the rest the other half was cold and they bring one set of cutlery for two meals how poor is catering management. Also the hall ways were incredibly hot with no air-con, really in a 4 star! The carpet in the halls did not look like they had been vacuumed in a month the only good thing about the service was the receptionist who checked us in and out she was lovey. Don't say hey they were busy because of the events that were on they knew about them well in advance they should have been prepared. This is simply poor management. See the the photo of something that should have been vacuumed up and this was on the 16th floor.
I had an issue at checkin and the staff were AMAZING in helping me sort it out. I couldnt recommend then enough!!
Good room size full-size bath made the wife happy. Staff excellent. Good top shelf whisky selection.
Excellent rooms and location. Very helpful staff, nothing too much trouble for them. Staff went out of their way to make our stay better and cheaper.
Great buffet breakfast in the morning.
Recommend staying to anyone.
Very conveniently situated for Easter Show..we a family of 5 stayed in one room no hassles.
Front desk clerk was super welcoming, very quick to complete check in and lovely to talk to. Bar staff, not so much - I felt invisible, nobody smiled or said hi, and one young female was not so happy to be working in "hospitality". All other staff were lovely and helpful. Room was fantastic! Breakfast amazing! Would definitely stay again. Would give 4.5 stars if I could.
Went for drinks after attending a show. Staff were very helpful but disappointed they didn't have cocktails.
I'd definitely stay at this hotel again. The rooms were good and check out wasn't until 11am, which is appreciates. We arrived early and got access to pur room immediately. The staff were excellent and the restaurant (breakfast and dinner) were spot on.
Qantas put us up here overnight so we didn't spend much time here but seemed decent enough.
Beautiful service and rooms, good location for major events
Not so good an experience. Make sure you keep away from rooms near the lifts. The construction of this hotel is such that rooms up to 3 down get the noise of the elevator.
Some hotel I've never been to that Google keeps insisting that I have
The staff were friendly and professional. The room was comfortable and clean. I was pleased with the close proximity to the stadium and the price was reasonable. Overall we will definitely be staying again.
Went to the bar after the Greenday concert, was nice to be able to get a drink, with such good service.
This hotel is a great place to stay if you are not worried about having to be in the Sydney cbd area. Very comfortable with personable and attentive service. The views are great to the city as well as in other directions...and there are many things to do in the immediate vicinity if you are so inclined, including exploring the olympic precinct. The restaurant is fine dining and a must to experience if you would like food from top class chefs.
Excellent service and very nice rooms and function facilities where very nice
Great staff, spacious rooms and beautiful decor. Batman approves!!
Checked in & went out to dinner, came home at 10pm and realised my room was next to a (seemingly VERY noisy) lift well. I felt I was sleeping 1 room away from a busy train station.
Credit to the staff who moved me within 20 minutes to a very quiet room.
Gym is great with free weights, bench, leg machines with very nice treadmills and audio system.
Will definately stay here again when I'm back in Sydney.
Fantastic location for events at Olympic Park. Hotel was clean and staff friendly.
The room was very nice but the beds weren't very comfortable and seemed smaller than a standard double bed.
Friendly and professional staff. Stayed for three nights with no problems at all
Good staff, great service and near by gyms for pokemon
When I stayed there in February there was a problem with the air-conditioing and this time there was a problem with the hot water. Was not impressed about either.
Beautiful rooms and very comfortable beds. Staff are lovely and location is perfect if going to an event in the Olympic Park precinct!
Went to a drink waiting for travel crowd to die down after a major event at Olympic Park. Despite the bar being very busy, the bar staff kept their cool and were very professional.
Great conference experience...more food than one man can handle ...
Nice ambience, helpful staff, though I would prefer a wider selection of craft beer
Very far from the city, very expensive for the quality they provided.
The eggs bene is nearly as good as the pullman in Melbourne but a great venue and service none the less. Put 4 stars as the restaurant manager was inattentive and off his game and honestly a little rude on all 3 occasions last week. Everyone has bad days but failures in service are not acceptable at a venue such as this.
Best hotel at Sydney Olympic Park. The staff are fantastic.
I had Coffee and water with a friend in the foyer the service was 5 stars the coffee was excellent highly recommend
I stayed 2 nights a few days ago and was very disappointed.
1. Unfriendly
I checked in on the first day and asked for a replacement for a small pizza station or wine mark or red on the futon, and there was no apology, and I changed my futon and threw it in my bed.
2. Not clean
The room I was in was not very clean, but the room I was in was added. It seemed that it was not cleaned well, and none of the rooms were filled with things that should be filled in the mini-bar. Our mini-bar was full, but the inside of the refrigerator was so dirty that I could not use it.
We always love our Pullman at Olympic Park stays. Lovely staff, personalised service and just easy. I never feel annoyed or hassled...just enjoyable and wonderful staff...always the same smiling faces. Very refreshing in this world!
Great staff. Rooms were nice and clean, and restaurant is fantastic
Easy check in /out process and room is spacious and clean.
Great service very clean will definitely stay again
I enjoyed the stay at this hotel and found it surprisingly accessible by train and in a lovely location opposite the stadium. The room was very comfortable, the bathroom was beautifully finished. The bed had a huge supply of comfortable pillows.
I used the bar and restaurant where the service and quality was good.
I noted that a lounge is being added for premium customers which will be a welcome addition.
The Pullman at Sydney Olympic Park is at par with most of the 5-star establishments I've stayed at except for a few shortcomings centered around the in-house dining experience. To start off, the breakfast does start at 6 am but there's barely anything available to end your fast. It's better to come down at 7 am should you want a little variety. Speaking of variety, the breakfast menu has been undoubtedly the smallest I've ever seen. There's barely any selection of meat except for a few cold cut slices and perhaps one type of sausage. You could offer a lot more fruits and pastries. To be concise, the breakfast menu should be renamed as a snack bar.
The Wi-Fi is also very-very limited. There is a fair-usage policy which requires you to re-login after every 1GB of data transfer. Nothing wrong with that, but in this day and age, just syncing one's email after a long flight is enough to eat up half a GB so the Fair Usage Policy needs a revision to keep up with the times. Also, the transfer speeds are pretty low for a high-end hotel.
The staff members are very courteous and extremely helpful.
Beautiful beds
Fantastic curtains
Lovely bathroom
Breakfast terrific
Manager wonderful
Reception staff not on the ball
And $50 parking nasty surprise
More than 45 minutes to be served in room service. Go eat somewhere else!
We enjoyed our stay, staff were lovely, room was fantastic and breakfast was awesome. Our show finished at 10pm and returned to the Pullman at 10.10pm, unfortunately the bar closed at 10.30 so could only have one drink. Already discussing our next stay. Thank you to all the staff.
Room mix up to begin with. Changed rooms ok. Couldn't cope with breakfast rush. Ok.
Good place and a good location if attending something at Homebush or Olympic Park.
Concert, conference or whatever.
Helpful staff and good parking facilities.
I very much enjoyed the hotel and facilities across the road. I also liked the proximity to the athletics centre.
Check in great, room great, check out great.
The only issue I felt was the entry into the breakfast dinning. I had been to gym and was in my sports gear and the man that showed me to my table came accross that I was not atbthe correct standard to eat breakfast in your resturant. I also ordered a coffee, which he never got for me, so had to ask again. This part was disappointing (just service, food was good)
Nice selection of drinks, decor is suited to audience. Location is the big plus for this temporary accommodation facility. Close to events. Originally was planning to visit some Olympic sporting events however I was advised by a terse street performer that they ended some 17+ years ago. #disappoint
It was a really pleasant expirience. We were cranky when we paid for parking and drove around for half an hour and there was no parks at all left. That was the only hiccup of the stay.
We would welcome the chance to stay and dine at the Pullman Olympic Park. Thanks to the wait staff for pleasant dining for lunch and dinner. Nice menu and good service!
GREAT SERVICE ,GREAT ROOM,GOOD FOOD
ONLY PROBLEM ,THE FRONT DOORS ,THERE SUPPOSED TO BE AN AIR LOCK TO KEEP THE HEATING IN ,BUT IF YOU WERE SITTING WITHIN 20 METRES OF THE FRONT DOOR WHEN ONE OPENS BOTH DOORS OPEN
AND EVERYBODY GETS A HUGE BLAST OF COLD AIR TIME AFTER TIME VERY UNCOMFORTABLE AND ,EVERYONE AROUND ME WAS SAYING THE SAME THING
The service and the rooms were nice and thanks k you for the suite upgrade.
Room service for both dinner and breakfast the meals were warm to cold on both occasions
Great place to stay. Close to buses and trains. Staff a friendly
Great location to enjoy pre game catchup and drinks
